So my experience started off alittle rough with dbs took awhile to get my headlights but that’s COVID then had some problems with getting through for a service claim but then Craig gave me a call and jumped right on everything and has called me and been there to help me with everything. Craig has turned this around and made the customer service 100% fantastic. I will be a returning customer going to need tail lights soon.

SUPER DISSAPOINTED!! So i purchased a 10 piece widebody kit for my 1984 BMW E30 and fiberglass kit was the worst fitment i have every seen. Save your money and buy your body kit somewhere else.

I ordered a bumper from here and it came damaged . It was a small crack on the top of it either caused be manufacture or shipping company. The shipping company did not follow the guidelines that DBS demands for shipping which resulted in this issue. Craig at DBS helped quickly with the claim and we came to a compromise and got the issue settled. The quality of the bumper is average for aftermarket, the one I got was Ikon. Overall the experience was not the best due to the damaged item. I would give Craig at DBS five stars for customer service. I would recommend and shop here again.

Ordered a Hood for a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500, had some issues with payment due to be Canadian, their website doesnt convert it to CDN nor does your receipt reflect the CDN. reached check out it told me it was gunna charge 627, was actually charged 850. spoke to the manager here and he corrected it and refunded me the difference, have also made aware they should adjust the website to make it less confusing, no one will know the real charge till it actually charges the credit card. amazing customer service, now if only they carried more nissan parts 😅🤣

Would not recommend if you want quality. Duraflex makes some of the worst products and thats what these guys sling. say you will get a refund for parts that were WRONG and DONT FIT and then deny the claim WEEKS later. Absolute joke. I attached photos of the bumper that was sent that was wrong. bumper was supposed to be for a 2011 335 the sticker on the back clearly states its for 06-08 and they dont want to refund. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered headlights, taillights, and a breaklight all at one time. Got the breaklight and taillights but never the headlights. Called about it multiple times was told I’ll have shipping information March 31st (ordered everything march 17th) never got shipping information, called left voicemails never got calls back. Barley got responses back over email and all they are doing is blaming the manufacturer. Today is April 12th and I still don’t have tracking information nor have they started a refund. Absolutely ridiculous I’ve never had a problem before now. Definitely will not be buying from them again.

Ordered a bumper and had an extended delivery timeframe because of Covid. After waiting for several weeks, the bumper was delivered damaged upon opening box. I filed a claim and provided proof it was delivered damaged and just left on my driveway. The shipping company lied and said I told the driver to leave in driveway. Long story short, Craig (owner) did not let up on fighting to get my claim pushed through and credited. I honestly gave up hope. But Craig kept pushing and was successful in getting a partial credit for shipping costs. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I HIGHLY recommend buying from DBS! Thanks Craig!

Craig is amazing! My bumper came in damaged to to the body shop and he bent over backwards to make it right for me, instead of saying oh well. I’m under the assumption it is a smaller company as I have a hard time getting through with customer service phone calls but when I do it is always grade A. I ordered a body kit off their website and got a most of the body kit damage/missing chunks of the fiber glass talked to customer service and they refused to swap out or refund since I don’t have the box it was shipped in. I was excited to install it but disappointed once I saw that all the pieces wouldn’t like up and were missing chunks

Did not get my Body Kit because the manufacturer did not make it anymore but I did get my full refund back it took a couple of days though.

Nothing good quality and very open communication. I got a custom CF parts that was 1st production so I new it would take a bit longer. Craig and his team stayed.connected with me and provided pictures and videos along the process. This left me feeling secured that I had chosen the right guys for the job. Packaging and shipping was a exception considering the parts was over sized and it needed to travel all the way to Tampa from Cali. I will definitely be using DBS in the near future for more parts.

I ordered a hood for my fc and due to the current issues going on needed to have it delivered locally. The shipping company had my contact info wrong and did not deliver it on the stated day. I contacted Craig to see if we could get a workaround for it. He contacted the distributor and the shipping company which allowed me to pick it up from the shipping company, within an hour of contacting him.Part quality is as expected based on manufacturer, and fitment is good for duraflex.

Placed an order for a carbon fiber hood for my 18sti. I bought a vis hood whos warehouse is in la and I live in menifee which is only about an hour drive for me so I told them Id go pick it up to save me the freight shipping charges. I had a few questions with covid19 going on and Craig the owner was in constant contact with me replying to any questions I had as soon as he could. Sometimes we would email back and forth at 930p. With the lockdown continuing in la I had no idea when I would be able to go get the hood so I asked if I could change it to shipping instead. I emailed Craig again on Thursday/Friday they processed it Monday and I had the hood in my garage on Tuesday. On Wednesday Craig called me personally and talked to me about how everything went and just to see if I was satisfied. Nothing makes me happier as a customer than when I feel like I spent my money in the right place and that my order mattered to them. Craig made me feel important and I couldnt thank him enough. You wont be disappointed ordering from them.

My experience ats driven by style was terrible! the bumper they sent me was so out of Tolerance it would never fit on any vehicle. By the time their customer service got back to me. And Ive asked me for photos of the bumper not once not twice but for four sets of photos before I ship it back to them. I truly believe theyre attempting to give you the run-around to the 30-day policy is up these people are straight scam I lost 350 dollars dont let these people screw you out of your hard earned money

Id post a zero if I could. I purchased headlights for $492.28 on 6/5/17. At the time of purchase I was told theres a 1 year warranty. When I called today, I asked again what their warranty is and again I was told 1 year warranty. When I told them I had headlights to exchange, they then told me its a 90 day warranty and will not exchange them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Driven By Style!

I contacted DBS on Instagram about making a custom splitter for my Wide Body G Coupe. I was told how long it would take and I paid the funds. DBS kept in contact with me during the process and even sent picks and videos of the splitter being made. I had zero miscommunication with them and they delivered as promised. In fact they went above and beyond due to the fact two splitters had to be made and did not charge me a extra dime due to the error of my ways. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. There needs to be a negative 5 star for this company. First I ordered a cold air intake from their website for a Nissan 350z, Injen brand. They had it listed for $290.00 online and $17.00 shipping, and they quickly took the funds from my account. The next day I received a email stating that they could not sell that product for that price because they would lose money. I was okay with that and was willing to try and purchase another one but they would not work with me by keeping the money they had already removed from my account and taking the rest of a balance for another CAI. Second I ordered a red hose kit for same car. Again they quickly took the funds from my account and called me days later to let me know that the supplier for the hose kit was no longer in business. Everytime they took money from my account and refunded money to my account they charged me $1.00. So even though I received no product from this company they charged my bank account a total of $4.00. I think a business should stay current and in contact with their suppliers about pricing and if they are still in business before they go removing funds from peoples bank accounts. Very poor practice on how to run a business.

Im surprised these guys are still in business. First off, i ordered a set of megan racing coilovers for my BMW E36 on 3/27 and the order was put on hold the day after because i incorrectly put in my billing address by accident. No big deal right? Well heres where it gets bad. I corrected my billing info right after i ordered them and expected them to change the (on hold) status by the next day. Well here i am 7 days later and they still havent changed the order status. I contacted customer support but the man who answers the phone sounds like a ghetto high school drop out that doesnt give a damn about my order status and as a matter of fact im sure he doesnt care. This is really pissing me off and im about to head over to their facility in person since i only live 1 hour away from these guys. All in all this has been the worst buying experience ive had in along time and these guys dont even deserve 1 star. If only they showed care about their customers
