I bought a used 2014 Chevy Silverado LT from this lot 5 months ago for 29k cash out the door. Check engine light came on and truck is already starting to have problems mechanically. Called and talked about the issue with them and they did not seem to care at all. I would never buy a vehicle from this place again. Make sure you have a mechanic with you when buying a car at this place, they sale vehicles without even having them checked mechanically. They just want your money and will fool you

I was looking for a new Audi they had a A6 available told me over the phone that they would guarantee me the car for 5k down so i said ok they said they ran my credit and i was approved for 5k down. The next morning i call before i leave to confirm they said yes everything is ready just need you to come fill the papers out and re confirmed that it was only 5k down, i get there they have me put full coverage insurance on the car right after i spend that money they tell me oh no we need $6500 down or the bank wont give you the loan keep in mind i was guaranteed that the financing aspect of the whole deal was already sorted out and all i needed to do was bring 5k and sign papers to get the car i was also coming from over 90miles away Oakland to Sacramento which is why i asked to confirm the down payment so many times luckily for me i had an extra $1500 on me or i would have waisted my time. Than come to find out the car wasnt ready so i had to wait for them to get back to the shop.. Paige the sales lady was nice

I purchased a suburban from landing group auto on December 27, I did buy it online and I’m located in Escondido which is seven hours away from Sacramento when I receive the suburban January 17 after multiple promises that it was going to get delivered to me on certain days that didn’t happen I had the finance company calling me asking me if I receive the vehicle yet and when I received it January 17 come to find out the front headlights we’re not working two power seats, side power mirrors, along with front shocks and it had no brake pads in the front end of the suburban so I did had to also replace the rotors it also had a leak in the gasket pan, i’m sure there’s gonna be more to find out that’s wrong with it and I still haven’t received my tags or license plates yet the person who I purchased the vehicle from online was Abraham 🤨 he made so many promises he couldn’t keep so then the manager supposedly got involved into it and made promises also and he couldn’t even hold his end of the bargain let alone said he put gas and got it detailed before delivery and it was a mess and on empty all I get is a lot apologies from supposedly the manager Bnazari I would never do business with them again I paid 12,050 For that suburban and the paper said as is even if it’s as is make sure the you’re honest of what’s working and what’s not because they were totally not honest he kept on saying everything‘s good and working there hustler and liars bad business don’t recommend it at all😤

Sold a lemon car with many of problems. After the initial test drive these problems were brought up to the dealership before purchase. They reassured whatever issues we were receiving would be covered by warranty and their “in house 30day safety warranty”. They don’t keep their word as I’ve been going back in fourth between warranty and the dealership as to what is covered and not. I keep finding out things they told me would be covered aren’t. They just wanted me to buy the car quickly. Now I’m out of $500 for repairs. Smh

Think twice...So I found this car on Offer Up and my wife really liked the color combo so I decided to look at it and take a test drive, in short we decided move forward with the purchase.First there were issues with the pricing (while I was there I received a notification from Offer Up that the price had been reduced) and the finance guy said it hadnt been. I showed them right on the spot the Offer Up notification and they said they didnt know what happened, so I left.Well, of course I received a call shortly after I left while I was down the street looking at another car, the car was the same make, same year, lower miles...just not the colors my wife wanted. After talking with my wife we decided to go back and work with them at The Lending Group Auto.While getting all the paperwork completed I reminded them that the hood shocks were bad and needed to be replaced. They included the work order for them and said they would order them and replace them.A couple weeks had gone by and I had not heard from them regarding the replacement shocks for the hood . I contacted them and they had forgotten to order them and said they would order them for us.So, again, I had to follow up to see if the hood shocks had come in. Supposedly, they had but they we closed because of Covid-19 situation and we set up to receive them later after they were open again. At that point I asked them just to mail them to us which they said they would.After numerous calls to them, emails and text messages to the finance person and Ben, the owner, we still do not have the shocks. We bought the car back on March 10th so its been over 4 months and still nothing.My advice, if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from the Lending Group Auto is to think twice and make sure that you are not expecting any customer service from them.

They refuse to send required information to suresale when your vehicle breaks down. I know first hand. Truck i bought broke down after 3 weeks and cost me $1600 out of pocket because the dealer will not follow procedure for sursale claim team to process warranty.Also wrote a review on their website but of course its nowhere to be found. I just want people that work hard for their money to not be misguided. Im contacting a lawyer and will update after everything. Being BHPH dealer they are required to cover repairs within 30 days or 1,000 miles. Look up their complaints through the Better Business Bureau if you dont believe me..
