Very professional and courtesy from the time i walked in the door!!! This place is awesome. my car got hit and i took it to Excellent Auto & collision. My car came out so beautiful . you cant tell it was hit. the paint job is beautiful, black and luxurious like a new car. SYD and Maria were wonderful keeping me posted when i had concerns. they let me know the whole process. They even provided lyft when i didnt have transportation to get there. it took a few weeks but it was well worth the wait. Im very satisfied. and will go back if needed.

So I came in with my sister in law who is Hispanic to get a quote on my car. I told the guy that I already bought the parts for the car all I want is to paint them and put it on the car. So the guy kept adding problems with the car and called a bodyshop employee to take a look at the hood. So he said in Spanish there is nothing wrong with the hood. So the guy forgot that the person who is with me is Hispanic. So he told him in Spanish that he has the parts so we can make money off him and instead of $2500 we will charge him $7000 or $8000 to make more from him and to make more . I feel that they are ripping people off and they don’t value you their customers. I would differently recommend everyone to take their business somewhere else. Because they will rip you off. I felt that because I didn’t know Spanish and when they translated to me what they are trying to do I felt that they are trying to take advantage off me.

They did an amazing body and paint job on our custom 83 Land Cruiser restoration!! They also did some work on my McLaren 650.... Great Guys!! Next they will do a complete on my old 1975 Austin Mini.

Being involved in an auto collision accident is traumatizing and can be very stressful to deal with the after math. Excellence Auto collision took all that stress off my shoulders. I arrived the morning of my appointment to have the window tint replaced. Unfortunately the tech who was scheduled to take care of my car called in. Syd immediately apologized and offered to pick my car up from me the next morning, AND drop it off to me when they finish; & that’s exactly what they did. OMG these guys did an awesome job and finished within a timely manner. I love how they are linked w Enterprise Car rental because Enterprise brings the rental to the body shop when you drop off your car and you do the paperwork on a tablet/iPad. Also when you drop the rental off you leave it at the body shop and Enterprise picks it up. Excellence is a one stop shop! Plus they not only fixed my car but did an amazing job cleaning detailing my car!

This is the second time I’ve been to this shop, it was another great experience. First the quality of work they do is just better than the competition, I drive from Folsom to come here and I promise it’s worth it. Beyond repairing the car they also detail it for you so it really feels like new. The customer service is great. They close at 5:30 but let me come and pick the car up after hours due to my work schedule. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I asked to fix my rear bumper of my Tesla as it had a few deep scratches and deep print of someone from license plate.I dropped the car, got ride back to my work. Next day I got the phone call stating that my car is ready. Got ride there and saw my car. I found find any track of any damage. I used the flashlight- still perfect. They did an awesome job! Im so glad I went here to get a quote for collision work. After looking around the area and getting a couple quotes, I called my mechanic who I trust a lot and didnt even tell them all the places I went, just asked them who is the collision place they would recommend and they said Excellence Auto Collision. I was so happy because I had already gone there to get a quote and immediately went back and dropped off my car to get the work done. That was on a Monday and to my surprise I got a call on Wednesday that my car was ready. I thought it would take at least a week, however they did it quickly and professionally. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I submitted a claim through my insurance for a collision on one of the front fender and part of the bumper. When I arrived to deliver my car, they were help me to get a rental car. As is a family business, everyone I talked to at the shop was very nice. Throughout the repair process they were in contact with me to give me an update all the time. They finished the car on time and also they made a really good detail inside and out taking care of some minor scratches too without any extra charge. Great place!! Well done Excellence!!!

My beautiful 2015 modified mustang GT was hit by a drunk driver and I am so glad I picked this shop to do the repairs. They went far above and beyond my expectations. Great job! Removed and replaced smashed right outside mirror, Fixed dent in fender & repainted it so perfectly that I could not see or feel where the dent was. Also replaced the dented chrome strip. All done in 2 days, including a great wash job that made my Lexus look like it was when I bought it 4 years ago. Don’t look further if you need your car repaired & want a first class repair job.

The honesty with which this workshop does business is really fair and honest. Unfortunately, my car was involved in an accident and my insurance company declared that the damage to my vehicle was a total loss, my insurance company gave me the option of being able to keep my vehicle for a cost of $5000 and that was when I consulted Mitch and Angel, Angel personally took the time to come to my house since I could not drive my vehicle and he gave me a rough estimate of the cost to repair the damage to my vehicle. Angel with his great experience gave me his honest advice that it is not worth keeping my car because to repair it I would have to invest more than 11k, which is not in my benefit, not only because it is a car with a salvage title but also because this shop focuses on my safety and the safety of my family. Took in my 2017 340I- I jacked up the front bumper and under-skirting on a low lying parking stop... dont judge me. I picked Excellence Auto Shop based on the Yelp reviews and its location. Best decision Ive made all year. Best customer service ever- even met with me before opening so I could get to work on time. Excellence turned it around in 48 hours and the craftsmanship was superb. Excellence Auto Body shop is by far the best in the Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado county areas!! From the moment I walked into their shop I was greeted by multiple and very friendly staff members who took immediate attention to my potential future business needs. In addition they offered refreshments (free soda, water, etc.) during the very short wait time in their lobby area. Enrique took the time to have a good, friendly, and educational conversation with me while he was completing the free estimate. After that very good experience and receiving a more than fair estimate I pretty much had my mind made up that I was going to take my BMW 550i there for the work I wanted completed. Excellent auto body shop, the name of the business is not overstated! Mitch was right on with the estimate on my 2003 BMW Z4 and car was finished within the time frame as promised. All the staff were professional and courteous. My baby came back looking better than new and beautiful! The creative suggestions made by Mitch that I am so happy I agreed to turned out far beyond my expectations. Changing up the rims, decals and license plate holders to black resulted in an already beautiful car into a work of art. Bravo!!! Wish I knew how to add a pic to show how wonderful it turned out.

They are very honest and always give an unbeatable price. They are the hardest working collision repair center that I have ever come across and are guaranteed to get the job done in a very timely fashion. The bottom line is if you want the best quality available at an extremely reasonable price these are the guys for you!

I highly recommend Excellence Auto Body!! Enrique and his staff are of the utmost professionals; they are honest, respectful of your time, reasonable, and very helpful. I had taken my bumper off to get it fixed and repainted and had asked Marco upon pick-up to help me snap the bumper back on so that I can put the screws back on myself. Instead of just doing that, he put the whole thing back for me. Needless to say, I was extremely grateful and pleasantly surprised!!

I came here to get my hood replaced after a bad latch caused it not to close correctly, and thus fly up and hit my windshield while I was driving. They did a fantastic job. Looks better than when I bought the car.They are very transparent about the cost and have great communication. Not to mention they do amazing work. Highly recommended.

Had a really wonderful experience at Excellence . They took care of everything after I called my insurance company. I always go to a dealership for mechanical repairs and am used to everything being taken care of . Excellence exceeded my expectations by working directly with my insurance company and keeping me informed at all times. I didnt have to do anything except drop off my car. They even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up at their shop and then drop me off after returning the rental when it was time to get my repaired car back.It was scary to think about having bodyshop repairs done before this experience. If this happens in the future I wont be happy about it but certainly wont be scared because I will have Excellence take care of it.
