Im a long-time customer of Zajic and will always recommend them for appliance service. In this instance I struck out, was looking for a kit for my LG washer and its not something they carry. Still a huge fan of the company please use them whenever you get a chance.

Dont let Bryan touch your dishwasher. He is an appliance assassin. Our dishwasher had a leak which he diagnosed in January. He ordered the pump and when he installed it he wired it wrong and fried the machine. He ordered more parts and could not repair at our house so he removed the machine and took it to their shop. I have nothing but an empty space in my kitchen. A mess. I have called and emailed Zajic. The service manager will not return our calls. This is very sad. We have purchased from Zajic for many years and have been very pleased until now. We do our best to support local family owned businesses. Things happen especially with covid. However they didnt even say they were sorry and they ignore you! Christopher Zajic, Dwayne would be very disappointed..........UPDATE- David the service manager finally got back to us. Zajic is awesome. Chris is a legit honest business man. He sold us our Kitchaid kitchen set of appliances. Kitchenaid messed up on the rebate and instead of leaving me to fight with Kitchenaid he fronted me the rebate. This is true customer service. Zajics prices matched my extensive search for the lowest price (Costco, Lowes, HomeDepot, RCWiley). And Zajic was the only guys who stored the appliances until they were ready to install in my kitchen remodel process. Super glad I went to Zajic. Ill only ever go to Zajic and highly recommend them to all appliance seekers.

I have a Whirlpool dishwasher with a bad controller. I was advised around an 8 week order time for parts. No parts available, but Natalie was super nice about all the issues. No fix, but not Zajics fault.

We had an issue with our older washer here in Davis, and one of their repairmen came and fixed it in under 30 minutes. He kindly explained the issue to me and how to avoid it in the future. Just a great guy overall, and one of the best experiences I had with someone coming into my house.

Family owned and operated since 1958. My parents would buy from them in the 60s. Very friendly staff. They stand behind what they sell. Extremely helpful and honest.

I called a bunch of places looking for a part for my 20 year old dryer. Nobody had it. Zajic had it, offered to test my old part, knew what the compatible symptoms were, and had a great price on it (half of what someone else could get if they ordered it). On top of that I browsed some new appliances and the staff was unusually knowledgeable, and actually had reasons for me *NOT* to buy the more expensive model. They were quite honest on what has and has not improved in the last decade. All and all good people, good service, and Ill definitely be buying future appliances from them.

We asked to repair our 16-year old KitchenAid oven. They didnt ask any information at the time of making the appointment. When the repairman came, he took a quick look, called his boss and said parts were no longer available (too old) and charged for the visit. They should have asked for the information over the phone and made sure that there was a possibility of getting the parts. We later called another place, A&J Appliance Repair. Same answer about the parts, but he did this over the phone for free.

They have every part you need for any major appliance and they alsways have it in stock. AT LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE OF ONLINE parts sites. I have literally fixed every appliance in my house at least once and they always come through for me. This last trip was during a heat wave and I bought a capacitor for my HVAC and realized I needed another and I got there just before closing and they were happy to help me get the part and get my AC running for 12 bucks!!! I can t say enough good about the parts department, I love having them close by.

His diagnosis and educated explanation of why replacing my 17 year old refrigerator made sense and really put my mind at ease. I immediately went to their location on Fruitridge and BJ was great and help me find the right Fridge at a great price and even applied a portion of my service call fee to the new purchase. A+. Quick, Honest and LocalMy stack-able washing machine broke down a few weeks ago. After a 3-week horrifying experience with a company that rhymes with dears, I decided to do what I should have done in the first place and try Zajic.The sales floor rep was helpful and knowledgeable about the floor products. We talked about my current unit and I decided to try to repair what I already have. Zajic was able to book an immediate repair appointment.The next day the repairman is checking out the stack-able and finds the problem, a part that had just gotten loose. I asked if we needed to replace it and the repairman showed me the part and said we could replace it but it was in good working order.Then he shows me where the part is and how to fix it if this should ever happen again.Yup, I think I found my appliance store

We were greeted professionally, but when the guy found out we only wanted a part for a dryer, his attitude and demeanor changed. He referred us to the parts department a couple of times. My client that I took to Zajic store is a stroke and cancer survivor. She repeats herself a lot. But shes a very nice lady. When we walked over to the parts dept. A young was on the phone. She didnt knowledge that we were standing at the counter even though she turned and looked at us and when back to her phone call. Another lady came in to the area and barely acknowledged us. Then she finally came over to help. Her attitude was no better than the man that we encountered when we first came into the business. You never know why people are coming in to your business and why or if they will refer your business to others or even come back. Your business is not the only one that sales washer and dryer parts. Hopefully youll will do better for the next customers that comes in.

Looking to buy a new washer and dryer. This place is about 2 miles from me. Called to get a quote on delivery etc. Was told its $59 for EACH unit, coming in the same delivery truck together. Are they kidding, lol. So that would be $120 for delivery. The exact units I wanted are also being sold at RC Willey for $50 less for each unit. RC Willey charges $59 total for delivery. So you do the math. Id be spending $150 more to buy from Zajic. Not sure why anyone would. I tried to give the small business a go, but not for that ridiculous delivery cost, $59 for EACH item. Smh.

When it comes to having the product and parts they are a 5 star. When it come to service they rush the customers on the phone and act as if they dont have time for you and are short with you when you need info on parts.

When Gary from Zajic came to see what was wrong with my Maytag French door fridge, it turned out to be the motherboard had died. He called in to get me scheduled for two days later, the amount of time it would take to get the part to Sacramento from Fresno, but there was no opening, so he said he would work through his lunch break.When he returned two days later with the motherboard [which works fine!!! Yay!!!], he told me the part hadnt arrived and wouldnt have been in for two more days [while my frozen things were slowly defrosting [yikes!!], so he drove to a friends house who had the part but wouldnt need it for a few days, and Gary will have to take the part over to his friends house when it comes in.I am so appreciative of him and the extra effort he went to for me [and my food 😃]. Since I was making fudge for Christmas, I made some for him to take home or share with staff at Zajic.Thank you, Zajic, for having such a wonderful man as one of your repairmen, and thank you for always being there, a reliable place to buy appliances and to get them repaired when necessary. ❤

Was shopping to replace my old LG dryer that had given up the ghost and repairing the circuit board cost way too much. Talked to the sales guy & found a good Whirlpool dryer without all the fancy digital controls that broke on my old dryer. Im happy as heck at the price and the machine is more efficient than the old one. Good place to shop. They listened to what I said I was looking for and helped me find it.

I went here to purchase a thermal fuse for my dryer. I brought in the part they tested the part and informed me that my thermal fuse was fine. The lady printed out a dryer diagram and pointed out what could have been faulty part. She informed me it is best I bring in that part to get tested. When I came back to get that part tested she was right about it being faulty. I was very happy that I was treated fairly and given accurate information. Instead being pushed for a tech to come check out my dryer I was given information so we can fix it on our own. Saved me money on buying another dryer and delivery fees. I am on happy customer. We need more places with customer service like this!

I called to schedule appointment and told them the earlier the better. The lady I spoke to told me they would be here at 8:30am. I was impressed as I was given a specific time instead of a window.9am rolls around and I call to find out what is happening. The receptionist tells me they don’t give specific times but give two hour windows and I’m scheduled between 9-11. I asked if it was possible for them to come later same day. She transfers me to their dispatcher. I explain to him I was told 8:30 and I wanted to find out if they would arrive soon or if I could reschedule. He cuts me off saying their at their first appointment and definitely wouldn’t be arriving until later around 11am. He then proceeds to tell me it was impossible I was told 8:30 and that it never would have happened. I again insist I was (in more words) and he hangs up on me.I call back to ask for the guys name and the lady (sounded like the same initial lady) tells me she doesn’t know and wasn’t the one I spoke to. While trying to explain what was happening she cuts me off. She tells me the guy will be at my house shortly and I inform her I was told not til 11am. She then tells me I was instructed to call the day of my appointment to find out what the two hour window was (what!?!? Never was). Then when I again try to get the dispatchers name and she just keeps telling me they are all dispatchers (why was I transferred the first time I called then?). Then tells me “no wonder he hung up on you” - because I kept asking her to try to find out who I spoke to.Horrible customer service!!!!

Called Zajic because another company gave me a quote to fix cooktop of $800+. Zajic repairs or replaces appliances to I asked them to check out the cooktop. The repair person immediately found the problem and fixed it on the spot. No additional parts needed, just the service call cost. Very happy.

I have always been happy with the service from Zajic. As an earlier post mentioned, the control panel on my oven went. The technician explained that the panels were no longer available, but mine could be rebuilt. They said it would take at least a month, but that was far better than replacing the entire oven. As I recall, it cost about $150 to rebuild plus the service call. Well worth it.

Zajic always has exactly what we need for any and all appliance repairs. My husband is amazing at learning how to fix things so we dont have to go out and buy something new. He fixed our washing machine today....broken motor coupling. Thanks Zajic😊😊

Ive used Zajic a couple times when a kitchen appliance died. Both times Ive found them helpful. They have taken the time to explain my options and have made recommendations based on what I said I was looking for, instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive appliance they could. The prices are good too.The delivery guys even went the extra mile when a refrigerator wouldnt fit through the door, taking a lot of extra time to make sure they got it inside and installed without damaging anything. Ive never bought an appliance here, but I often order replacement parts here. Their parts department is hands down the best in the city. They are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to assist you in whatever way they can. As long as this place is here, I will continue to use their parts department.

Excellent as always. I needed some oven parts and wanted them overnighted from the manufacturer. I sent a photo of the problem parts. All received overnight and were 100% accurate. The oven was back in business and my wife was happy to have her oven back!

I lived with broken appliances until the washing machine broke. Zajic came out and worked on my washing machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The tech was fast, efficient, polite, and really knew what he was doing. They have kept my clothes washer working well for 23 years, but when the metal frame rusted out, it was time for a new one. They have an excellent selection of new and used, and were able to provide me with a used Maytag that will put up with the heavy usage in my house. I wash a lot of heavy throw rugs. And these guys are honest. I almost bought the new Speedqueen that could put up with the way I wash, but they said the old Maytag will serve my needs. Saved me 400.00 bucks.
