So sorry, but I just have to give a negative review here.I brought an Amazon return, and the scan/label was right on my phone. Ive done this another UPS store 8-10 times and they just scan it, done. Five stars there.But, as I set it down, this guy demanded, put it on the scale, and began typing something into the computer/register, wasnt even looking at the package. As I initially put it down, I had already mentioned that it was large and awkward for me, so why couldnt he put it on the scale for me? (as though thats needed--the label was already done--i.e. weighed). I showed him the label, its all set, its weighed. There is no need to weigh it.He then said, I know what Im doing, we do over 2,500 of these a day.Really? You do 2,500 Amazon returns a day...from Saco, Maine? I am incredulous as to that statement. He argued with me (trying to be condescendingly nice), so I put it on the scale (which he should have done for me, albeit unnecessary).The other UPS store just scans your label from your phone and sends you on your way with a smile. 30 seconds, max. And, the moment its scanned, I see the credit on my Amazon account pretty much immediately.This time, now 9 hours later, I dont see the credit. So, he did it wrong. To add insult to injury, as I left, he said, You try and have a nice day. I simply said, You too.
The Saco UPS store printed business cards for my lawn care business. Easy to work with, fast printing, fast shipping, excellent quality. Will definitely use this store for future printing & mailing needs.
Place is friendly and fast. I have mailbox and recive packages. The people writing bad reviews sound like the ones that are the problem. My only complaint I paid for a 1 year $130, plus got 3 months for free because I paid for a whole year which is cool but other places are $75 for 1 year.
Had to return 3 packages to Overstock.com and Joshua chambers was super helpful and pleasant! We were in and out in five minutes.
I hate to give a bad review, but I didn’t feel I got the customer service that I have from other stores. I go to UPS stores because they do so much for work for you, but here they claimed they didn’t know where to find an access point where I can ship for my package to be picked up. Instead just googled on his phone a UPS store, turns out the store closes at 4 for a 3-6 delivery I paid over $100 for. Hoping it makes it, just very disappointed in how it all went.
I went there for notary it take me 3 minutes Joshua Chambers he so nice and help me with everything i needed.
Just dropped off two packages, one was very awkward and heavy and the gentleman at the front desk helped me get it from my car inside. Such kindness and great customer service. Wish I had gotten his name, he was 10/10 great service representative!
They were helpful with sending my package, but their COVID safety was not satisfactory. I did not feel comfortable seeing an employee not wearing a mask at all times.
I have been here a couple of times. Its always quick and easy.The last visit it was apparent that Covid was a priority concern and safely measures were in place.I felt like employees were in a safe environment and I felt safe as well.
Employees are rude when there are more than 2 people in line. I inquired about adding insurance to an item going back. My item was processed without adding the additional insurance which resulted in voiding the item. I asked additional questions about the claims process and the associate was visibly irritated and implied i was making a mountain out of a mole hill. I was only trying to make sure that I had everything needed to make the claim if needed. Not to mention the store typically smells like body odor. A lesson in patience is in order and maybe some coaching on basic hygiene.
We used the UPS in Saco for a custom print job. We worked with the owner/manager, Matt who was helpful and knowledgeable. We got our custom print for an affordable price and we love the quality. Would definitely use again.
Do not use.Rude employees and not helpful at all.Due to chemo, cannot go in store, called and asked if we could put them outside their door (ready to go) so they could just open door and pick it up. Its only a few steps to the door for them. They said no. Too busy. They dont do that anymore? I had explained why I couldnt go in the store. He didnt care. Was also told by Spectrum to just drop off my return equipment and the store would take it from there. No way - he wouldnt take it - wanted a sticker. Checked the spectrum website instructions again - and called them - and he indeed is supposed to take the equipment and send it back himself. Again, rude and not helpful at all.
Always good service but you need to enforce the 5 people per time. I waited outside for ten minutes at one door while people went in through the other, overcrowding the store and essentially taking my spot in line. Make one door enter only the other exit only please.
I will not use this store again. 3 people behind the counter without masks. One wrapping, one on the phone, one standing around watching the wrapper while three customers who WERE wearing masks stood and waited. We wore masks to protect them, where was their concern for us?
This store is such an incredible resource! I mail stuff with them all the time & have not had one problem. The printing is top notch, they have a great selection of cards, & of course the clerks are very attentive & professional. I highly recommend giving them a visit!

UPS Store in Saco has excellent customer service, very knowledgeable employees and they always go way above and beyond in their duties. We will not use any other store!
Employees here all are quite friendly, except for the owner himself. He made me wait at the front of the line, literally for 3 minutes, because he felt like scanning packages instead. Wont be going back!
Took a package to send. The company I was shipping to offers a service for free pack and ship. They even provide a letter of instructions for the UPS Store associate if they are unfamiliar with the corporate service. The young man working immediately began arguing with me, telling me that this large company that conducts all of its business through UPS must have made a mistake. He didn’t even attempt to follow the first step - a simple search on their computer system. So very unhelpful and argumentative. Went to the Scarborough UPS location and the associate completed the entire transaction in less than half the time the Saco employee spent arguing with me. Moral of the story - go to a different store.
They’re always efficient. I’ve been there many times and there’s always very good service.
Please don’t send your packages from this location! They never seem to reach the destination then they magically disappear! The manager is unprofessional and dishonest! I have been back several times for a resolution! All I have gotten is a lie or an excuse ! I have yet to get a refund ! Beware don’t go there!
Anna is always so nice. There’s a tall gentleman that works here too, and he’s always friendly and helpful. Great place that cares about quality customer service.

The clerk knocked a package off the counter onto the customer side. When my husband picked it up the clerk said “ don’t touch that package! You wouldn’t want someone touching your package!” I thought this was very rude. Seriously how people wouldn’t have picked it up?? Won’t be going back there.
There are not rude the only way there are rude if the customer is rude to the work PREID not the other way around I been there more than once and there been so happy to help if you dont like how you like it go to other ups store and that should make you feel better

Your store gets the award of the worst customer service experience of 2017! Unreal how terrible their customer service is. Don’t ship your packages with this location. Very rude and will try to bully you into sending your packages with them. I was sending a small package they quoted me $11. Which was almost the total value of the package. I said I will check USPS the older gentleman said they have their prices right there and that it would be $18. I went to find out for myself- come to find out it cost me $3 to ship my package.These people are scammers and very unprofessional. Also they can’t see usps rates don’t don’t believe their lies. Go support usps instead and save your money. Never coming here again.

Poor customer service, I had a package delivered to them, and they sent it back because they wanted $45.00 for a mailbox instead of the normal $5.00 a week for packages that is standard across all UPS stores. If you go to this store, be cautious what you are paying for, as unfortunately they are only in it for the money, and do not follow UPS wide guidelines.-- EDIT WITH REGARDS TO THE UPS STORES RESPONSEI had already shipped three other packages to them, which they had held for me to receive and kindly called and let me know that they had them. I also had let them know that there would be others arriving.

(This is not a joke, and I dont work for fedex haha) Its always very frustrating when service agents are not capable of answering simple direct questions regarding pricing. The agent I was speaking with was interrupted by a 2nd agent who wanted all of the same information I already gave, which is annoying. I think most can understand this as a waste of time. I asked to deal with just the 1st agent as time was a concern, I was hungry and as a diabetic this is crucial. A quick drop off was what I was after. The 1st agent then proceeded to measure my box in a perplexed manner while referencing notes after each dimension, and double checking, writing very slowly. It almost seemed like she was moving intentionally comically slow. I was having low blood sugar, but I think she was in another dimension (especially after making a comment that she needed my phone# because UPS was gathering and selling data to call lists! Yes she actually said that, but when I asked if she was joking, she said yes... weirdo!), and it was taking so long, that I had to suggest my urgency twice. I asked if I could return later once they figured things out now that they had measurements, and ultimately they were unable, and I they did not provide service. Very abrasive. Huge waste of time! I was in there well over 15 minutes for a pair of small packages that were extremely well packed and padded. Disgusted, I went to fedex, paid less for better service and the agent was an absolute pro, in and out less than 5min, no extraneous hassles. Very refreshing, after such a sour experience with UPS. Save your time, money, and stress level and just go elsewhere. The lady did give me a few grapes, which was nice, but I mean really... If they could have just done for me what fedex did, I would have happily off to a good lunch, without having to travel around. Rating 1(for the grapes!) out of 10.
