Prompt and friendly.When you put an online order in you usually receive a confirmation call within an hour or two and a delivery within the next few days if not the next day or two. Being retired, I usually go out and greet the drivers and try to engage them in a little conversation while the tank is filling. To a T all of the delivery drivers to date have been friendly, polite, and engaging.The order taker on the phone, the delivery drivers, and the service techs are the face of the company and it is a wise owner (never seen by the customer) who puts friendly, courteous, and polite team members out there to engage with the public. Oil is oil; the people make the company.Thanks.

I just bought a house and moved to a new area. My furnace broke down within 60 days. I was lost on what to do. I posted in a local community page on facebook Amethyst, along with a few other people reached out to me. The service that she provided was outstanding. She walked me through the process to get rebates and discounts on my furnace. Helped me secure a loan.The service that she provided was enough to win me over. Plus she provided the best price. I now will get my will from them. Very happy and satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had looked EVERYWHERE when I ran out of fuel but no one could come for a week. I called rinaldi energy and they did everything in their power to get to my house within 48 hours. AND they were there first thing in the morning! I will not go anywhere else for fuel! They also have a very polite and very sweet staff.

I called Rinaldi due to a delivery issue with my previous company (they couldn’t deliver) and I had already waited four days for oil and my tank was reading empty. They are always pleasant to work with, return calls promptly when I put an order in online (which is a great feature and really quick and easy to do), deliver quickly, no delays etc. I have had no problems with them. Contacted Rinaldi Energy to obtain an estimate to install possibly 3 heat pumps. They came to do a walk through and they told me that they would be in contact with me to provide final recommendations and an estimate. That was over 3 weeks ago. Have not heard from them since. Not a very professional 1st impression to me. If they were not interested in my business, I wish they would have at least been honest enough to advise me. Cannot recommend them for any installation service whatsoever. Update as of 7/10/2020- I followed up with them by email asking for a call to clarify why I havent been contacted. No return call or email response! Before considering doing business with this company,(ask yourself)...Can I depend that they will be honest, trustworthy, and most importantly, reliable if you ever need future service??????????Notice how they dont comment on my thorough honest review! They know they were as unprofessional as a company could get. Beware!

I bought a house in old Orchard and within a week the oil tank leaked. Rinaldi was able to come out and install a new one the next day!!! Great customer Service as well as technicians .

No good or bad reason, just prices and availability.When I needed my system cleaned, Rinaldi had a special going on so I thought I would give them a go. The tech they sent over was amazing. He was polite and thorough. Came home from work in January, on a Sunday evening, to a very cold house. Long story short, furnace did not work. Tried reset but no luck!! Called and explained the problem I was pleased with immediate answer to the call. Also, the fact that I was treated with respect. After discussing the situation, and not pressed into a service call that evening as it would have been a much higher cost, I was assured that it was not cold enough for pipes, etc to freeze. He was so nice to explain the expense of the call and if I was comfortable enough, theyd be her first thing in the morning!! I was impressed that he took the time to explain and not rush right out take care of the problem! When the problem was fixed fixed the following morning, the whole cost, including labor, parts, etc was less than just the service call would have been Sunday night. In my book, that is huge!!! Maybe not the lowest price but always a reasonable one without the gimmicks. We just moved into our new home and the first heated with oil. I spent some time looking for an oil provided and found Rinaldi Energy with today’s price clearly posted on top of home page. I called and received great/courteous service, even with my 15 “newbie” questions. They delivered the next day and deliver daily to my area. These guys are awesome! I ran out of K1 last night, called them at 8am and they had a driver at my house a few minutes before 9am. I couldnt believe how quick they got here! I Had Rinaldi Energy do an annual service on my Oil Furnace for the First time after other companies have worked on the furnace in my new house and Jeff found and fixed several things that the other oil companies completely missed, things as simple as clogged oil filters that had never been changed on Dual Oil Tanks and blew out the lines. He also Fixed a water leak coming from the pressure relief valve that had been leaking for years as well as cleaning the entire Furnace and it runs like a top now better than ever. I definitely would reccomend Jeff and Rinaldi Energy for all your Furnace needs! Jeff is very knowledgeable, Professional and knows his Stuff!!! Highly Recommend!!! Great Job Rinaldi Energy!!! I had run out of fuel. My regular company couldnt deliver. It was Friday, very cold, a storm with icy roads. Two local companys wouldnt even put their trucks on road. Rinaldi said they would deliver to Portland ASAP. And sent a man to prime furnace. I could not find a more pleasant, knowledgeable and kind group. Special kudos to Tim who explained I had a bigger problem than just no fuel. He patiently explained what was wrong. Then he spoke with his boss and they found time to fix it although they were very busy. I cannot say enough good things about this company!
