We met with John late on a Sunday afternoon. He set up a new device for my mother in law and switched me over from Verizon at the same time. He set me up on my wife’s family plan in record time and provided excellent guidance and lovely conversation the whole time. Never had such a pleasant experience dealing with mobile stuff before. John is fantastic, I hope he gets some recognition for how good he is at his job!

Wonderful experience here! There was no wait on a Saturday morning, and Justin took his time explaining all the different scenarios and cost breakdowns. He was super patient and thorough. Highly recommend!

These men and women know there business. I am an AT&T customer, I went to my local store with my tablet and a glass protector that I bought online (the store does not carry screen protectors for tablets) the gentleman that waited on me told me that he has done 1000s of phones but my tablet was the second one he had ever done. This worried me a little but he was confident that he could do it. After he was done he showed me my Tab and it was perfect on the first try.

I continue to go specifically to this store because I always get the best customer service no matter who I talk to. Their willingness to always help me and give me the best information to their ability regarding phones, plans, etc is why I keep using this store.

Transferred to AT&T from Sprint. Maureen was awesome. She provided me the best options and she was knowledge and patient with me. I had to transfer a line that was out of state and she went above and beyond to ensure my sister’s phone was delivered and she transferred the number with no interruption in service. Went back the next day to transfer the last 2 phones on my Sprint account and again she was patient and was awesome. She said she was new to the Saco store but in my experience I wouldn’t have known it I’d she wouldn’t have told me. Great place and all the people there are great but Maureen was awesome to work with.

I switched over from a major competitor to AT&T about six years ago. The first thing I noticed from my very first visit, right up to when I ordered my new phone last week, was there committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure you are happy/satisfied with everything and everyone before you leave. There is no pressuring you into buying packages that you dont want or need.The retail Sales Consultant that I had most recently was Adam Mcdonough. He looked at my past usage and we discussed what I usey phone for and decided that Id stay with the de plan I currently have.I became an AT&T customer for the prices, I stay a customer for the quality of service!!!

So, this was the THIRD time I tried to get a new phone and they wouldnt let me!!! He just cleaned it and fixed my storage issues in about 2 minutes and the darn thing was as good as new. SUPER nice guy, we chatted about cameras etc..

They let me know of all the specials that were going on which was wonderful. They made the process of getting a new phone and signing up for AT&T tv smooth. Highly recommend them and this AT&T location. They didn’t have the color iPhone I liked and searched around to find a store nearby that did and called them to put one aside for me.

I called AT&T and inquired about picking up Apple AirPod headphones this evening. They told me to order online at 6:00pm and come down (25 minute drive) to pick them up. Now it’s 10 minutes before they close at 7pm and now they’re telling me they don’t have them or the order. I tried to give them the order number, but he kept interrupting me. The representative was so incredibly rude and gave me so much attitude—even though he was the person I spoke to on the phone—and he TOLD me to come down. Hes now standing here yelling and telling me he said to come down *only* if the order was in. Literally lying to my face. What a POS. This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. He deserves to be fired.

I came to Saco AT&T and had the best experience with Adam. I highly recommend AT&T to anyone looking for help/service.

Went here because local store manager in Scarborough insulted my father and gave him a bad attitude. Walked in met Nicolas the sales associate who was spot on amazing. Guy knew the product up one side and down the other and was just pleasant to talk to. Also, the store manager Jesse was informed about our experience in Scarborough and helped me get the proper channels to lodge a complaint. These guys go above and beyond and are a credit to how good business is conducted. This is my new store!

I had a phenominal experience with the ATT team at their Saco store. The goal of going to the store was to switch from Verizon to ATT and between Jesse (the asst manager) and Nick, they made the switch painless, easy, upfront with no strings attached. They saved me a ton on my phone bill and even got me a better plan. Their professionalism and customer service skills were phenominal.

My go-to place for 20+ years. Long serving employees. Know their business & will help you if you are patient, often busy, busy, busy. If you are nasty, so be it. Dont take it out on staff. Some tourists, and no-mind locals treat staff as if they devised ambiguous AT&T rules. You treat THEM nice & you may be surprised.

I really love these guys. Very professional and very friendly. They were more than willing to rescue me from the dark pits of Straight Talk service, LOL.

They’re great and helped me out during a stressful time

Ive been a number of times to this location. Some of their staff are quite good, but in my experience the manager can be quite rude. Weve been also given wrong information about the monthly payment wed have and as a result were stuck with a two-year commitment and an iPad we didnt need.

You want a review we will give you, the manager at that store is a big bully with no re guards to people or the customer, also there is very few older people working in the state of Maine other than management take a look at all the at&t stores in Maine and tell me how many older employees you see working in the at&t stores.also look at Matt Schiaparelli, who won a suite case because even know he had a unlimited data plan they slowed his data down my friends at&t is a company who discriminant s against the biggest data users and also they discriminant against religion gender age and disability so next time your going into the store think about that go on line and Google at&t law suits not to say the store has long lines short staff a new manger would be a very good idea. also I will leave you with this you want to get the full story Google EEOC AT&T you will be amazed
