HORRIBLE COMPANY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE FOR ANYTHING, BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL SERVICE FOR MONTHS.... HATE THIS COMPANY!!Update - Was finally able to get ahold of customer service agent who was located in Costa Rica, and she helped me cancel the service. But no one EVER responded to my emails or answered the phone for 2 months.

- Received a letter today that 5 gallon price will be $2 more per bottle, making it $11/bottle.- Logged in to the website to edit, specifically to remove the items, it didnt do anything, it wont even reduce the quantity, while other buttons are working ok.I felt tricked. Guess I need to call them, hopefully it wont be answered by someone overseas. I definitely cancel my membership.Please consider other company.

To cancel, when the recording asked us if we had service we said no and when it asked us if we wanted service we said yes. We finally got a live person. Told them we wanted to cancel they told us to call back and we said transfer us to somebody who can cancel. They did transfer us and we were able to cancel. Make sure you get names and a confirmation number for the cancellation

Absolutely the worst website I have ever encountered. Tried to go in and amend my service and after 30 minutes I gave up. Called the number that I had for them and it rang to some place in India. Called them this morning (from the number I found online) to cancel and Margarette in their service dept. had no problem cancelling my account. I owe nothing for future services as the next delivery is not scheduled until 5/4/21, and today is 3/30/21, but they will charge me, per my contract, a fee of $50 to pick up the cooler/water dispenser. They are picking it up April 5th, 2021. We will see if they live up to that promise and we will see if my last charge truly is just $50.

Absolute WORST customer service. Go somewhere else. I cancelled service, they delivered anyways, charged me and will not refund. They lie and tell me they have refunded it, but no evidence of that at my bank. All I get are lies and empty promises. This should not be this difficult. Terrible company to work with. Cannot believe it has been over a month with no resolution.

Had been loyal customers for several years. We were recently promised a free delivery due to significant issues on their part with unexplained cancellations. Their own customer service rep indicated that we would receive our next delivery free. They charged us and were unwilling to reverse the $50 charge despite my willingness to leave over it. Just bad business and stupid thinking on their part. Happy to get our water elsewhere.

You have to wait almost 20 minutes to speak to a customer service agent. Then the order was 3 days late. With no notice. I waited at home all day, no show! When I called them after being on hold for 18 minutes, I was told that it would be here in 3 days. When it finally did arrive the order was incomplete. I again called and waited 21 minutes on hold, they said I never ordered the missing product. The delivery driver didnt even bring it in the house let alone up on the deck. He had no receipt for me either. My advice is to go to the store and pick it up yourself. That way you get what you want, when you want. Without a delivery fee and a whole lot of wasted time.

I have had nothing but problems with this company since Nestle took over Poland Springs. They have repeatedly deleted my payment information without warning and then hit me with late fees. Ive waited 30+ minutes on the phone to speak to a representative who always apologies, removes the late fees, and says they had a breach in their system that caused this.More recently I have found my invoice going up because items have been added to my delivery that I never authorized. In the 6 years I have been getting water deliveries, I have never ordered cups. Funnily enough, theyre charging me for them, but not actually delivering them. This company is a crooked as can be.

I do not recommend them, prices for rent keep going up, their billing policy is not customer oriented, too bad for local company to have that customer service for local businesses. I do not recommend them!!!

Unbelievably shabby experience with this company. I suggest getting your product elsewhere as this company is like a blind robot trying to wipe itself
