This is my 2nd time using RP Bell and they always go above and beyond to make sure that the repairs are high quality and they also were able to work with my schedule for getting the repairs done before my move out of state. I would highly recommend RP Bell.

About 1 hour into our long overdue vacation, our parked car got rear ended by someone. A very stressful way to start a vacation. The bumper was hanging off the car and we knew we couldnt make the three hour drive home that way. I called and spoke with Emily who told me to come down and they could take a look at it. James looked at it and popped the bumper back on so we could get it home and have it appraised. They saved our vacation! I couldnt be more grateful.

Everyone was super kind and helpful! My car looks great after a fender bender. I had issues with my horn after the repair, and they got me in immediately to fix it. Masks were worn-unlike many other local places. Wont go anywhere else!

They fixed my truck and 6 months later the work they did didnt last 1300 bucks for a 6 month fix and they said sorry we dont warrant that kind of work, rip offs. Go elsewhere.

R.P. Bell is my go to place whenever I have the bad fortune of being in an accident. Thus far, I have used their services twice, this being my third. Luckily for me, none of these misfortunes were my fault. In all cases, the guys at RP Bell dealt with my insurance directly and even helped me with getting a rental car. The thing I really like about them is that they will not release your car until its back to pre-accident condition. Sometimes its even better! They guarantee their work and will ask you to bring your vehicle back if you find anything wrong or if you are not happy with their work. Thank you for a job well done, guys! Professional, courteous and finished the work within the quoted time

Hi Phil,I did have my vehicle checked for an estimate after an accident. It is under the name Ellen Hicks. Kentucky veteran plates. The problem wasnt with the estimate given but with the 2 ladies I encountered during my visit. They were extremely cold and didnt explain a thing to me. When I called I asked for certain mechanical issues to be checked. When I got there they told me they would not be checking anything but taking pics of the cosmetic issues. But only told me that after I had to run them in the store. I dont understand why my time was wasted. You would think if you actually wanted my business you wouldve checked the things I needed an estimate on. I was told they would send an estimate into insurance for the body work and when they were doing the body work they would send an invoice to the insurance for whatever else they find. Thats not exceptable to me. I was polite and tried to be understanding but they just seemed annoyed. So I made an appointment elsewhere to get the entire vehicle checked out not just the body work they simply took pics of.

Great work and great customer service

I was referred to this establishment by Geico after being involved in an accident over 200 miles from home. After almost two weeks of repair time I drove up to pick up my vehicle after being advised that it was completed. Upon my arrival, I found that there were panels that were not properly attached and after leaving to head home found that the suspension and alignment were not finished. My steering wheel shimmied violently, and the car drifted to the right. The accident had involved the front suspension and apparently the repairs were not done properly. I brought it back to RP Bell immediately, and they sent it to have the front wheels checked. They were out of balance having lost a weight. The skid pan was reattached to the bottom of the truck and I again headed home. The truck still drifted to the right and over the next 24 hours I found that the right front wheel was rubbing the inside of the newly attached bumper, and more bolts were falling out of the body panels. Geico advised me to take the vehicle back to the shop or to another Geico shop where the work would be warranted. I took it to a shop in Danbury CT, (Mikes towing and collision). After replacing some of the just installed parts, and being realigned, the truck once again rode properly and straight. All of missing bolts were replaced. The only part of the original job that was not redone was the installation and painting of body panels, which appears to have been done properly. Unfortunately, as that was the least safety repated part of the job, it was of little consolation.My rating of two stars, and not one star, is for the fact that the staff was very polite and accommodating on the phone during the repair process. While that aspect of the process was very simple and pleasing, the main ingredient was missing.

The entire process at POC Collision was extremely smooth. From drop off to pick up, the staff was friendly and always made sure to communicate with me when they said they would. I usually dread dealing with any sort of car repair but it was a great experience. I highly recommend this shop!

So far so good.....met by a collision pro exactly on time..... went over the car in detail..... discussed process and was on my way.... will know in ten days how good their collision shop is.

Do not take your car to this shop. I took my car to this shop and had a disagreement on how to properly restore my car. Not only did they refuse to hear me out, but when I had my car moved they left the car in complete disrepair, essentially making it impossible for the next repair shop to do their job. When I asked for details on what they did to my car they have let my calls and emails go ignored. I have reported them to the BBB, but this is my warning to all of you - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is much better in the surrounding areas.

Brought my Audi after a small fender bender. When I arrived they took the time to do a detail evaluation of the damage. In a couple of days did the repairs, my car came back looking like it was brand new. Highly recommended.

Awful experience. I was in SMALL accident and my insurance sent me there. Two and a half months, two rental cars, and three times they claimed my car was ready to be picked up and the panels were still hanging off of my car. It almost seemed like the insurance money to fix my car was coming from their own pocket..The work was very poorly done however, everyone on the customer service side was nice enough.

This place has very poor quality control I brought a car in to have all the rush replaced and because someone in the estimate neglected to put one of the quarter panels on there they replaced three quarter panels on left to rust on the 4th one and still charge me over $3,000 for the work now I have to either pay them or somebody else to fix the rest of the rust in the car before it can be inspected. I feel that either them or the second party company who worked on the car for them should have at least called and said asked about that other rust instead of the send it back without it being done now I have to be without a car for another week to have that fixed.

These are the go to guys in the area. I think their prices are kind of high but I guess insurance pays for most repairs anyway. They do excellent work.
