Visited this location today and I had the best experience. I am clueless when it comes to car parts but Ike helped me over the phone to make sure they had what I needed. When I walked through the door, Ike helped me out with a smile on his face. He even went outside to look at my car to assure I was buying the right parts. Great customer service! I will be coming to this location for all my car part needs :)

Swapped out a battery this morning. AZ had it in stock, and it is working fine.

The person helping me didnt even know who made the Tahoe I was working on. He is the parts guy, I am suppose to be able to get some tips and tricks about my projects from him.

Friendly and helpful staff, good store layout, clean aisles, not cluttered with junk. Great experience and they helped me change my battery.

I want to give a thumbs up to this store and 2 employees in particular. Ike helped me with a dead battery and the next day came back needing power steering fluid that Robert helped me with as well as checking alternator. Such helpful workers.. cant thank you enough

I get most of my classic truck parts here.

It was raining this morning and my windshield wiper blade would not move. I stopped at the Autozone in Sachse where I always buy my stuff and everyone is always so very nice. The Manager James and Rahul came out and took a look at it for me and was able to tighten it up and now its fixed. 5 min of their time saved me more stress than they will ever know.Thank you so much to Autozone in Sachse....you are always wonderful!

Michael has been so helpful! I came by 2 days ago and bought sylvania silverstar ultra headlights! He advised me that these would be the best ones to get when doing any nighttime driving! He has gone above and beyond to make sure I got the right part! He even went out and installed them for me, and taught me how to do it as well. This man seems very knowledgeable and seems to help with educating his customers and fellow coworkers. He will have my business from now on!

This place is amazing with customer service! I bought a part for my car and didn’t fit and come back to change it, sadly they didn’t had the part that I need .. But the Manager Jose was able to help me ! And they took their time to help me ! I really appreciate it ! Will definitely come back !!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The customer service here is amazing. I came to this location last week for assistance with putting my license plates on. Its upsetting that I dont remember her name, but I was helped, very quickly, by a middle-aged Caucasian woman with glasses. She also helped me pick out frames. She was very, very helpful in the short time that she assisted me. When I went to pay, she declined - WHAT?! I couldnt believe it! It was SO hot that day; she was all on the ground and everything, and she put my plates on (another associate came out later) - for FREE! I couldnt believe it. That was very nice of her, and I really, really appreciated it. Ill definitely come back to this location.

This Autozone is by far the best when it comes to no lines. And Ive told the staff here as well. Even though it is off of the 78 and next to a Kroger and a strip mall, there is usually no lines. With the exception of one time, I have never been in a line at this Autozone. Except for the morning hours, Ive gone at all hours in the afternoon. No lines at all. Good and fast service.I was here again (8/14/17) and I took a picture because there was not a single person in the store. This was after I left the Garland store just about 5 miles south of this location, also on the 78.I stood in that line 6 deep for a minute when the thought crossed my mind to run up to the Sachse location, I made the right call.

I was in and out pretty quick very nice person gave me a hand.

Store 4250 in Sachse Robert V helped me so much as I have an injury and I needed help and and he popped the light in - no problem. Thank you so much!!!

Close to the house and usually has what I need.

These guys are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Even at closing time, they were still kind enough to come out to my car and replace the headlight bulb for me. Thank you!

I always get great service. They replace my wipers and check my battery. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Went in to recycle some oil, some guy with short curly brown hair and a goatee was incredibly rude and wouldnt listen to me, he asked me how much, I told him I had a 5 quart container and maybe another 3-4 quarts, he then interrupted me and said that Thats not how that works, we cant do that, we are only allowed to take 7 quarts. He basically told me to leave, then the other gentlemen agreed to take all my other oil, that guy was very nice. If only I could review individual workers there.

The guys that work here are so nice. They always check my code for the check engine light. They also know the store well. When I am looking for a specific part they take me right to it.

Everyone should know how to work the point of sale terminal properly. I knew my card was fine. Then there was no apology for telling me that my card was declined. Worked fine the 5th time.

Worst customer service ever, obviously never trained. OReillys is 200 yards down, go there instead. Prices are the same but service SO much better.

If youve been to an auto zone then this is your typical, zone, little bit bigger than your average store, and very well stocked with most of the parts that youd be interested in having. Like any other automotive parts store it smells funny. But, this seems to be unavoidable. Prices are very reasonable for a brick and mortar store. Not all the staff is knowledgeable but they try hard.

They always have what Im looking for and the staff is knowledgeable.

Im not sure if this gentleman(MR.. BEN) needs to be retained or what but his customer service/ communication skills is NOT okay; seems like doesnt want to be there so today was and is the last visit to that location

Military Discount Location. Staff were very friendly and the assistance was top notch. I had to top off my fluids and the lent me a funnel to use.

Actually did what the back in the day AutoZone employee did because it was his job as a Parts Specialist which was locate part on computer. Ran a parts locator for closest parts store for pick up. Seems like most of them ask for a part number which is great but if the customer says no, dont just throw your hands up and tell the customer I cant find it Or you need a part number. Get on the computer and phone and dont make me do your job because I dont get paid to!

Its alright. Get most of what I need for at home car work here. My favorite guy no longer works there. Stopped by today for a new battery for my car. Was given the wrong battery, and charged for the more expensive variation. Not a big deal after I went back got everything sorted out and got the new battery.

They usually have what you need for common mechanical problems, but when it comes to major items they have to be order or as always visit the dealerships parts shop! 3 stars cause the line is always long at every AutoZone and typically youd see allot of employees but one or two working the register and reaserch

Manager gave me attitude that I was returning a part that was in the same condition I bought it because it was purchased at a different location and I did have my receipt. Which shouldnt matter considering they are all the same company. He asked me why I didnt take it to the other location and I told him because I was near this location. He then rudely asked if I had tried to return it already to the other location trying to insinuate that I was trying to scam them. Which I answered no to and again he asked me why I didnt return it there at which point I told him does it matter. Drive across the street to OReillys instead.
