Love this Walmart, its clean and they keep all of their the items stocked. All of the other Walmarts Ive been too are a straight up mess and never have things stocked. Also the staff are very helpful and nice at this Walmart. 👍🏻

I attempted to buy a Micro SD card out of the electronics case. I ended up purchasing an SD card by mistake. I attempted to exchange the SD card for the Micro SD card that I needed. I was unable to do so because “the service desk is close due to staffing issues.”“So you’re saying that there isn’t a single employee here who can process a return?”“Yes.”I believe, although I did not count, there could have easily been over 20 employees working at the time of my dilemma.I don’t go inside Walmart with any sort of high expectations, nor do I generally take the time to write online reviews, but my experience was so disappointing I felt the need to share it here in hopes I could further lower people’s expectations in Walmart’s ability to function as a positive contribution to society, so hopefully they will not feel as disappointed as I do for expecting to be able to conduct a routine transaction at one of the largest retail companies in the world.

Great place with great folks! I just wish that top end distribution had some representation outside a mall setting.

I remember when I lived in Rutland, you could find everything there at that fine store, and the prices were fantastic.

Another good place to shop.Wish are Wal-Mart was a super store,and had food.I would do all my shopping there.

Bad experience. My car got hit in the Walmart parking lot was only there for 30 minutes! The security guy was not helpful. I asked him about the security cameras on the parking lot and he said that they were old and I wouldnt be able to recognize anything on them even though the parking lot has a ton of signs that say parking lot survailence and have a camera on them .. thanks for nothing walmart

I show up at 8:59 Wanting to return an item i was told returns close at 9 by a rude person that just turn their back on me and walked away. Im an understanding person But I also work in customer service And understand taking care of the customer is the number one priority and with one minute left Heck even if it was 5 minutes past I would have still took care of my customer.Just goes to show Walmart is another one of them big chains that Dont give a care about their customers.

Always great deals. All the self checkouts were card only which I dont understand and very inconvenient. The only other register open was the courtesy desk. However, the woman who checked me out was lovely!

You go to Walmart for a large selection of reasonably-priced goods. This Walmart, however, was missing a few items we were seeking, therefore 4 stars. However, it was clean and staff was helpful.

Beautiful store and setting in a convenient downtown location. Well stocked with friendly associates. Unfortunately the store sees its share of loiterers and vagrants... but cant do much about that.

As among the most wealthy people to own a business in the United States you are shameful. Clean up your stores. Invest more in your people. Make it the store to proud of, not an embarssment to our country.

People are very rude. They do not have no one at the service desk,stood in line 15 mine before someone walked up thats absolutely insane and terrible customer service. Also they are incredibly slow in every way it is NOT hard to run items threw a register and punch keys into a computer or even bag your items it amazes me how some ppl that work there do not use there head to communicate or give you the rite change EVEN though tge cash register tells them what is owed back to the customer. LOL its so sad and enraging at the same time,and the next time someone is rude and has no respect im gonna make sure they remember who I am there no respect. Once in awhile you will come across a employee that works there thats very kind and they know what there job is etc and its such a refreshing encounter that I make sure to tell that person how much I greatly appreciated them and there help and that makes there day and also it makes them work better and enjoy there job. The managers are a lost cause.

Its pretty decent for a downtown Walmart and its Rutland, so its not like you have a lot of choice. Not a super Walmart so limited foodwise to a limited selection of snacks, canned and frozen items. Prices are higher than NH Walmarts, but not compared to the Price Chopper at the other end of the plaza with its $6 Hotdogs and $7 bacon. Holy moly, prices look amazing compared to that place. Seemed to have most of the usual Walmart stuff in other departments although its small so again, selections are limited.

Wal-Mart good. But I wish it was a super store. NO dairy or fresh produce, only very small selection of frozen foods. And a few aisles of staples.

Supply of clothing sizes n variety is very skimpy rite now. Better off ordering online

I went in with my kids so they can turn there change into dollars. My daughter dumped her change in and the coin star machine just ate the coins. The staff came over to help out and they worked out how to open it and give my daughter her coins back. They were very friendly and helped us with out being upset or rude. Big thanks to you guys

Got most of my supplies, customer service was good, the shelves were depleted on some things, the trucks havent come yet.

Was at Wal-Mart today to do my shopping was a warm day so I stoped and purchased a soda machine stole my money did not give a drink and Wal-Mart refused to return money guess they do not care about their customers Will never shop at that store again

Everything is locked up and/or poorly stocked and the selection is very poor compared to other Walmart’s. Employees are rude or just plain absent most of the time. I gave two starts because some employees are decent. The floor cleaning machine is left to run wild in the place most of the time. I really hate going here - it’s always my last choice.

Clean store and very friendly staff. Much nicer than the ones at home. You have to buy bags, but for 50 cents we helped keep throw away bags out of the landfill.

Its Walmart where you shop if you have to or want to see see strange and unusual humans.

They were out of insulin and just about everything else in the store. Very disappointed. I need to drive another 25 miles today hoping they have the insulin I I desperately need.

They dont have the best selection on stuff but their prices are ok. In the health and beauty section all of the razors and cold medicine are locked up and it takes quite a while to get someone with a key.

The lack of tissue and hand sanitizer is disgusting. There should be a limit of the basic needs during this virus scare. The store isnt the problem but the CEO is. LIMITS PEOPLE.

Employees here are getting really unfriendly and pushy

Walmart is Walmart it’s handy store for a lot of everyday needs. They have almost as employees as they do customers. It could be a little cleaner. But all in all it’s a good store when you need something especially when in a hurry. It’s a fun place to look around. You usually don’t come out empty handed. Keep up the good work and the great prices.

Walmart has always been my favorite place to go the prices are right you can get what you need in the beer is as inexpensive as you going to get and I have no problem with the place I love it

Not happy I purchased Remington hair clippers with a taped up box but it had the security thing so I figured everything was fine, ask the lady at the front to quickly open to make sure everything is there she said if its taped up then its fine. Im like yes w.e ok. Sure enough get home and half the stuff is missing out of the box. Mind you my clippers died thats why I went to get new ones . I live a half hour away and my hair is half way done.Really bad customer service. Walmart makes out again. Thanks walmart

I think Rutland Wal-mart is trying very hard to keep a safe store, maintaining high standards. I feel safe from catching any illnesses while shopping there. Carts are cleaned, masks are required, and both employees & customers seem pretty conscientious. Good job Rutland Wal-mart!

Its a convenient stop i go for most of my shopping, sometimes the employees might not be the nicest but its still a good store to go too.

Walmart in Rutland is a mixed experience. Staff can be distant and service difficult to find. However, the store is clean and well stocked.

During these times, one would expect that this store would offer curbside pick up like the rest of the Walmart’s across the country? But they do NOT? This store is horrible!!!

The employees are miserable here most of the time! And extremely rude!! I try to use self scan anytime I can, to avoid dealing with rude employees that act like youre burdening them. Also, heaven forbid you need to get help from someone... good luck finding the right person. You can ask someone, theyll tell you theyll go get someone, and just disappear. Another thing thats ridiculous is returns! Ive been told they dont take any returns bc of COVID19... but it was a bicycle and I needed the money to get a new one (bc that one came with broken chain & no brakes).. and I got 18 different stories from 3 different people in the store, and 2 more people on the phone told me different things. It was a nightmare! And thats like that EVERY TIME I try and make a return, especially an online order return.... forget that! Ive flat out just eaten over 120$ in last 6 months just due to the fact I cant handle the stress of trying to return things. Sad, bc its my local store (actually, basically the ONLY store in my town) which really sucks!The products are good, most of the time... just the employees & the store itself is the problem.
