Im a guy who had a small project I already had messed up once. To make it right required only a small swath of fabric. JOANNEs is the fabric and craft place. Right? Even I know that. JOANNEs is easy to find, but, once there, how easy is it to find what you want? The selection is so vast that arriving at a choice is daunting. I was graciously assisted. Thank you. I guess I need more practice.

The staff is so friendly and patient. You can tell that the staff really care because the store is always clean and I can walk in at anytime and there is always someone cleaning and fixing the merchandise on the shelves.

Good found what I needed immediately. Check out was quick.

I found a lot of beautiful fabric for making my daughter baby dresses, and all on sale. I am very satisfied, and have always loved Jo-Ann Fabrics fan. I only wish the staff were a bit more present and knowledgeable of sewing basics and the products they sold.

I could beg wonderful store filled with crafting ideas from blankets clothes iron ons painting flowers handles and so much more play place to go if youre looking for something to do and not spending a a lot of money has there always having a great discount in clearances you should stop in and check it out

The Rutland store is in need of a good cleaning and updating. Floor is grubby, bolts of fabric are not wrapped neatly and shelves and display racks are messy.During my visit, I walked around the store twice, looking for someone to assist me in choosing a suitable fabric for a project. Not once did I see anyone other than the cashier and someone working on a sewing machine with head down.After spending time picking out patterns, I was disappointed to find three out of four not in stock.A very disappointing shopping experience.

I stopped by for curbside pickup of my order. The person who brought it out was very grumpy and almost threw my order into my vehicle. No need for that. I thanked her anyway. Hope that isnt the norm.
