Compared to what Im used to in larger cities this one was kinda small. Not bad though. Clean, friendly support staff. There sales need to be better though.

Great employees that are willing to help. Always clean and smells great. But small town with a lot of bath & body works lovers. So when I say run to the store before they run out of a new scent....I MEAN IT!!!

I love the Ruston, LA store. My cousin and I went for the 3 wick candle special. There was a long line outside but it moved really fast. Although several of the scents we wanted were gone, we made other choices and left happy.
We were there this morning. The two people who work there were very helpful and efficient. They asked what fragrances we liked. And suggested products that we were very happy with. The prices were very reasonable. Thank you.
Very unsanitary no covid precautions in place during the holiday sale. Will not be returning. Workers seem very focused on making sure the setups are nice.
I usually do not shop in B&BW because these stores are always jam packed. I believe my mind slipped for a minute and I forgot, because within a hour of opening, the all-time UN-favorite game of excuse me, pardon me was on and poppin. The store was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. You know, I honestly am not sure if the store was adhering to the latest COVID-19 OCCUPANCY guidelines. It felt crowded and uncomfortable. Given these circumstances, Ill just continue to shop online. Without this factor, excellent store to shop in. Just know itll be packed and there will be a line for the register.

The Love of FOREVER RED only sold at BATH & BODY WORKS they stop selling it. Very addictive they have alot of great fragrances but this is the best to me.i hope they start selling it again so I can stock up
