Leonards hardware is an institution and has been here forever. Their cookware and cooking accessories section is the best in Russellville. Canning supplies and virtually any project we need to do around the house we can pick up what we need there at good prices. We try to support local small business and with Leonards prices are competitive and quality better than Walmart for sure.

Friendly staff great selection

This ACE hardware store has some of everything. Many hard to find items and tools. Canning supplies. Lots of choices in Fans. Good paint department.

I pass by several other hardware stores on the way from my home in Delaware Arkansas to Leonards Hardware in Russellville. The reason why is that none of the other ones have Leonards people. The staff at Leonards is informed, curtiouious and honest. Lets face it folks; a screwdriver is a screwdriver, but friendly people can be difficult to find. Not at Leonards. They are everywhere.

Always find what I need here--if Leonards doesnt have it, chances are you arent going to find it! My family has dealt with these folks since I was a youngster! Always fairly priced, if not better, than the big chain hardware stores!

Excellent customer service experience very helpful ... we were looking for rope for the grandson the gentleman who assisted went out of his way to ensure our experience at Leonards . My wife and I cannot remember the associates name but, he was wearing suspenders and a hat, was very helpful when cutting desired lengths for said swing. A very positive attitude... Thomas Frenzel

Wow, new favorite hardwarestore. Puts lowes to shame. If they dont have it, its not made. Not the most friendly, but more knowledgeable than the other guys.

I prefer Leonards over big box chains like Lowes or home depot. They have pretty much every kind of tool or supply you could ever need but with the Small town feel, friendly service and helpful staff.

Leonards has always been a disorganized store, but you dont go to Leonards for the organization. You used to go to Leonards for the individual service, as their prices are higher than anyone else in town. The service is now non-existent, they have a manager who tries to tell people they own the store when Shirley Leonard is and has been the owner, Lucy Carr is the vice president. Really awesome when a manager lies and says they own a business they do not own, corporate knows they have an employee lying to customers and stealing from them too.

They have everything you cant find anywhere else. Lots of items for home, garden, garage and so much more.

First, this place is a Russellville landmark and every bit as entertaining a stop as visiting a state park or outlet mall. Next, unless you have been going to this store consistently for many years, you better ask for help locating things you need. The folks there are nice and helpful.One of the funnest things to do here is just cruise around the isles and see what they have. This is one of those stores that have just about everything and you will see some things you didnt know existed or havent seen in a long time. Their motto is: If Leonards doesnt have it, you probably dont need it. Also, it is not your typical Ace Hardware store in that it started as a local mom and pop and has kept that image even as an Ace branded store and thats awesome.Its big. Many years ago it relocated from its original downtown location to what used to be a HOWARDS department store on one end and a Krogers on the other. Leonards takes up both!

Its people are its saving grace. The store is weird to navigate until youve been there upwards of 1000 times. Its higher than anywhere else in town on 90% of what they sell.

They have things on the shelf that have been replaced with newer items, and price is slightly higher than anywhere else. Most of the sales team are helpful, but its still a lap or 2 before you are done. Everything ( almost ) is on sale to appear as if you are saving money. They do have items that cant be found elsewhere, like air filters and odd items though. Definitely not a quick stop for hardware, or competitive pricing.

These folks really live up to their tag line! They were so helpful when I was only sorta sure what I was looking for. I had an older part that I had purchased but not used to return as well, but had no receipt. They were able to pull it up by my name and make the refund right back to the card that was used. Every part of this trip was super easy because of the amazing staff! I will definitely shop there again!

Best customer service I have ever experienced at a hardware store. They took care of every need and very quickly while being polite all the while. They even had a full container of germ x sitting next to the check out. Will be my first stop for my hardware needs here on out.

I needed light bulbs for a neighbor but I was not sure of I needed T8 or T12 light bulbs. I asked an employee for help and She referred us to another employee named Nickodemus. He not only was super helpful in finding the correct light bulbs that were needed but had a contagiously positive attitude.

Crazy crowded, but they have great gadgets, gizmos and cheaper better quality hardware than Lowes carries these days. Finding what you need can be an issue, But there are employees that have been there for years and can usually go right to what I need. My boys and I love to look around and find different tools and gifts. This is a great place to find a good guy gift. Enjoy

Awesome! Jeff, the paint guy, can match or mix any color your heart desires and is extremely helpful with how to advice. You can find almost anything there from old time hand pumps to avocado green toilet lids. You neednt buy pounds of hardware but just what you need. Porch screening, garden and power tools, household products, clocks.....its the old fashioned hardware store.
