Finally my poor husband can hear !!!She has given him more help and attention in just a couple of months than he’s had in 6 + years . It’s not been - he’s just an old man -get what insurance will pay and tell him there’s nothing else that can be done.. she’s kind, respectful, very knowledgeable and thorough. She won’t stop until she has answers.. Her staff is first class . We LOVE Dr Horne . We left the clinic today crying because he could hear all of us with mask on !!!
Courteous and professional. Actually took the time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful. Good location with a nicely decorated and comfortable waiting room. Thanks guys!
Sound Advise hearing clinic is owned an operated by Doctor Rachel Horne. My mother switched hearing aids provider and care to Rachel and Sound Advise after having a very negative experience and boarder line dishonest practice with the other hearing aid provider in Russellville. My mother’s hearing care has been outstanding from the very first visit with Rachel. She closely evaluated Mom’s hearing and pinpointed the problem and provided a solution that had evaded us for over a year using the other hearing service in town. Rachel sells a top quality range of hearing aids at a fair price, but more importantly she is always available to consult and adjust if required to ensure optimal performance of your hearing aids. Very helpful staff available for drop by cleanings of your hearing aids. Rachel is dedicated and has a very personal demeanor with all her clients. No question the only place to go in town for hearing aid purchase and close follow up care.
Dr. Horne is absolutely delightful, helpful, and patient. She gives me all the time I need for questions. Her office staff is friendly and kind, and the entire vibe is low-key and comfortable. I highly recommend Sound Advice of Russellville!
While visiting my son near Russellville, AR, I woke up this morning and my right (main) hearing aid was missing...Just gone from where I placed it last night! We looked all over for it this morning and was a bit worried we wouldnt find it. Stopped and prayed for the Lords help in finding it (its very expensive). Wound up starting to strip the bedroom of everything...I then found the ear mold on the back corner of the floor of the closet. And shortly thereafter Nathaniel found the behind the ear module (Phonak) on the top shelf under stuff.Turns out during the night a mouse got a hold of my hearing aid and hid in the closet while it chewed off the wire lead to the ear piece. Now what to do?Drove into town to get phone signal and found an audiologist where I could do a walk in. They were soooo nice! They had the lead with a separate ear transmitter (w/out the ear mold) in stock - and it was under warranty! Just $15 and two of the prettiest smiles Ive seen in a long time. What a way to make a day brighter!Thank you, Dr. Rachel Horne, Au.D. and your awesome staff! Good bless you!
Dr. Horne is the best and I love their new office!
If youre looking for an audiologist that will spend the time it takes to fit and adjust a set of hearing aides to your satisfaction, then Rachel is the one. She has adjusted my new aides more times than I can remember, without any sign of giving up. You need not look any further.
Dr. Rachel Horne spends time with her patients and listens to what they say. I highly recommend her.
Awesome Dr and staff
