Need more cashiers. I shop here (and pay Krogers higher prices) because Walmart has so few cashiers. If Im expected to cash and bag my own things Ill just do it at the cheaper grocery store.

Love this store! Freshest produce in town, love the monthly coupons they send that are what you buy, and their 1O cent off every $100 you spend. Been shopping here since they opened!

Most remodeling seems to be done. Too many stocking and pick-up order obstacles. I abandoned my shopping cart and bought 3 must have items and left!🤔

I have been going here since I was kid, now I’m 25 with 2 kids and my wife and I shop here to try and support them over Walmart but the pickup service is pretty hopeless to use if you want to actually get all your items you paid for. We live over 30 mins from the store one way so when items are missing like all of the meats we ordered for the week it’s pretty frustrating to have to drive all the way back to town and get something I was already there to pick up once. Please improve this service because you do have a nice grocery store and it’s clean and well stocked with nice employees but offering a service that only succeeds 50%(im being nice really because this happens almost every week) of the time is going continue to hurt your business and drive customers to shop elsewhere.

The pick-up service is very slow. I have waited up to 30 minutes for my groceries after checking in. Sometimes car slots are not available.

I love Kroger because they have good sales and can save even more with their digital coupons. I love saving money on fuel with fuel points. I dont care for some of their staff but Im happy with the money I can save shopping here

Kroger is usually my favorite place to shop. Today however, the poor cashiers were swamped and customers were having to bag their own grocerys. I understand this happens some times. However, their was about six managers standing around because they were working on a new installation. Not a good message to send to your employees let alone your customers.

I love the customer service here. They’re friendly, helpful, and have some of the best produce in town. Not to mention the discounts when you use a free Kroger card. It always saves me a decent amount on gas!

The selection is the best in town. However, this is probably the busiest place to go grocery shopping and the most expensive. You have to have a membership card to get discounted prices, and most sales require you to buy a certain number of items. If Im only needing a box of cereal, I dont want to have to buy 5 different items to get a good price.

Best color is our favorite. Of course we shop here almost every day. Theyre healthy food section is very wide and diverse. The good belly drinks favorite. They always have short lines ad good food.

Kroger has went down. Mangers unfriendly. I was there to buy my usually 1500 a month grocery . Employees are still great. But the one manger, I will never forget his name Justin Harris. He was very rude. I run a bed and breakfast. I now shop at walmart for my grocery. Which by the way is now 30,000 a month. My business has become a success. Yea for me.

Self checker was on spot helpful and cheerful. He went the extra mile. Made it so nice. I didnt get his name but was there about 415 at west main store

I love this store, its workers are very kind to you. Their always quick to help, their customers however are the ones you gotta watch out for. Especially the ones that snubs little kids with their shopping carts... see a kid come and walks pass, at least stop. Nope!!!! this lady just stood there and didnt say a word to my son and literally pushes through my sons back. She pissed me right of!!!! I thank her for asking my son to excuse himself and my son is a 7 year old kid who does what he wants whether I ask 4 times before he stops for anyone. But yes. I love Kroger !!!!!

I love kroger! great selection, the produce is always fresh, and they have a great organic selection, which I really appreciate. the staff is almost always super friendly. I have only had issues with a staff member being rude twice and I have been shopping there every week for years. so I dont even really count those. the prices are great and you can always find great sales. plus they never have the crowds that walmart has.

Update 10/2020: The store is a mess. Isles moved to where its nearly impossible for 2 ppl to pass one another. Cant find anything. Lets hope the isles dont stay like that. Ill be shopping elsewhere until this is resolved.2017: Freshest produce around. Great selection of organic and gluten-free items.

The Russellville Kroger (this one as well as the old location) has been my grocery store for 20+ years. I love their Kroger-branded items for the unbeatable quality to price ratio, though there are a certain few particular items where either the cheaper Kroger bargain labeling is just as good, or else I feel the national brand has extra quality that merits the higher price.As for those brand name items, some prices are a bit cheaper at Wal-Mart on such things we frequently buy, but I find many are higher (some MUCH higher). You really have to pay close attention; just because its Wal-Mart doesnt automatically mean its cheaper.At any rate, Krogers meat and produce are easily the best in Russellville. The produce is fresh and high quality, and the excellent meats are cut in-store versus Wal-Marts prepackaged stuff. Plus, Krogers produce, meat and milk will always outlast Wally Worlds in the fridge by easily 3 to 1. They also offer custom meat cutting and free slicing.Theres indeed a better selection of specialty and gourmet grocery and produce items than most supermarkets, but there are a few rather unusual items I can only find at the local Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, which is my only reason for going there.The excellent in-store bakery is connected with the deli, which carries top-notch quality meats and cheeses with correspondingly high prices. But, the quality far exceeds what you get elsewhere. It also offers a wide variety of side items, salads and desserts, big party trays, complete family meals, and very respectable take-home sushi roll trays. The Mediterranean bar is a nice touch, with assorted high-quality single varietal and mixed olives, stuffed grape leaves, etc.Theres a small organic grocery section, the only one in the area besides the one or two small specialty shops like Country Cupboard (which is great, by the way). The Kroger floral shop compares to any other good supermarkets, and has decent prices.The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and will bend over backward to help you. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and meat, produce and deli items are nicely displayed.Each purchase earns monthly points toward price-per-gallon discounts at the fuel island, and around the end of the month we normally fill our cars up at 20 or 30 cents off per gallon.You dont need a paid membership (there isnt one) for the discount food prices, just a quick sign-up for a Kroger Plus card, that also gets you the fuel discounts as well as coupons in the mail for items you buy the most.The only problem is that its always extremely busy, with very heavy customer volume from open to close. Of course, that speaks as to what a great store it is!

Russellville Ar. Kroger is the best grocery store around. Good sales, prices and plenty of stock.

This is the worst Kroger country wide that I have ever been to! The employees are rude and obnoxious! Unwilling to be helpful! Nothing like making the Yankee feel welcome!!! It was so bad I walked out and left my groceries! Come Monday I will be filing a complaint as well as contacting a lawyer over the prejudice that I had to endure!

There are I think 7 or 8 payout lines. I counted 30 plus people needing to check out. Only two lines open. The check yourself out lane was full as well. This is the RSVL location. No stars from me. Today, shopping at Kroger in the Russellville store was terribly bad.I spent over 200.00 dollers.Thank you.

So.. I was out today looking to get a gender reveal cake for the weekend( What will it Bee theme) I decided to check out walmart.. first..( big mistake) walmart bakery told me they could only do what they had in the display book they had. I went ahead and ordered a cake that wasnt what I wanted. I decided to drive across town and see what Kroger had to offer. I was very happy with what the lady told me! That she could make the cake that I wanted! She made my day and wasnt upset with getting a cake that I was unpleased with! I told her I just came from walmart and they couldnt do what I wanted and was very very happy that she could! She said oh thats easy tell walmart they stupid 😂 I just what they lady to know thank you very much and she needs a raise or some kind of recognition! I love you Kroger Cake Lady!!
