I was surprised and pleased to find some of the specialty grocery items I missed from home.I just hate having Walmart as the hallmark store in my town. If another option were available it would get my support 100%

Always clean and friendly. Only thing I would prefer would be more live checkouts and less self service.

I really wish they stop getting rid of cashier registers, 80% is self-check out. Plus the cashier registers are small, not great when you shop for bulk groceries. You will most likely find everything you need from this walmart, if you you can use the app and order online or pick up.

There are quite a few of there employees that aint to keen on learning they are still friendly and is always looking good and zoned

Packed with rude people. I understand that it was a Friday. But come on, we all just want to get our stuff and go home.

Messy, out of order, broken boxes, all the eggs were broke, realized my milk didnt have a label when I got to the front and nobody to help me.. The only person I saw working was a person that brings the bread and they were putting it out themselves and it was the only thing that was organized that day.

Well kept store. Self checkout as in all stores now. Good experience all in all.

Ive known these people at these stores for years kind of Curtis recognize you I like that...

Nothing exceptional, kind of hard to like a store that only has one cashier working yet two standing at every door and two watching over the self check-outs. Also did not appreciate parking at the outdoor department side,, walking to the entrance and the doors not working.. A simple posting of a sign would have saved me and several others from wasting our time.

I understand all of the walmart stores are moving to this, but I dont want to scan or bag my own groceries. Especially when I am paying 2x what we paid a year ago. Bring back the cashiers!! Also, if you plan to make a quick trip....think again. The entire store has been rearranged. It may be just me and the fact that I dont like change. 🤷‍♀️

I will have to say that having all the self checkout lines is much better than a person doing it for me. I am much, much faster than the ancient people that they used to hire to run the checkout lines.

Nice Walmart. I shop here a few days a week. Friendly staff but most are not knowledgeable about most products. Be mindful though, just when you think you are used to the store layout they will change it and make it a grocery labyrinth.

Don’t answer phone calls, need to make costumers more important but don’t. I was trying to page my dad to tell him that my mom had fallen and is being Life Flighted but no one would answer the phone…. So thank you Walmart Oh by the way the 1 star was Generous

Not sure why this store won’t staff more than 3 checkout cashiers at a time— particularly when every single self-checkout is card only. Paying with cash? Better be prepared to wait in a 30+ minute line while everyone who has a card just flies right through the self checkout.

Employees are great, store layout is great, but management should really help out their employees more without seeming like their existence is a burden to them.

Very clean and organized. I needed help at the jewelry counter and they came right away. Very very pleased.

Aisles to crowded because thered be like 5 stockers in the same aisle besides customers,

The last 3 times Ive been to this store I cant find the equate brand original blueberry yogurt in packaged any other way except for single cups ... All the other flavors come in the 4pk and even some variety 12pk but the blueberry is is single cup only unless u want the light.. which of course taste like artificial sweeteners... Also I did notice that although there seemed to be a very many employees stocking cleaning ETC. not a single one of them bothered to say hello nor try to inquire as to whether I needed any help ... Then we almost got hit by a car that was speeding in the parking lot Ike it was drive 55 ... certainly hope todays NJ hi the he 👎

Im not used to this store so I dont really know where everything is located but when I asked a worker where I could find a food item he knew exactly what isle to send me to. The clerks at checkout were very friendly and helpful too.

Very disappointed in Walmart in general. Now have to ring up and bag your own things, then get accused of stealing. I hate not dealing with real people. But most of us dont have 45 minutes to wait in line for a human.

Its a busy WM Supercenter. The Customer service is very good and helpful.

I was with my daughter-in-law. She gave them money and they did not give her any coin change back. If it had been me I would have made the manager come down there and give me my change back. I try not to shop there if at all possible!

All self checkouts, hire some cashiers.... I dont get paid to check myself out. unless I get a better employee discount, other than the 10%.

Young lady was helpful, even though she was busy. And she was friendly. So was the cashier. Nice to see. Remodel in progress, so shelves wont be the same in a few weeks.

I dont like the fact that I can no longer pay cash at self check out no more. Like I do have a card also but this is just ridiculous that I have to wait 45 minutes in a long line just to Pay for one thing. I will no longer be going here to shop. Ill go to 10 box where they actually have people to check me out in a timely manner. One guy even told me he could check me out. You lost our business.

Their bananas are terrible. They didnt look overly ripe in store but when at home I peeled one and it was black inside

Cleanliness needs to be kept better for sure... But I do like there are more employees around gathering pickup orders but are there to also help you locate items.

Walmart needs to figure out real fast that if I wanted to check myself out I would stay at home and shop on Amazon and have it delivered to my house. They just keep taking things away and prices go higher. The consumer will not stand in long self checkout lines, bag it ourselves, carry it to our cars and pay more

This is now a place Im afraid to go into...its like hardly anyone works there anymore. And social distancing is a thing of the past ...well I for one HAD COVID-19, and STREP at the same time, and I got it from Walmart. I know this because Im an introvert. I quarantine on a regular basis, so this is nothing new to me. But I needed my meds, and I had to go to Walmart, and I got sick within a week of being there. The prices are going through the roof, and Im better off shopping at my local grocery store where we still use masks, being chuckwagon races time again, its not rocket science!

Nice Associates very helpful the only thing is I said they had stuff in stock that was not in stock and yes they are going through a remodel so that probably had something to do with it

I dont work here, wont check myself out..they cant leave anything alone, cant find anything. Amazon is amazing! Comes right for my door!!

Its a decent store its huge they no longer carry cigarettes but prices are pretty decent except for milk which they charge more than supermarkets which is crazy

Its a wal mart thats for sure. But I dont like the way they put the toiletries with the drinks.

I will do everything in my power to avoid going to the Walmart Supercenter. Its always too crowded and you can never check out. Almost every single employee Ive ever come across is also rude and they dont know nor care about what it is youre asking about.

They don’t have enough employees. If you’re not paying with a card you are standing in line forever just to get checked out. Plus the money order is never open anymore I never have anyone working there and you have to go to the other one I just bring the Harrison people

Walmart in Russellville was so much better than in Camden. The self check is card only but plenty of cashiers working other lines

The associate at the store do try harder than the associate at the Dardanelle store to at least help the customer. Outside of that your typical Walmart Supercenter you never know if anything is going to be in stock or not but at least everything is cheap.

Store was clean and I had no troubles finding what I was after. My only complaint would be the people bringing bread blocking the row with their carts. Had to loop down another row to go into the bread row for something.

Things are so hard to find now since they rearranged it all but otherwise its all good. Alot cleaner, beside where they are remodeling.

Clean bathrooms, excellent selection of products and caring staff members. 10/10 will Walmart again

But when I got there the workers where putting things on the shelf. So it was getting late. So it wasnt to bad.

If you call to get tires, make sure they go out and actually put their hands on the tires they say they have. They have people that are too incompetent to do their job, so you have to make sure of these things.

Always a good experience, just wish the self check outs would take cash.

The only problem is theres only 1 cuz Im pretty sure everyone in Russellville goes there to hangout because it was completely packed youre lucky to find a parking spot

If I could give them zero I would. Terrible service lazy disrespectful and rude workers. Filthy woman s bathroom. The big black guy was the worst in self checkout. Plus he lied about not being able to pay cash n get a receipt and started throwing my groceries out of the bags when I was trying to pay for them . He needs fired.

They do not sell items they used to sell for my needs so very disappointed.

That exists within the city that I was born good place to go shopping has more things that you want then the neighborhood store we live closer to the neighborhood store but we do go to the super center for things that are not at the neighborhood store that we need or if the neighborhood store is stocking we just go back to the neighborhood store and get what we need supercenter is very good for clothes and other things that the neighborhood store doesnt have

Walmart always has the best price on almost anything and everything. The service at this Walmart is really really great. Everyone is eager to help, and never gives any lip or faces.

Love the clearance sales and the make up brands I like can be found here. It is always great shopping at Walmart.. however customer service is lacking when it comes to making a person feel comfortable, mostly just no customer service, besides just ringing up my order.

There were physically 2 checkers in in the whole big ole store!!! Shame and disgrace!!! They should give customers a 5 dollar credit for having to check themselves out.. service has gone to hades in a 8 Oz plastic bag!!!

This store has all self check outs. No help from employees in this store period.

Need to train store personnel to stay out of customers way. They are always busy, but they could beLots more courteous about not obstructing the isles.

They changed the entire store yet again making you have to walk from 1 end to the other just to find something.

A really nicely setup Walmart super center. I rarely have trouble finding things. They update the in-store portion of the Walmart app frequently to give corrections in locations, and other things! Really a good and well run store!

Went for the 3rd time to swap out a Hyper Tough 2.0 Amp 1/4 sheet sander Last friday I stop at Dardanelle Wal-Mart and bough one use it less then 5 min. Saterday and it just stop running, so went to Russellville Sunday swap out got another one was there maybe 30 Min got home plug it in and it ran maybe 30 seconds so went back Monday and told myself wasnt going to swap out again but I got o get my.money back but went s head and got another one waited set my time on my phone was in line at service for 38 min. Not counting it took them 20 min. To find someone with a key to get in the glass case, but anyway got it home and just ran it for maybe a good 30min and so far so good . But I dont thank i will buy anymore Hyper Tough tools just because dont want to go deal with that again.

Always a crowd it seems--will be glad when I can shop at 1 a.m. again! Or even midnight! Got most of the items is planned to pick up--always able to find what I want at WallyWorld!

Walmart Supercenter in Russellville Arkansas is extremely popular! Even though the Covina 19 pandemic the foot traffic at this location is fantastic. Great service and excellent choices of varying prices are under the same roof. My only negative concern is not the fault of Walmart ownership; its the fault of Arkansas politicians who tax our troops, working poor and senior citizens way, way too much. When I am elected to the senate the tax codes will be reorganized! Russellville Arkansass Walmart will have that fifth star!

At least at this one the check out cashiers were a lot more effective and polite. They had plenty of sales going on too, so that was helpful. This store just seems to be more consumer friendly.

Higher prices. And check your self out. People out of jobs. All Wal Mart cares is more money for them.

Wal-Mart pharmacy is absolutely horrendous!!! My childs doctor sends three prescriptions to his pharmacy every three months, and the pharmacy always finds a way to lose them.

We always find what were looking for at the store. Sometimes we order for curbside pickup sometimes we go into store. If you cant find it here theres a possibility you will find it in Dardanelle

It is a simple Friday night, I went in the store to get a couple of things I needed and get some VERY important ice cream because I knew when I got home I would be having a mental breakdown. When I got home I could not find my ice cream and got even more depressed then I already was, so I called Walmart. A very nice lady answered the phone and directed the call to customer service where I was on hold for 5 minutes, yes 5, when someone picked up the phone and proceeded to hang up before I could say a word. So now I am laying in my floor crying wishing I had ice cream and having a mental breakdown all because Walmart doesn’t know how to answer the phone. :’(
