The hairstylist that did my hair was great. I was not unhappy that she was the only one in the location at the time of my service. It makes it difficult for her to do her job when she is constantly being pulled away. She was trying to focus on me, but there were other customers coming in to buy product and wanting services to be done. She had to turn the customers away that wanted services at that time. Also, she was answering phone calls (which she had to go to the front counter for) and being paged multiple times by the freight room because they had freight coming in that day that needed to be picked up. When I arrived, she was not the only one at the location. The other individual was instructed to go home by upper management. My hair took longer than it should have because the location was being improperly managed. I understand budgets and productivity, but at some point the customer needs to be important. If it was properly staffed, more customers would come. Again, my stylist did a great job!! I was just frustrated about the situation!!

The salon completely messed up my eyebrows after i told them i wanted the shorter this is no okay if u they have the license and make an eyebrow shorter than the other

I enjoy shopping at Pennys because I like the clothing lines they offer. I always need assistance shopping, it is never a problem.

If you need clothes, jewelry, even cooking appliances, pressure cookers and more, stop in and check them out.

To pricey. Good things to buy, but Im not going to pay 25 bucks for a shirt, Im cheap.

Clean store, not a lot of product, but probably because of the supply chain. I had to return a internet order, took care of me just fine, no hassles or problems.

I appreciate this salon, the staff was very helpful and kind to help me with my disabled mother. They did a spectacular job on her color and the hair cut was beautifully created from a very talented young lady. I am very confident to recommend any of these hairstylists its one thing to get a color and a cut, but when you get it from a skilled and talented professional that has passion for beauty, well we all know that is where the difference is. Many sincere thanks of gratitude to all of the hair stylists and designers of JCPENNEY SALON of Russellville. I cant wait for my appointment.

Foundary is a good Brand would never go to another Brand.

I had to exchange two pair of jeans that I had ordered. I had reversed the waist and length, so of course it didnt fit. The attendant was very understanding and not only arranged the replacement order, but arranged for it to be free shipping and to use my $10 discount, which I had forgotten, to lower the price even more!

If youre petite and looking for denim skirts that arent mini,dont bother looking here.

The person helping was good but her manager was very abrupt and not friendly at all.

What I love most about the JCPenney here is it has Sephora in it and thats absolutely perfect for me. Very friendly staff if you dont know about the product they will help you. AND love how they color matched my foundation for me it is perfect!

Nice and well set up store. Could use more workers and selection but is decent for a smaller sized store and accommodating as best as possible. Love the new jewelry Disney collection. The mens suits are nice too. Can even order in products/clothing into the store with free shipping if they dont have something you want in stock.

It is a bit of a drive to get here for me but I needed a pair of blue Jeans and am hard to fit. I have ALWAYS been able find some that fit and feel great and are on sale here. The missing star is because I wanted help in another dept and could not find an employee. I did not ask at another counter to have one page so I guess that is really on me.

This is one of the nicer Penneys stores. Well stocked, lots of registers- in one place, well lit and clean. Friendly staff.

It use to be the best place to shop. I had my Son in there to be fitted for a suit. Measurements were wrong, wrong sizes given to him and the guy acted like we were bothering him and rolling his eyes with the questions we had about the suits! So we went to Belks and spent $217 cash there for a great suit for Semi Formal, we were so pleased with Belks! I recommend Bells for quality suits at the right price and Formal Affairs in Russellville Arkansas also.

I like shopping there. The store seems to be well stocked and offers a good variety of men’s clothing. The prices are competitive.

You know all these store such a JCPenney and Kohls feel kind of the same I. The fact that if it is not on sale its way overpriced. On this particular visit I bought 2 polo style shirts at 75% off. That still put them at $18 each because they were originally $80. Sorry but I wont pay $80 for a shirt.

Took my wife to this store on her birthday. She tried on several pairs of jeans and we were still trying to find a pair she liked. Wife went back once again to try another pair and employee, had put up a bar, shutting off the dressing room? I went to the service desk to inquire and was told there was a dressing room at the opposite end of the store, she could use. Really? Horrible store! Ill never go back. We went to Maurices and bought 2 pairs of jeans along with 3 nice tops. The 2 young ladies in this store were amazing! Pennys missed out on a $190 sale.

JCP never has the right size that is the most common body type. They always have lots of small and 3xl but are always out of large, XL, and 38x32. They need a better selection of adult men casual wear.

No place to set for older people. All shoe items DO NOT have prices on them. Ladies slacks size all mixed up. Not low to high. ONE slack STYLE MIXED WITH OTHER STYLES. No prices on mens tennis shoes..tshirts and mens jeans. We need to know if we can afford something before we go to cashier. Then at least we can look for something else. Very disappointing. I love Jcpenney but these changes make me want to find elsewhere to shop.

Absolutely the worst salon in the area do not come here to get anything done to your hair whats so EVER very poor customer service and two of the employees where arguing over who was better at doing a certain type of hair cut and then both had to come together and one cut what she knew and the other cut what she knew DO NOT COME HERE dont say I didnt warn ya!!!!:/
