I do not do this lightly, and if I had any intention of going back, I would be open to having my mind changed. Do NOT plan anything else for your afternoon. I understand being busy and if I am a walk-in customer, I know I have no room to complain. But I made an appointment. I was on time for my 1:00pm appointment. When I made the appointment, I told the girl on the phone that I needed to leave town by 3:00pm. She assured me it would take no more than 45 minutes at the most to change 2 tires.Well, at 2:20pm, someone finally grabbed my keys and went to find my truck. I have to leave town in 10 minutes, and I have no idea when theyll be done. If a customer has an appointment for a certain time, you focus on having an open bay around that time. End of story. If that customer is 5 minutes late (maybe 10, if youre feeling generous), move everything else up line. Its a small risk and price to make a long term, loyal customer. Im sure the work will be done well, but the lack of professionalism in time management has been expensive for me.I would prefer to pay more up front to have my appointment kept than to get a good deal on tires with an unknown price tag on the rest of my day.

Good as always. Over the past 2 years Ive had a couple of alignments, tire changes and brake jobs done since Ive moved here and if something wasnt right they made it right. And majority of the time cheaper than anyone else. They will continue to have my business

Passing through Arkansas on our road trip and had issues w the car. Brought it to them after 2 other garages were too full to see us today. When we got there they gave us a time table to look at the car that worked for us. We went to lunch and came back to needing 2 tires. They got them in and on in the same day! As busy as they were they were able to squeeze us in as we were not able to leave it for a day.Highly recommend! So nice and easy to talk to! All had a smile and didnt treat us like they couldnt be bothered! When I pass through again, if I need anything, they will be the ones I go to!!!

Junior was a great help when my mom got stranded with her tire. Fast friendly helpful and he was a man of his word. She got home safe and sound. Definitely recommend this shop and its hard working employees.

Every time I have needed something in an immediate situation, they have always taken my car in right away and they have always done very well by me. Great place and nice people. I stopped by late in the afternoon for a new set of tires for my work truck. My company uses a fleet card to purchase tires and it took 30 minutes or so to get them approved for purchase. Once approved they started installing the new tires right before closing time and had them completed in no time. 5 stars for awesome customer service.

Called several places, they were the only ones open during the snow storm. I needed a tire fixed. They got me right in as soon as I showed up and the wait wasnt long. The customer service was great and the price was reasonable.

So far, so good. I had an issue that came up after my initial visit, but they made it right immediately with no additional labor costs. Mightve been oversight on their part, or just an unfortunate coincidence, but they got it fixed. I didnt even have to whine about the bill, they just charged me for a cheap little part that got me back on the road.Right now they have my complete trust - hard to come by at a lot of shops. Im sold as a long time customer.

Honest hard-working employees, reasonably priced, you may have to wait a little longer but it is worth it for your piece of mind that the job was done correctly and then some.

Hindsmans & Sons has done a great job of following reasonable and safe COVID guidelines with distancing as much as possible and mask wearing. They get a thumbs up from me (two sets of car tires and a set of trailer tires) for this...and the group River Valley COVID Safe Businesses and Places gives them an A+ rating. Keep up the good work.

My son took his car in for two new tires. One of the rear tires had a nail in it and he wanted it replaced and keep the best of the others. He also specifically requested adhesive weights. What he got was the front tires changed with clip on weights. The rear tire wasnt even change nor the nail removed until he asked about it. Then they had the nerve to charge him to fix a flat on a tire that was already at the tread wear mark. And to top it of he discovered they popped the lower rocker panel loose. Avoid the guys!

Family owned and operated since 1984. They work pretty hard to maintain a good reputation since their business survives on service. They may not be able to guarantee they get you out by one if you make a 12 oclock appointment for an alignment, but I bet they get you out by one or earlier 90 percent of the time.

I went in the other day for a front end alignment on my truck. After about an hour of waiting, they come out to tell me that the reason its pulling is because it needs two upper ball joints, two lower ball joints, two camber arm bushings, and radius arm bushings. After parts and labor it came out to a grand total of $827.86. This sounded fishy to me so I took it to my families mechanic shop an hour away. Turns out all it needs is one lower ball joint and an alignment.They tried to rip me off for nearly $1000 for a $200 job. I will not be back.

I called to make an appointment for a front end alignment and the guy on the phone said it would cost $50.00, but when I got there they said it’s gonna cost $80.00 that’s the first thing. #2- They told me a tie rod was bad and said FOR JUST THE LABOR it costed almost 320 dollars to just put a new tie rod in, I took it home and put a new tie rod in in under an hour. I don’t think an hour of labor should cost 320 dollars...

Spent a lot of money to fix front end to have parts fall off while driving that were not tight. It happens, mistakes, but the guy behind counter just says it was part problem. Now noise in same area and they say it may be a bushing. May have to throw parts at it to find out which
