We were in town for a baseball tournament and our battery died when our game was over. We got a jump and went straight over to Auto zone (in our town Auto Zone is the best). After we paid $189 for a new battery they said they were too busy to come help put the new battery in … they handed us tools and an employee watched from the window. The tools they were nice enough to lend us weren’t the correct size. We had to borrow tools from another customer. WORST customer service EVER!! If you want to keep customers, the employees need to refrain from rolling their eyes because they have to go outside in the heat. Do your job!

In and out, found what I needed easily. They double checked it was correct for me and helped me install with almost no wait time at all.

When a customer calls in and tells you what part they need please dont argue with them and tell them that is not the part. Im sorry but if Im working on my own car Im pretty sure I know which part I need thats why I call and ask you for the specific part if I didnt know I would ask!!!!

What are the best places to go get the parts I need theyre fast friendly and caring people

I went in today to get my battery tested. It was bad so I bought a new one. I had them change it out for me because well I had 3 kids under 3 and under with me. I was able to get to my next stop and when I tried to get in my van I had no power at all. The doors wouldnt unlock, my power door wouldnt open nothing. After looking at it and talking to my husband the battery was not connected correctly. The positive connecting literally slipped off. On a side note I never got my receipt emailed to me either.

I love autozone but this location lacks customer service skills. Constantly putting phone calls over customers who are in store for purchases. Had a cashier actually leave in the middle of my transaction and had to wait after waiting in line to get another person to finish my transaction. Never will I return to this location.

The guy who waited on me kept putting down my vehicle because it was a Ford. I know he thought he was funny teasing about it but when you rag on it like that its not funny anymore.

Great staff, large selection. This is my preferred parts store. My only issue, a few of the employees obviously have zero knowledge of what they are selling, and rely completely on info obtained from the computer, but attempt to pass it off as personal knowledge. This is not only misleading, but insulting. Reason being, you take advise from someone who claims they know yada yada, when they are misinformed, leading you into buying the wrong item for your task.

The most awesome thing about AutoZone is the fact that theyre all interlink your computer which means its my part goes bad when Im in North Park Arkansas theyll know where I bought and the southern part of Arkansas where I live these guys are freaking great truly my heroes

Friendly staff, clean store and well organized. Same day delivery on parts that arent in stock. Last part check over the phone didnt go well, didnt seem ready to go that extra mile for customer service. Someone else got my business that day.

Store manager, Don, was the biggest help for me. I broke down out of town and he help me get the part to me. My daughter picked up the part and I returned to pay on my way home. Ive been going to this AutoZone for 10 years and have never had a problem getting my part or having someone help my when I arrive. And they always great me as I come in the store. My car lost power on i40w just west of Atkins. Hooked up a battery charger and got just enough juice to make it to the auto zone in Russelville. The staff was so nice and patient with us. The guy that helped us was actually from Tulsa which is where we’re from. We bought a new alternator and changed it in the parking lot with the tools they let us borrow!!

Ive always gotten great service. In fact, today, they explained how to fix something without purchasing what I had come in to buy. Fair trade, I decided to go ahead and order something I was going to put off, instead. Even though I knew a lot of what they were trying to explain, they didnt do it in a way that would make me feel stupid. Therefore, I was able to pick up a few tidbits that I didnt already know and solved my problem. Thank you!

Three weeks ago I ordered an in cabin air filter. It was supposed to be in on Tuesday the following week. I stopped by to see if it was in and they said it would be in next Tuesday. I waited past the scheduled delivery date just to make sure I have the part enough time to come in and they said it will be in next Tuesday. Im not happy with my experience and Ill be taking my business someplace else.

Customer service techs need training in serving customers. Little to no knowledge of basic mechanical functions. I had to show the tech how to use the pos system...

They took my husbands credit card number over the phone so his brother could buy some parts and when he went up there the next day to pick the parts up they said they had no record of the sale even though they charged him 146.00.They said the computer was froze and they wanted his credit number again but my husband told them he had already paid.Would not recomend this place!

Its getting harder to find parts for older vehicles these days. My 92van needed a headlight they had it but, no clips or fasteners for adjusting the lights so, what do You do? Oh well its that way everywhere !

Dont believe Ive ever waited so long to be helped (at the counter). Had to leave and come back. They do get an extra star for having the oil I was needing.
