Very friendly receptionist. Billie is very quality detailed oriented person!!They get you into an adjuster as quickly as possible.The adjusters are very detail oriented to put your vehicle back to pre incident condition.The adjusters will take their time with you to make sure you understand everything that will happen and to keep you informed.

I called around 3:30 pm seeing if they could put some headlights in for me on my 2008 Malibu. To get to the headlights you have to take the front bumper off. They told me to come on in so he could take a look at it.. It’s 4pm and they already have it in the back working on it. They have been VERY NICE and HELPFUL. The inside is super clean and the receptionist is soooo sweet!! Highly recommend coming here! They got me in last minute!!

I called from out of town to ask if they could help with a craft project I had sold to a lady in Russellville, since I live in another town altogether. Miss Billy said yes they could and indeed, they assisted my client that afternoon and resolved a long-distance problem that could have become complicated and expensive. Wow....I wouldnt even give them one star. Randy was SO rude!! I called to ask to see how much it would be and take to fix my body work on my car after I hit a deer 3 weeks ago, and he had the audacity to tell me he wanted me to take my business elsewhere (Tiggs body shop) because they didnt want to be a liability if anything were to go wrong. So I started to ask him the price of (in general) how much it would be for me to buy the part new and have them weld it on and he said a little over $600 and he said, You might be better off taking it to someone else. I simply told him I was not worried about the money or cost and that all I was worried about was getting my car fixed. I told him that, I did not appreciate his attitude and unkindness, and that if they didnt want my business, which he made very obvious, that I would take it elsewhere, like he mention in our 30 minute conversation 5 times. Very disrespectful. Very rude. Very unfriendly people! I WILL NOT be doing business with Sorrels, EVER. I couldnt have been more appalled by his business manner. Definitely need some changes here! I will go elsewhere and Im 100% certain they will treat me better anywhere else, than at Sorrels body shop. I would love to speak to a manager and if he was one than God help this business!!

If I could give something less than a star I would. Out family tried to rent a car through Sorrels Entetprise station for a long distance trip. Not once but twice, they left us high and dry. Both times we went to pick up the vehicle and was told it wasnt available. When we went to pick up the vehicle this morning we were told it was no longer available. They let the current renter keep it an extra day.They didnt notify us of this nor offer anything comparable to what we reserved--Suburban. They offered us a 15 passenger van as a replacement. In my opinion, they should have offered that vehicle to the renter who wanted to keep their rental an extra day since they had already confirmed with us that this was available. We had to rush around for half a day to find another available vehicle and are 6 hours behind on our schedule. Thank you Cogswell Motors for all their help getting us on the road.

Not a good experience.Backed into a tree and needed rear side panel and bumper replaced. Also I have a spray in bed liner that wrapped around on top of rear side panel. This would also have to be addressed. The agreement before the work was to fix the body issues and leave the top of the panel not sprayed with bed liner. Instead I was to have them go through insurance to cut me a check to have the bed liner done where I had it originally done.They fix it. I go to get it and they have sprayed the bed liner. Not the whole bed as I would have wanted to match color but just the top of the panel. Now there is an obvious difference in old and new bed liner and didnt do a good job at that. Its also not the same kind of bed liner that I have on the rest of my truck. They did own up to their mistake and gave me the money they agreed to. But the product they gave me was not good. The body work seems fine but whereever they took my truck for the bed liner did a terrible job and Sorrells was alright with giving this even after their mistake.My truck was also on E when I got it back.To their credit they were very nice about the whole ordeal but in the end Im not satisfied and will have to get my truck bed re sprayed entirely.

Sorrells did a great job of repairing my car after I was rear-ended. It did take a couple weeks to get my car back, but it took longer than expected to get my parts in. Everyone was always friendly when I had questions or called to check on the progress of things.

The best place to get auto body work done. Anywhere else is a mistake.
