I had a great experience with this company. Excellent value on a used piece of equipment and very helpful staff. Have to mention Alex who arranged the sale with me. His communication was great and he was always helpful, even arranged to get me some components that I overlooked on the sale. And especially Mike from Parts, who went above and beyond to deliver the components to me while he was making a visit in my area. Would absolutely buy from these guys again.

Good people. Very friendly and helpful. I dont know too much about tractors but they helped me with buying my lawnmower. Im happy with the purchase. Ive also just had the first oil change the other day and it is a little pricey, but for the money I spent, I feel its better to spend it to keep it in the best working order I can. So once a year Ill handle it.

Good service. Take advantage of having your equipment serviced in the winter. Summer work is so busy, you might have to wait 3 weeks.

Horrible customer service from parts dept. Either doesnt know their own products or refuse to help you unless you are buying their named parts. Tractor battery failed and was nowhere near a kabota dealer and wouldnt give me the conversion of the battery because I wasnt buying from them. Will never use Russellville kabota dealer again
