These are the kindest baristas! Witnessed their patience with a senior who was hard of hearing. Best coffees weve had while in town...we tried them all.

Stopped in for a quick snack and a coffee after biking nearby trails. We ordered an iced latte and a scone. Wonderful latte and absolutely delicious, buttery and soft scone. My husband and I loved them both! Quick and friendly service with a very clean establishment! I would definitely return here!!

Very yummy Zocca cinnamon Dulce Latte ! The hubby and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, very laid back with friendly costumer service.

This place has more real food items and more flavors than some of the other places in town. After trying the Krafty Kup and Sacred Grounds coffee this was my least favorite of the three, by far. If youre a dark roast coffee drinker and you like darker more burnt tasting beans this place is definitely for you. I am more of a light or light medium roast that has a really nice well-balanced flavor that I do not need tons of syrup or sugar to kill the burnt taste of the coffee. The overall ambience of the store was great and the staff was very nice and friendly I just didnt like the coffee. The food was ok nothing special. Breakfast sandwiches are fake eggs that are microwaved. The scone and coffee cake were both really dry and not a lot of flavor. The brownie and muffins however were excellent!

Randomly stopped in here on our way out of Ruidoso, and were blown away by the service and the quality on a busy day! The breakfast sandwiches with green chile were great, the smoothie was fresh and delicious, and this coffee recommendation was the best👌

I called and asked if they had cold brew. They said they did. Drove 15 minutes across town in ridiculous traffic... ordered my cold brew... they said sorry, we dont have cold brew. What?!?!?!? I called and asked! Theynpushwd iced coffee on me, which is just regular coffee over ice... sorry, but if youre working in a coffee joint you should know the difference. I can only drink cold brew because it is 66% less acidic than coffee. Anyway 2* for me, only bc the girl was apologetic.

Cozy coffee shop. My wife loved the coffee, and I loved their breakfast burritos. The employees were helpful and went out of their way to make the experience awesome. The high ceilings and comfy chairs sealed the deal.

Blonde lady up front was rude to my pregnant wife and spilled hot coffee on her without caring. It didnt help seeing a bug crawling out from underneath the counter. Horrible experience would not come back. Dont bring your family here.

Great service. I was thinking about getting an extra shot and the barista asked if I would like to try the mocha before she charged me so I could decide if I wanted the extra shot or not. She mentioned that they normally put 2 shots in already. I went with no extra shot.

I had a croissant sandwich, with a choclate croissant, and their specialty dirty chai!!! So yummy, and their specialty items are great, they have their own touch for desserts and drinks.

Incredibly disappointed in this place. Cute coffee shop and concept, but poor management. Asked for TWO breakfast sandwiches sans sausage and made on bagels since they were out of paninis. That somehow was a $2 upgrade and I was only made and handed one sandwich. The employees, albeit sweet, were dumbfounded as to how to ring it up and seemed thrown for a loop that I didnt want sausage. Really not hard, charge me base price for the sandwich and just dont put sausage on it good grief. Prices on menu displayed on the counter were also incorrect. When I asked about that, I was met with aggressive defensiveness from the owner. It took about 10 minutes to get my order and they werent even busy. From someone who has been on both sides of S.I. as an employee AND a manager, this is not how you run things. Always keep your prices, busi ess hours, etc. UPDATED online AND in the store. If you are advertising one price but forgot to change a display, a simple I am so sorry about that confusion. I will honor the price displayed for you. Thank you for your business. is better than treating the customer like theyre wrong and an inconvience. The employees even seemed afraid of and stressed out by the owner. If youre out of panini bread, there is literally barely any revenue lost for you to just make it on a dang bagel yet the employees seemed so worried about ringing it up properly which is telling. Definitely will not be returning ever. McDonalds $1 menu and coffee would have been x1000 better, faster, and cheaper. When you guys have more competition as new businesses move in or re-brand, you guys might really feel the heat of lost revenue then. Best of luck to yall.

Very friendly and helpful! I asked if any of their food was vegan and the cashier checked the recipe for me. They also offer soy, coconut and almond milk if you’re vegan like me.

This little coffee shop rivals anything Ive been to in the big cities in terms of quality -- and it completely lacks that pretentious vibe that some of them have. Ive been coming here for over two years now and the quality of the food and coffee has been consistently good. Their chocolate muffins and beef and bean burritos are VERY good.

Service was great and had awesome coffee. Was visiting for a few days and it was the first coffee place that actually had Dark brew coffee with good flavor. Forget starbucks this is the place to go!

Really neat little coffee shop. Food and coffee are excellent, service is friendly but very slow,. Great place if you are looking for a leisure cup/snack, not so much of you need a quick bite. Offer free wifi but when you go in they give you the password to the wifi from subway next door. They may have an agreement with them, it just seems odd.

Delicious coffee!!! (It’s important!) Super friendly staff. Gave us some great ideas on where we can go check out cool places around town. Highly recommend their pumpkin muffins and The Nutty Professor coffee.

This place is wonderful! The staff is so friendly and the coffee is delicious! Not to mention, I am a klutz and accidentally spilled my coffee. They rushed to assist me and even remade my coffee! Amazing! We’ve gone twice already on our short trip to the area.

These breakfast burritos slam! We bought one to share and quickly bought another! Definitely could use more salsa! Super delicious! It’s also homemade.The chai is really good too. They steep their own chai!We also tried the blueberry & apple cinnamon scones- they were both delicious, a nice little sweet treat!

I was surprised by the ginormous variety of coffee, tea, and snacks. I was almost impressed by the number of gluten free desert choices. The atmosphere and the staff were pleasant. I would give them 5 stars, but their wifi needs some improvement. But, 5 stars for everything else.

Latte was bad. Barista didnt know how to froth milk. Starbucks wouldve been a better choice today.

First I dont coffee, so this is mainly a tea review.Customer service was amazing as soon as I walked through the door. A didnt catch his name but a gentleman helped every step in creating my perfect tea! I will be back!!!

Unfortunately I was unimpressed, especially considering all the positive reviews. Average cappuccino; it was drinkable but by no means comparable to a craft espresso drink. The food was disappointing; sandwich reminiscent of a greasy fast food breakfast with minimal effort or quality, not at all worth the price. Scone was not fresh, definitely not made that morning. Im an avid supporter of local business but I cant lie about my experience here. This place might be fine for someone who cares little about food quality and culture.

We traveled here from Seattle for a family reunion. The experience was great and the staff was friendly. My only criticism is the quality of the coffee, it was just ok. Seemed to be lots of locals which is a good sign.

I love this place. The coffee is wonderful, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are all local and helpful. I like strong espresso flavor and I get it with the Zocca beans. The oatmeal is good, the bagels good - could use some more varieties - and I like hanging out with the locals. This is a small town business with a nice bigger neighborhood feel.

Cool place to chill and hear local bands. Great coffee and beer! Sit on the patio with your breakfast....youll feel like youre starting your day off just right. :)

We really wanted to like this place, but other than friendly staff, the coffee was not good ( didnt drink it), the espresso drink was bitter (didnt drink it), and the veggie panini was not good... The chips werent stale is the most positive thing that I can say about the food or coffee. Not a good place for vegetarians or someone who values a good cup of coffee.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. Their Chai Tea is by far the best, and their Ciabatta sandwiches are amazing. The staff is usually very friendly and you never wait too long.My only (slight) complaint is that theyre a little pricey, but its nothing out of the ordinary for a coffee shop, and its definitely worth it.

Decided to try Zocca. They were closer that Starbucks. Big mistake the counter person was off standish, not friendly. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. The coffee was decent however, paid way more than I would have elsewhere. Will not go back way too overpriced.

My husband, Raul, found Zocca Coffee & Tea on Google. He surprised me with a morning trip over there for coffee and breakfast! It was wonderful. I had a sugar free cream brulee latte and he had a double shot latte. And bean,beef, and cheese burritos that were grilled and the best salsa. It is a small family operated coffee and tea shop with tons of yummy pastries!We will not be strangers there.

This place is great! Clean, helpful and so nice after a bikepacking trip. The proprietor had lots of neat local info like ghost stories about Ft. Stanton. If you want coffee in Riudoso, heres your place. Best part is its off the main drag so its so cozy.

I am giving Zocca five stars for the coffee I had today! I havent been here in so long because the last several times I came the coffee was not good. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. They have just about everything you could want and offer fast, friendly service. They have a pumpkin spice latte for all you white girls. I have had their Americano twice and it has been great both times. They have clean restrooms as well. My friend had their house blend and the pumpkin spice latte and said they were both great. Its also pretty cheap, I believe my large Americano was under three bucks.

We enjoyed having coffee here at night!! It was cold in Ruidoso!!
