We couldn’t be more pleased with our new Simtek fence from Paramount! It really looks great and is far more durable than our old wooden fence. Nate came out and worked with us in the planning phase. He gave us ideas, answered our questions, and was a straight shooter throughout. We were updated during the process on such things as permits, scheduling and installation. When our new fence came in Jeremy and his crew took over. They removed our old fence and hauled it away. They dug the holes and cemented the posts in one afternoon, then let them set over the weekend. They also set up a temporary snow fence to make sure our dog was secure for a few days. That was very much appreciated. Early the following week, Jeremy and his guys came back to install the panels. We were very impressed with Jeremy’s precise measurements and attention to detail. He’s a real pro! And his hard-working crew was very good and professional. They even cleaned up well. The end result is a beautiful fence that we’re very proud of. We certainly made the right choice when we chose Paramount!

Paramount came out and gave us a fair price on an aluminum fence. They did a great job with the install and gave updates along the way. The job was finished earlier than expected. A lot of other companies turned me down for the job being too small. I highly recommend them if you need a fence.

I am a first-time homeowner, and was looking for a backyard fence to keep my dogs in. I found Paramount Fence to be highly recommended online, as well as by some of my neighbors in my subdivision. I did quote 3 other companies, and surprisingly found Paramount Fence to be the most affordable, AND the most highly reviewed. I hired them to install 221 of black aluminum 3-rail fencing in my backyard, with a 5 gate. The sales process was easy with Jeff, and the on-site review with Jose was helpful - (he helped me realize I had overlooked including the side door in my layout, a big oversight considering the point of the fence is to let the dogs out easily and safely). Although they were 2 months booked when I initiated contact, it was worth the wait. Randy and his crew did a fantastic job and had it up in 2 days. He made sure to upload description and photos at the end of each day outlining the progress. Both my fiancee and I are thrilled with the fence, and the dogs are quite happy as well. Nate was great with the quote. He emailed me back within 15 minutes each response. He was 10 minutes early for the in person quote and was very knowledgeable. The install team was amazing. Very professional and accommodating. My vinyl fence is gorgeous. There is no gapping at the bottom and the material is high quality vinyl. The install was completed less than 2 weeks after the quote. Price is great and quality of work is amazing.

We hired this company in April to install ~200 feet of 4 foot aluminum fencing at our home. They were very quick to start work and came out and removed some of the existing fencing and started to install the fence over the course of a few days. Then nothing, for months.The primary culprit for ghosting us appears to have been our project manager Jeff. Let me tell you, if you hire Paramount and have the displeasure of talking to Jeff you need to just cancel the contract and walk away because this guy is awful. I tried for months to get an answer out of him, he alternated between telling me they would be there next week (they never were) to telling me they were waiting two weeks for materials to be delivered (it was always two weeks for some reason), to just hanging up on me on one occasion.They also inexplicably installed a length of fence crooked along our straight driveway. Jeff at first assured me they would fix and then later told me it was not crooked. All without ever setting foot on my property.I had to dig through google to find the owners email address and then things finally started to move in the right direction after contacting him. To their credit they did fix the crooked fence and eventually finished the job.Unfortunately we will have to live with their poor workmanship. They used the cheapest flimsiest Aluminum fencing material they possible could. The aluminum is very thin compared to even the cheapest residential grade fences I could find. The pickets are loose in the rails, they can easily be rattled around by hand or by wind.They also left dirt piles on the driveway and walkways that I had to clean up, left garbage and packaging from the fence material around the yard, and failed to secure some of the post caps.One of the main reasons we chose Paramount is because they service Detroit, unlike some of the more reputable companies based in Oakland County. If you live in the suburbs, please consider one of those companies instead.

We went with a company that actually greeted me with a human and didnt ask me to do your job for you by filling out the info you should be compiling, you should probably reevaluate the way you address prospective business clients, we have a 1 acre residential lot we wanted custom viynl 6 foot privacy with 5 sliding gates, glad to hear you are doing so well in your business that you dont feel you need to do any kind of sales calls or at least be respectful enough to call us, by the way our project sold to another company that came out the next day and actually answered the phone when i called fyi $31,000 too bad for you, not sure how your company has a 4.6 star rating with such a lack of customer interaction and service

I used this company about 2 yrs ago and had a great experience so I decided to use them again for another fence at a new house. This was a terrible mistake. I was getting a black chain link fence installed which should have taken 2 days to do.. it took 10 days to complete the project and the installers did nothing but complain about Paramount. Apparently Paramount left all of their employees go and only hire contractors now, this according to my installers. There was no personal walk through done prior to the work so when it came time to start the installers had no idea where the property line was and we ended up cutting down trees that in hindsight didnt need to be cut down. I called Jeff at Paramount and of course he blamed the installers and the installers blamed him. Then there was piles of dirt on my grass for almost a week that I was told would be cleaned up the day after they hung the fence so now I have these great dead spots basically at every pole position along the fence line. At the end of this whole experience I emailed Jeff and told him how disappointed I was and that I felt like Paramount didnt live up to their past standards whatsoever. I wasnt looking for a discount but thought that after everything that had happened they would have offered me something for my hassle... nope... heres the invoice, sorry that every aspect sucked, have a nice day.Ill never use them again nor will I recommend them. Paramount Fence finished 250 of 6 tall white vinyl fencing including a double gate at my residence, and I am very satisfied. This company does not use cheap panels and builds the fence custom one plank at a time. The fence seems decently sturdy and definitely exceeds 6 tall by at least few inches which I am extremely pleased about. I worked with Jeff, Jose, and also met the owner John with some of his foreman, and they all seemed like good people. It is worth the money, and I can definitely recommend this company. -Andrew

Had a gate installed recently in Royal Oak. The process leading up to the installation was long and drawn out. Estimator was inaccurate with quote the first time around, and requested additional $ after the final measurements were completed. The company requests that you communicate through an app which for some seems convenient but ended up to be confusing at times. We finally got our fence installed after 2 months after we started the process and are very happy with it. Quality of work seems good.

Jeff was more then accommodating, knowledgeable, and was always accessible. LOVED the App. I Had the fence installed about 3yrs ago and it still looks great! We recently had a minor issue where the small spring in the latch on the gate fell off. I called and they came out right away and replaced it - no charge! Nothing but PRAISE for this company. Excellent company. Very nice crew and top-notch customer service. The installation crew was efficient and very sweet to my young children who were interested in everything they were doing. About a year after our fence was installed a couple things had shifted. Paramount came out right away and took care of everything in the dead of winter. Following that our lawn service kicked up a stone or something and put a hole in one of the slats. Paramount came out very quickly and repaired the fence free of charge saying they were in the area and it was a minor thing. A good-looking privacy fence from a wonderful company. I have had a very good experience.

Paramount fence did a great job with our new fence. We chose black vinyl chain-link for the majority of the yard and then a small section of Aluminum fence for near the house. Autumn worked with me over the phone and then in person to do the measuring and estimate and was very pleasant and helpful. Their bid was much lower than other company for the same materials. About 4 weeks after we finalized the plan and put down our deposit the fence was installed. There was a minor issue with the permit, but John and Autumn took care of it quickly and it didnt really delay the project. I was very impressed by the work ethic of the installers, who dug all the post holes by hand and even took the time to repair an unmarked electrical line to the garage that they had hit (even though it was not their responsibility). The completed the post install in a morning and then completed the rest of the install a couple days later, after letting the cement dry. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Paramount Fence to anyone looking to have fencing installed.

We had a fence installed end of July and are very happy with the work results and materials~! The 4-man crew were a good group of men who not only were excellent at installation but also friendly and close with each other which made for a two nice days of work on site. Our project was 270 feet of Mocha Walnut 6ft privacy.We reached out to Paramount Fence and a few others about getting a fence quote back in early 2014. John was the only one that replied back with questions about our property since we have a different layout then most, the others only cared about getting their price out there. We didnt know what was needed since we are new homeowners and new to Livonia. When our fence project was back on the table early 2015 I reached back out to John and asked him for advice since we had to take our project to the Zoning Board for approval. John helped us tremendously before we even paid them a dime and before we made a commitment to go through them. Once we got the approval Autumn came out within a day and did the measurements and offered the quote. We didnt care about the price, we wanted a trustworthy company to do it and to do it the right way. Jeremy was our foreman. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and polite and made sure everything looked good before finishing. After our fence installation was done we had a problem with our gate. John did not hesitate to help us and got us a new gate to swap out. I do a lot of research and watch a lot of contractor shows on TV and learned that its not always about the price. I actually made an account to share my experience. As most of us do, we read reviews before selecting a company for a project.I always lurked, because I always felt that some reviews left are often buried but I want people hiring this company to know what kind of service they will be getting.I contacted paramount about getting a horizontal wood fence installed to replace my existing vinyl. I contacted 4 companies before paramount to get quotes. I put my request in on the website and was almost instantly greeted by Nate Tarrow (I went weeks without getting a reply with the others) He explained to me the drawbacks of installing horizontal wood fences in Michigan, he even included a video made by the company showing why. He was right. It looked awful. The video was also right as I saw the idea on Pinterest. Why did the other 4 companies tell me they install them all the time and there’s no issues when I asked? I did my research before replying and turns out he was right. They are not built for our climate and I’m glad I reached out as I was ready to pull the trigger on my most previous quote.I was thrown back on how honest he was with me and gave me different options that look similar. While they are out of my price range (for now) I will make sure paramount is the first company I contact for my fencing needs when that time comes. Nate, again I appreciate the honesty! You saved a lot of headache down the road for my husband and I!

John was SO easy to work with, and the fence looks great. For some reason it was incredibly hard to find someone to come out and replace our fence, so I ended up picking Paramount from a random Google search based on the reviews online and their responsiveness (ie, didnt make me wait 3 weeks to get a quote). After getting screwed by the company that put in my driveway, I was unable to let my dog out because I only had half of a gate, as they never reinstalled it. John and Adam were a joy to work with. For a long while we have had some complications with a neighbor and John was right on point with recommendations to separate our yard from theirs with some privacy. There were a few problems during the install but nothing that Adam did not take care of with good attention and regard for my concerns and John kept me well in the loop along the way and he even worked with me to make sure the fence jogged around a large tree that I was worried about. A friend recommended Paramount to me, after being very happy with his project. I still wanted to get a bunch of quotes, and after contacting a bunch of local companies about our fencing project, Paramount was the most responsive. Im fairly particular, so I asked a lot of questions and there was a lot of back and forth, but John and Nate were both super patient and helpful, and they found a solution to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget.They removed the existing fence and installed 200 ft of privacy fence in about 3 days, including a day they got rained out - I was impressed with how quickly they work. The fence looks fantastic, and I can tell they took a lot of care in their work. One agreement we had with our neighbor was that if we removed a section of fence, the new fence would maintain all connections to keep their yard closed off. Paramount went the extra yard to make sure we delivered on this promise.I would highly recommend Paramount.

I am probably more excited about a fence than it is sane and rational to be, but it is so unusual to work with a contractor who 1) actually does what they say that they are going to do and 2) does quality workmanship at a fair price and 3) cleans up after themselves; that I can hardly believe I am writing about it.I called Paramount on a Friday. By Monday, they were in contact; had provided a rough estimate (which turned out to be spot on); and were scheduling a time to come out and measure. A week later, they were at the house building my fence. Within 12 days of my call, my fence was complete, and they were back picking up their debris, and yes.... SWEEPING THE DRIVEWAY...... they swept the driveway. I couldnt believe it.I happen to be the daughter of a man who built all three houses that we lived in, in part because he struggled to find contractors who would show up when they said they were going to show up; and just do what they said that they were going to do.When Paramount Fence said that they were coming at 9am the next morning, they arrived at 9am. When they said that the man coming to measure would be there at 8:30am, he was there at 8:25am.That is the sure sign of a business run by people who care, and are interested in customer service.I could not be more pleased with the fence, or with the price that we paid. for the high level of service that we received.I cannot recommend them more highly.

I appreciate Paramount because they actually can communicate via modern technology like email & text messages and used google maps to give me an estimate over phone. The chain link fence install took awhile to get scheduled but I was happy with the work and they were always very nice. When i had a problem with my gate not shutting correctly, I emailed them some pictures and John Burke was able to show me the issue by responding with photos of how it should have been functioning. I just had a Fence replaced, by Paramount Fence, The crew was able to start a few weeks earlier, then our appointment, thanks to Nate for watching out for us on the date, we needed it done for a Party, that was great. They showed up right time and started working. Four great workers, and all very nice. This was a hard job, they had to drill through Concrete for some of it. They measured over and over again to make sure the Fence was level and straight. it was a 2 day job. The Fence is perfect, I will recommend Paramount to all my Friends.

John at Paramount Fence was a pleasure to work with as well as his staff and installers.We had tried to get quotes from other companies with not much luck but he was prompt, informative and courteous. The fence was installed in the estimated time frame and was completed in 2 days time including taking down and removing from our yard an existing fence. Highly satisfied customers here!

We did not have a large project but John made us feel like we were their highest prioritiy. We were very satisfied with the level of concern and care that was demonstrated as well as the make it happen mentality that was exercised. We will be return customers if we ever need more fencing that is for sure.

They did a great job, for us. The three men who worked on our project, were dedicated and very hard workers. They left the area where the fence was put in in good condition afterwards.Another thing that we really appreciated, was the communication from John regarding time of arrival of our special order SimTek fencing, and on the dates for the installation. This was a good experience for us, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this company. Our new fence looks great!!!

If I could rate our over experience with this company it would be a 0... ATTENTION find any other company Action Fence, Anchor Fence, Kimberly Fence...this was a nightmare from beginning to end...We gave our Deposit on April 18th 2015, they said in 3 weeks we would start, they didnt start the project until June 16th, because wrong parts were ordered, shipped the wrong posts, but first cemented the wrong post in, before realizing it was wrong, waited another 3 days for them to start up again...Trampled all my wifes expensive flowers,...when fence was done, caps were on the ground for the picket tops, the rails falling off and then our 6 ft privacy fell out of slots in 2 days,,,,then the owner John wants to compensate us with 50.00 off the bill, with all that had happened with this company, and all the aggravation the best he would do is 50.00, for the flowers...TAKE MY ADVICE..and save yourself the nightmare...you may see a lot of positive reviews here on Google, but trust me find other reviews on other sites like Yelp, ect...and you will see a lot of the same nightmare stories...

Amature work at a premium price. Project took 87 days to complete with several issues from start to finish . I would never recommend paramount fence to any of my friends or family!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Looking back, i would have gladly paid the extra $100.00 to the other company that gave me a quote had i not had to deal with John and paramount fence. First, our address was filled out wrong on the permit for the city, setting the project back. I was then jerked around and essentially ignored for months while my project remained unstarted... After paying half up front of course. In total, my project took 7 months. I was told 4 to 6 weeks. John sent out crews with gates and panals of the wrong size and color multiple times and after many visits, my old fence was not completely removed. The entire project was a disaster and i have recommended another company to everyone i have talked to about fences. John himself was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. His crew was sloopy, lazy and completely ignored my questions as homeowner. My neighbor and I have since hired another company to install another part of fence separating our yards because i simply could not deal with paramount fence one more time. 7 months of idiots was long enough. Please go with any other company besides paramount fence (complete fence co and action fence are much better people).
