I ordered a beardscape pro, with an extra case. The wrong items were delivered. I tried to contact customer service, but just got their voicemail telling me they were busy providing the best support possible. It also said for an immediate response, email them, so I did... nothing. I went to their facebook page and left a negative review, as well as tried contacting them in messenger. I was able to communicate with someone on their facebook, explain the problem, but was told they couldnt help me at this time... and then they blocked me on facebook. I would love to recommend this company as I have many times in the past, but I can no longer do that, not with this kind of customer service. I hope I can change this review, but so far I have yet to hear from them.
Amazing customer service, quick to reply even on a Sunday during the holidays. Bought the trimmer as a Christmas gift and its apparently great as well :)
