Frankly speaking, I had the best possible experience with Brendan and Matt at Elements. I wanted to design my wife’s wedding ring and Brendan helped me through every part of the process. All of my questions were answered and all the help I could ask for in the most pleasant and professional environment. The work they create is one of a kind and truly has heart behind it. I don’t know of a reason I have to go anywhere else for jewelry.

Wow! Unbelievable how many beautiful stones they have on display. High quality work, always done the the highest of expectations. They fixed my antique silver belt buckle for me, and did a great job! Highly reccomended if you need a piece of jewelry repaired. They know what they are doing. Masters of their craft.

Brendan does beautiful work, at least when you eventually get it finished. And you better hope you dont have any problem with your purchase like loose stones, etc., since they refuse to respond to phone requests or emails. He made a custom ring for my wife that she loves but a diamond fell out and repeated calls have gone unanswered. Buyer beware!

They’re artists that graduated from the prestigious College for Creative Studies in Detroit, passionate about their craft and transparent about all the details that are involved in the process. On top of that, their speed is admirable.I went a bit of a different route with my engagement ring for my fiancé; I sculpted my own wax and had Brendan cast it. I’ve never sculpted a ring before so there were some imperfections but Brendan took the time to make it perfect prior to casting. The end result was still my creation because he kept my lines and didn’t alter any of the design aside from one minor improvement, and the ring turned out perfectly. Finally, pricing is amazingly fair and transparent as well.Please buy your jewelry here, have them help you design your piece or design it yourself. They have state of the art casting equipment, the ability to digitally or hand sculpt jewelry, and create pieces that are pure masterpieces. From sourcing a variety of breathtaking stones, to design suggestions and minor tweaks making it all come together. Elements always delivered results and created a beautiful ring that was everything and more than we had imagined. Don’t be scared away by the words “custom jewelry” thinking it will break the bank, a large retailer would have charged us an arm and a leg for the ring we designed. Not the case here! Plus we know exactly where each stone came from, saw the superior quality put into each product, and in the end were able to shake the hand of the person who made our ring. Went to Elements / Brendan for an engagement ring. Brendan was extremely helpful through the process from picking the gemstone out, to design, and completing the ring itself. My financee loves the ring.Overall the process took 6-7 weeks, which was slightly longer than I had expected but overall was a great experience.The ring had to be resized, and Brendan was very accommodating and had it done the same day I proposed!

I cant even describe how much I love the ring that Brendan designed and executed. I wanted a wedding ring that was far from traditional and that is exactly what I got! It is two intertwined dragons with the rubys representing the fire from their mouths and the emeralds are their eyes. Brendan was so unbelievably patient and helpful with us throughout the entire process of creating our engagement ring. We had gone to a few other places before Elements, and the service we received was like night and day. Its obvious that the staff really cares about the people who walk through that door. We were treated as people and not customers who have money to spend. He worked with our budget and was in constant communication, he did everything he could to find the exact stone that I wanted, and the final product was more than I could have ever asked for. Brendan made the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen! He worked so closely designing the ring with my fiancée every step of the way. My ring is inspired by the video game the legend of Zelda and he researched the game and got the details down perfectly. So very detailed and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Contrary to Google, Elements website, and their very own posted hours at their store, they were closed when we visited. We stood in the rain and, as we tried the door, a man and woman inside were watching us struggle. They turned away and ignored us without giving even a gesture as explanation. Disappointing and rude.
