Great dealership with great deals. They really care about their clients. Took care of me and my family when we needed a new lease while other dealerships were asking at least $150-$200 per month and thousands dollars down payment more for even lower Grand Cherokee models they got us a great deal on Limited model and it was very easy to do business with them. Only after I told the other dealers about the deal we got with Village Jeep the other dealers wanted to match the price which tells me that they were not working in my interest at all and wanted to take advantage of us while Village Jeep and especially Mr.Alex Rose did a great job and got us honest and great deal. Mr.Rose who was the salesman we worked with did amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would do business with them again.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I had an appointment with the service department because my car would not start, which I waited 12 days for. On the day of my appointment I called the service department because my car would not jump, would have to be towed and would not make it to my assigned time slot. I was treated so poorly and disrespectfully by the service representative. He never asked me for any information about my vehicle, told me I would have to pay an absurd amount to even have them take a look at it, even after I repeated multiple times it was a lease of less than 3 years and under 36,000 miles (which is what the lease agreement fully covers up to). When asking about flexibility in their schedule because I missed my appointment time, he told me we will get to it when we get to it, maybe today, maybe not. Would not give me an estimated time of how long I would be without a vehicle. After hanging up frustrated, I called another dealership and immediately was treated with respect and great customer service. They offered me free towing and had someone out within the hour, a service Royal Oak never even mentioned was an option. They also offered me a rental car free of charge for the inconvenience and possibility of being without a vehicle for multiple days. Upon arrival they were very professional and accomplished everything I had hoped for flawlessly. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Royal Oak dealership in the future for any service needs or returning leases.

Have taken my car here religiously for oil changes, due to covid and having to schedule an appointment, I went to another place ONE TIME. I go back for my next oil change only to be told at the end, after they already did the repairs that the other place I went ruined my oil plug and they had to replace it, but it would possibly leak. They were very quick to blame the other place, but at no point while I waited did they inform me anything was wrong. My car was not leaking oil until AFTER my oil change with them. The service manager was rude, told me it wasnt his fault, and that he warned me the plug they had to use might leak... SO now I am looking at a $500+ repair for a new oil pan, and its not their problem. It was very easy for him to place blame on the other place, when I had no issues with my car after they changed the oil and it only started to leak once they fixed it. I would not trust them to fix my car if they cannot even do a simple oil change correctly.

I made an appointment on Monday to bring my car in for service on the following Thursday. The person on the phone had my information already on file and confirmed that with me.When I tried to drop my car off on Thursday the employee told me I did not have an appointment and he did not have my information on file. He told me that I must have called a different Jeep dealership so I showed him my phone where I had dialed this dealerships number on Monday to make the appointment. He did not apologize or try to investigate further. Instead he just told me he is booked for two weeks.Im not sure how my appointment was lost but that was not the best way to handle it.

I attempted to schedule an appointment for a safety recall for faulty airbags. The service department said they cannot do warranty work on salvage vehicles, however this only applies for recalls which are not considered safety related. The NHTSA specifically states vehicles with salvage titles are not excluded from recall campaigns.

Thank you, Brandon! He was a breath of fresh air today while having dealt with poor customer service from Chrysler in general when it came to turning in my lease during a pandemic. My lease expired mid April and I was told for the last 4 weeks that my car would be picked up by Chrysler as no dealerships in Michigan were open for lease returns. That promise to pick up my car fell through, and even the dealership I leased it through initially (LaFontaine) discouraged me from dropping it off to them. So, I called up Village Jeep, spoke with Brandon, who understood my concerns and coordinated having me drop my car off the same day. Was such a quick process and am so thankful to finally have had someone willing to work with me. Will be back to Village Jeep next time Im looking for a new car.

After an awful experience at a different Jeep dealership I stopped at village Jeep on a whim and I am so glad I did! Everything about my experience here was wonderful! Alex Rose was our sales person and he went the extra mile (well maybe a few extra miles) to get me the car I wanted all the way from Ohio! He delivered every promise he made and more. The dealership is out of my way but I am willing to come here for the excellent service and friendly no nonsense employees. I definitely have dealership remorse. New/naive car buyers beware, they will try to scam you. The paperwork given to us by the dealership to have sent to the bank listed the vehicle as several hundred dollars higher than was quoted.We were not given a license plate by the dealership upon pickup, and were told they would not give us the plate because we were transporting the vehicle ourselves out of state. Several days and headaches later after reviewing the paperwork we realized we were actually charged $124 for the plate, and after another unprofessional interaction with the dealership we were able to acquire our plate that was in their possession all along.

Long story short, went there to buy a car I already had seen. The salesman was very unprofessional, beside taking me for a ride with the car and telling me the price he did nothing else. The whole staff was very slow. In the end the end up giving me an unbelievable percentage rate for the auto loan 17%. In a TOYOTA dealer where I got my new car I got 8.4% rate. Im happy that I didnt buy a car there, so I recommend to everyone to stay happy too and dont even think about walk in this dealership.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE REACHED OUT.We have called and asked to lease the laredo 3 times and we cant get anyone to call us back when they say they will. We called and spoke to a manager (I believe her name was April) and couldnt believe how rude, inconsiderate and condescending she was to us. It came to be no surprise when we called her twice and asked if anyone there could lease us the vehicle.... she said she would speak with the original guy and make sure he calls us back with the details... after speaking to a rude manager twice and still feeling like our business is not welcome or appreciated at Village Chrysler, we called Sterling Heights jeep and leased an even nicer Grand Cherokee right away... It was very easy at Sterling Heights because they called us back like they promised!

Bought a truck from them last Wednesday and it didnt even make it home! This place is a scam and a half. They charged my friend $400 for a throttle body part, a $110 new part at most from anywhere else.They also charged 3 hours labor for the replacement. Any video online will show you this is at most a 1 hour job for a novice.I understand dealerships are generally overpriced, but they couldve gotten away with charging $500, which still wouldve been a rip-off, but understandable for a dealership.DO NOT GO HERE. They are not interested in selling. I saw them turn two customers away while I waited. I was pre-qualified for a loan through Chrysler and they spent an hour running numbers instead they ran my credit through several different banks, which I specifically said not to do because I didnt want it to impact my credit. Would not recommend them.

Pros:They were able to accommodate me and got me in quickly. as long as you can to leave it for a couple days.Cons:Rates are pretty high and it wasnt a great pick up experience.Paid double what I was expecting and when I attempted to ask about the labor rates, the rep just kept speaking over me.The cashier also insisted I sign something before knowing what I was paying for.Take parts cost and double it. Thats what you can expect to pay for labor. Regardless of how much time it takes to do something.

Their honesty and commitment to service is truly exemplary! They’re quick to forego expenses whenever possible and never try to sell anything that’s not needed. Twice now on my recommendation, a friend has driven from Canton to Village Automotive just to get a second opinion before spending over $1000 on a repairs suggested by another dealer. Both times, people at Village Automotive spent over 20 minutes carefully checking for the alleged problem, and then another 10-15 minutes proving why the repair wasn’t needed. All this at no cost.Today I took my car to them simply because cold air caused the tire pressure to change. I’d planned to pay for a tire rotation and get the pressure adjusted. They looked up my last rotation, found it wasn’t yet necessary, and insisted on fixing the tire pressure in all the tires at no cost. Even if you’re not in the market for a Jeep, they’re a great place for used cars and for maintenance on any make and model. If you’re looking for kind, honest, folks AND the best car care, give them a try

Reviewing as an employee who worked for Village Automotive less than 3 hours...Came in got the job for Service Advisor, seemed straight forward and was told the pay would be good and based on sales as well....Well when I arrived I was given an employment contract as well as employee handbook and just to say the least I was incredibly insulted by their lack of information and professionalism towards their new employee....If I were to list the pay youd all get a good laughBest part is that they literally wanted me to work every hour the dealership was open and get paid pennies...Good luck with your new (real)dealership, because Village Automotive was hilariously run down in its service dept. Sold me a used 14 Chevy Cruze which, less than a month later, threw up five error codes which involve exchanging a PCV valve in the intake manifold. This causes the car to use up more oil and be less fuel efficient. Dishonest and shady. This is the car I purchased to drive my newborn in to be reliable, which they knew.

Your service department is worthless. I spent 90 minutes waiting for what I was told would take 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I was told the issue was resolved and it would be resolved momentarily. 45 minutes later, I began waiting at the service desk to get answers. 20 minutes later, after no one came to help me, I went inside and asked for a manager. At this time I was told that they couldnt get into my software system and there is nothing they can do. This is a Jeep, that I brought to a Jeep dealership because I was told thats the only place that can update my software so I can use my trailer hitch. I lost 90 minutes of my day, and nothing was completed. I was not given a solution or even apologized for wasting my time... Just a shrug.I went back 2 separate times to try to get this resolved... each time being told they completed it, but later when I went to pick up a trailer, found out it still didnt work.Yesterday I went to Suburban Jeep and they resolved it within 30 minutes! Do NOT go to Village Jeep, when Suburban is only 3 miles away and does their job well.

WARNING!!!!!!!! DO NOT come and purchase a car here. I bought a 2010 truck for 19000$ and broke within the first six months. Only 64k miles!!!!! The warranty only covered part of the fix. Well I found a car at Village Jeep MI, but I am all the way in Colorado... The pictures online showed body damage on one side and not the other which was mentioned in passing, so I asked for photos. No additional photos were sent to me until after I had agreed to purchase the car based on the information I was given. So AFTER I had paid for the car I was sent pictures of the EXTREME body damage on the other side. Okay... I decide to go through with the purchase anyways, I ask if there is any issues the first couple days/weeks if they cover it and Vinnie my sales guy said yes, but a few months from now definitely not. Well the car arrived and there is a crack in the windshield, a crack In the front headlight, the rims are completed oxidized and peeling chrome, there are little things missing here and there all over the car, none of which was disclosed to me. After a week of driving the car I have also discovered a broken sway bar and an exhaust leak, none of which was disclosed to me either. My father even called and asked every question in the book about the condition of the car, nothing was disclosed to him either. The tires were not balanced, so there was a bad shake over 60. When I asked Vinnie he said sorry its as is. I thought I was getting a good deal, I was getting a lemon. Just to get this car running properly is going to take $2,000, not to mention the $5,000 in body damage, $400 for new wheels and $20 per tire to balance the wheels. $60 I just spent on new windshield wipers and I am sure the list will go on and on... Dont get your car serviced here.I brought my Fiat 500 here (where I bought it) with broken CV joints. The car was shaking violently whenever I drove it. After they had it for a few days the replaced the strut mounts (which did nothing) and they gave it back. They said as far as we can tell, its safe to drive. We dont know whats wrong with it so not only did they waste my time and tell me that an unsafe car was safe they also damaged my car. They put my car on their lift wrong and dented the bodywork. It wasnt until i got the car back that I discovered this. Im sure they must have noticed it but they were just hoping I wouldnt. I went back, and showed them the damage and the Service advisor Kyle was actually very apologetic about the situation and said i would get a free rental while they did the repairs at their body shop for free. Which is awesome! But the damage shouldnt have happened in the first place and they should know how to service the cars they sell there. After I go back to get the dent they made fixed im not going to ever go back.

Worked with Alex Rose to get a used Fiat 500. Really cool dude, not a high pressure salesman like I met at every other dealership. He actually bothered to get to know us and put up with all my high maintenance nonsense for the whole buying process.Its worth pointing out that all of their used cars Were priced at or below true market value based on Edmunds. That is huge! Most dealerships price cars a few grand over and then expect people who dont haggle to get screwed. Here we didnt have to haggle to get an awesome deal.Buy your car here!

Dennis at this dealer is great. After speaking with at least a half dozen local jeep dealers, all of which played some crazy games including telling me they had the jeep I wanted and then trying to sell me something different, quoting me outrageous prices (over $100 more than Dennis), and telling me the jeep I wanted didnt exist, i ended up finding a really great jeep at Village. Dennis was very upfront in telling why I might not want that specific jeep. Turns out that jeep wasnt the one but after speaking with Dennis for a minute he found one that was perfect. We negotiated a bit but it was never contentious. In the end I got the jeep I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Dennis and the team have me over what they originally quoted for my trade in (which was fair) just to get the deal done and worked with me to get all the discounts I could.Over all we moved fairly quickly and painlessly. An hour on Friday and an hour on saturday.

I purchased a used 2012 Audi A4 from the dealership back in October of 2016, Weeks upon having the vehicle at home the steering shaft broke on the vehicle $750 fix which the dealership told me it wasnt their problem, months later the engine blew on the vehicle, so much for vehicle inspections from this dealership. But it seemed that i would be ok because the dealership sold me a warranty.....now lets talk about this warranty .... they sold me the warranty with the vehicle that they the lender would only approve the loan with the GWC warranty that I had to purchase... folks this is ILLEGAL and Predatory Lending, i didnt know any better and accepted the fact, fast forward a year I have traded in the vehicle and wanted to get refunded the remaining part of the warranty, which several dealers who work with the same warranty company told me I was entitled to, The dealership has blown me off and gone around in circles and stated that it wasnt in my contract to refund anything, the point is they sold me something under false pre-tenses that I thought I HAD to have to approve my loan, this is Predatory Lending at its finest and will be pressing charges against the dealership.... STAY AWAY go to ANY other dealership than this one!!!

Their parking lot was so littered with unsold cars there was literally no parking for those that were there to be serviced. I came in for a simple task - an oil change - and was told that not only were they not available that day, but that I needed an appointment! It was mid-day. Their demeanor was haughty and dismissive. I was looking for a new place to get service. I recommend you find someone who knows what service is.

This place has no customer service at all. They broke off my wheel lock and just said it is my problem now.No help, no replacement.Spend your money at a different Jeep dealer.
