Everything was completed a week early! I loved the daily text updates to let me know the progress. My poor GTI was rear-ended by a student driver and looks like new again.

This is the first collision shop that I had a good experience with, it was actually fantastic. From the very start of the process all the way to the very last step it was nothing but accommodating, professional and pleasant. They really went over and above. This is the only shop I will deal with if ever needed again.

Great shop. Fast service and quality results. My service advisor, Martha, was great to work with. The price was right for the event results in my car. I hope to not need their services again for obvious reasons but if i do, Ill be back. I will also recommend them to friends in need of body work.

I picked Service King to repair my 2010 GMC pickup after significant front end collision. Marty kept me posted throughout the repair and was extremely helpful. The reason for my one star review is the quality of repairs. I had to take the truck back for some trim and fit issues. The front grill was not straight and parts left off or missing ! After getting my truck back a second time it still wasnt perfect ! then after a couple months of driving a side door molding came off along with an emblem !!! The mechanic only used one strip of double sided tape to attach it instead of four strips. POOR QUALITY REPAIRS.....I would not recommend this repair facility.

This has been my second visit to Autometric. First time was insurance work for a MINI I used to own. I was so pleased with the results that when I needed work done on my Lotus with my own money, they were my first choice. The paint match is perfect. What really made this a 5-star review in my opinion was Bob Emmetts willingness to drop me off and pick me up at my house. This made my life, and most importantly my wifes, life much easier. Excellent customer service! I had a hassle free experience when they repaired a dent to my explorer in which they: delt with my insurance company, kept me posted while doing the repair, finished it early and they returned a much cleaner vehicle! One more important thing: they did an AMAZING job!!!!!!!!

I found this amazing place by accident! A little old lady rear-ended me. She hit my bumper just right and knocked it off. There was no other damage done to the car. Instead of filing a claim, I decided to give her a break and attempted to put it back on myself, but could not find the right bracket at any auto store. I stopped into Service King to see if I could buy the part from them. They didnt carry it but said they could order it for me. Not only did they order the part, but when I came to pay for it, they would not let me and insisted they put my bumper back on for me. When I asked how much I owed them, they told me nothing. Their kindness took me completely by surprise, and brought tears to my eyes. I am used to having mechanics try to take advantage of the fact I am female and charge more money or tell me I need additional unnecessary work done to my vehicle. God forbid I am ever in a worse auto collision, but in the event I am, I will be hiring them for the job! The people at this business are completely trust worthy, honest, and willing to bless a random stranger. At the time, I had been going through a lot of hardship and was feeling overwhelmed, my spirit was completely lifted by their gesture of kindness. Thank you, Service King!! I hope you stumble upon this review and know how grateful I am!

Did great work, took a bit longer than originally planned but they helped with the rental to make up for it

So upon first glance I thought they did a wonderful job. Upon further investigation I noticed the front bumper had a spot that had not been finished. My car sat through winter and I noticed rust on my lug nuts. The original problem was my wheels were stolen. They used after market lug nuts. Typically I wouldn’t care. However the cost of new ones are over 150 dollars. Such is life.

Good service here. I had little to deal with given my collision was someone running into my parked car, so it was all through someone elses insurance, but they were attentive and did good paint and body work, relatively quickly. Communication was also excellent.

I had some collision repair done by Autometric that had the business here before Service King took over. I took it to Autometric because they had a good reputation but the work that they did not meet their reputation. Now I am returning my lease car and the inspection noted the frame not being aligned properly and that I might now have to pay to have it fixed. Autometric has a life time warranty so I called Service King. They told me to bring it by and they fixed it properly at no charge. They did a great job, no hassles. I hope I am never in another accident, but if I am I would certainly bring my car here.
