My step-daughter dropped her iPhone and cracked her screen. I brought it her to get fixed and it was done in no time. The guy that fixed said if I had any issues to bring it back and I was covered for 30 day warranty. 3 weeks in the screen was acting up, I brought it back and he fixed with no problem and he even replaced the screen protector I had just put on. Then the employee tries to get me to give him my phone in exchange for some random phone he said he would order from God knows where and God knows who !!! Some kind of hustle. This is my first time ever using a professional cell phone repair facility and the owner exceeded my expectations. 11/10 Would recommend. My phone was completely destroyed with the screen separated from the phone. (Car ran over it). Apple said that the memory would not be retrievable but this guy worked his magic and I was able to save my memory to a replacement phone! Unfortunately, the phone was pass the point of repairs and was advise by the owner to not fix it. Not only that but he went above and beyond and worked with me on letting me borrow a temporary screen so that I was able to back up my phone on my own time. He was NOT looking to make a quick buck off of me and was very genuine. Highly recommend and is worth the drive for me. (Im about 25 minutes away)

Great place with good and courteous service

This was the cheapest and most efficient screen repair place I have been to (and embarrassed to admit I’ve been to quite a few). Repair, screen protectors and cases were all more affordable than any other place I’ve been to. Very polite and proffessional and even offered me a snack while I waited. I’ll unfortunately probably need this service again and I’ll certainly be going back here.

He had me completely back to working condition in about 15 minutes at an extremely affordable price. Including a 30 day warranty. Highly recommend this store for phone repairs. My phone screen was completely separated from the phone and I was quoted a price and a time for repairs (30 minutes) and was not disappointed. My screen went out again that night for whatever reason, and when I brought it back the next morning I was (once again) in and out in a timely manner with no cost due to their warranty policy. Definitely will use them again if I need a repair!

These guys are the best!!! Everyone else said they could not repair my screen. Fix it up Rowlett called me and within a few hours my phone was repaired.

I brought my daughters phone to have the screen fixed. We had first gone to another place nearby and the people there quoted me $260 to repair the S8. The screen was badly cracked with some areas being pretty deep. The staff at iPhone repair quoted about $100 and stated that there would be a possibility that when the screen was replaced that spots would appear on the screen in the areas where the cracks were deep. They assured me that it wouldnt affect the functionality of the screen. We dropped it off late afternoon and picked it up the next afternoon. The phone looks AMAZING! The screen looks almost FLAWLESS. There are 2 tiny minuscule spots on the screen but otherwise, the staff are miracle workers. We highly recommend this place for all your phone repair needs.

I took a Galaxy S8 here that had a crushed screen and this place made it look brand new for around 100$. I took it in around 10AM and had it back around 4PM. The gentleman working the counter was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My wife felt like there may have been something off with the reception after the repair so we took it back and they took a second look with no problem. Afterwards everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for phone repair if you are in this area. I would come back here if I need repairs in the future. P.S. pay with cash!

Walked in and was greeted with a smile! I needed my I Phone 6 S screen fixed and was also looking for another case for my phone. The repair was 79.00 and only an hour wait. They explained what needed to be done and did the repair timely. The cost for the repair (cracked screen) also seemed to be reasonable and they did a good job.

The service was great and the man was polite. I repaired the screen and replaced the battery of my iPhone 6s Plus all for $149 I even got a tempered glass screen protector for my phone. At Apple the full replacement wouldve been around $250 so I saved myself $100 and still got quality service.

I came in thinking I needed a charging port and battery replacement. He fixed the port but instead of taking the opportunity to make extra money with the battery replacement he adjusted a few things on my phone so that I wouldnt have to do that. Ive been having issues with my phone such as sudden restarts and black screens upon sudden movement ever since I dropped it, when I got it to be looked at they told me to check back in a few hours.When I came back they told me that they took everything apart and found no issues, so they put it back together and didnt charge me for dismantling it. They said that if my phone suddenly has issues again, then theyll replace a few things to see if itll fix it.The service here is very friendly and understanding, so if my phone starts messing up again then I definitely will head back to this place.

He was very cheap. But when I got the phone back. The screen was popping out. He tried blaming it on another shop who had replaced the screen before. But the other guy actually fixed it correctly. This guy here in rowlett screwed the phone up to the point where Im listening to music itll stop if I push the screen back in its place. I wouldnt go to him ever again. Rather spend the money instead of going back to him
