I ordered a backpack for my Granddaughter a couple of years ago at Canton. They were so busy that they took my order and shipped it to me. It was perfect. Now we have another Granddaughter (2 yrs old) and she is jealous of sisters ( 4 yrs. old) backpack, so went on line and ordered her one to be shipped directly to her. It was easy to pick it out, select the font and location of her name and even the color of thread. I am very impressed with these gals! I love the choices - so cute and the ability to personalize them! Highly recommend!

I had a diaper bag for a friends baby shower embroidered with the babies first name and the back of a build a bear base ball jersey stamped with the babies last name. It only took a few days it was pretty cheap($13 for both) and it turned out AMAZING! The bag and bear cost over $100 together so I was super nervous that it would be crooked or misspelled but it was all perfect. I am sooo excited for my friend to see them!

BEST place in town to go for embroidery!!! About half the price of other places, great & timely service, and QUALITY work! I am always very impressed with my items! Beautiful monograms!!

Love All The Work She Has Done For My Company!!

I brought an embroidered jacket to her that I had ordered online and she told me all that was wrong with it. Since she did not have the same pattern I had, I chose another from her book and ran out to find a jacket. I brought one back to her and she said she could take out the small logo on the side I wanted embroidered and have it done in a week. I stopped by to pick up my order an hour after the pickup time (after 4 on Thursday) and she was only just starting to work on it! She said it would be done 2 hours from now. There were complications that I was never told about but she called the next day and only told me that it was ready to be picked up. I was relieved until I saw it. First, the embroidery was on the wrong side. Second, she left the logo on the other side. And third, she changed the font of my monogram. She told me none of this in person or over the phone. Terrible attitude when I brought it back to ask why it was not what we originally talked about. She just told me to go find another jacket. I will never come back here. Awful customer service and doesnt listen.

I was so excited to find this business. However when I visited the store, it was very cluttered and dirty. The woman behind the counter was curt and did not seem interested in my business. Her friend entered the store as I was looking around. She started complaining about working all night to complete a rush order. I figured she was tired and decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and purchase something. I always like to support local businesses. Although I only purchased one item on my first visit, I spent a good bit of time looking around for items I might buy for Christmas. However, I was disappointed with the embroidery on the project. I assumed it was an innocent mistake and returned to allow her an opportunity to correct it and save my business. She was rude and said it was fine. Who leaves rough unfinished work on a baby item. I will never return. So disappointed.

Great little shop! My embroidery was done in 30 minutes. She did an excellent job. I will be returning!!!!!

So many cute things!!!!! For gifts and for me!The owner waited for me . I got off of work at 6pm and she was still there 7pm. That means a lot on a very busy day.

Do not buy from this woman. I purchased 2 backpacks 3 weeks ago from Linda, the owner, at a craft show. She was very rude when accepting my order and money and told me to either come back tomorrow to get the backpacks or theyd be shipped/delivered within 2 weeks. Considering the show was over 2 hours away, I reluctantly asked her to ship them, even though they were Christmas presents, but I figured Christmas was more than 4 weeks away, Id get them in time...What a mistake...Now, 3 weeks later, she doesnt respond to calls, emails, nothing! Shes answered and hung up on me twice. I even went as far as calling the owner of the craft show who said shes been having issues with her as well and would try calling her for me. No luck. In my opinion, shes stolen my money and I intend on doing whatever is necessary to report her.

She is amazing and very reasonably priced. Nice lady!
