It is a big chinese medicine store, but the staffs are not really nice here. You pretty much can find what you want here and the price is kinda okay as well. They close early at 6 PM everyday and they dont let you in if you arrive after 5:45 PM. And the security is no mercy on that. I have not tried to see the doctor there, but I think I will soon to see what good is he/ her

During the COVID-19 lockdown I ordered many items and have it shipped to me for almost a year. First time to walk into the actual store and was not disappointed. They have all the standard chinese items and was displayed well.The place wasnt as large as expected consider they carry so many items in their online store. Price was fair and wasnt as cheap as some of the local chinese stores

I always find the best herbs in bulk here for both me and my pets. Custom herbs available too for pretty much any aliment. Also, a large selection of good rice cookers and cooking utensils. Saw the acupuncturist once and was impressed, but the line was long (first come, first serve). Hours of the emporium are very limited.

A lot snack and herbal traditional Chinese stuff its really nice

They have variety Cantonese items but dont expect any service, rude people to say the least. Very negative experience with the manager and the cashier at separate occasions.More and more other Asian markets carrying more Cantonese items so they are going to be less and less special.

I love to shopping in TS Emporium and I have shopping there for many years, The vegetables and fruits are always fresh, and the prices are great, the cashier and all the employees there are friendly and very helpful, I always received the outstanding service when I shopping in TS Emporium at Roland height keep up the good work 😊

Not very clean.This store is located right off a major street in Rowland Heights, not far away from 60 freeway. The parking is usually busy. The store sells a lot of special products from China and Asia. However, it is not very clean and organized inside. Before the pandemic, it was OK for me to visit and buy some unique things, but now, I will rather to wait for a while.

Loved this place...a lot of stuff you can buy..like kitchen tools, plates, tea set and tea cup with cover ; seasonings ; dried mushroom, soy milk ; towel and slipper and throw pillow ; chips and assorted Asian candies like lychee, guava, peach, strawberry, mango and coffee. And cough drops ; cough syrupfresh veggie, herbal, Chinese lantern, incense and paper money for offerings, moon cake and a lotmore...

This week I bought it .Today I find this chips is out of date.

Best selection of mochi. Dried Sweet potato slices are the most cost effective snack for nail biters, and this is the only place Ive ever seen where you can get them.

Quality of goods from online order of this store is awful.. I got stuff that looked like customer returns, near expiration and with packaging damages, basically those no one will buy at the store and should be trashed.Good luck if youre buying online here.

This emporium does not have a large variety of items but is has the best value for your money. The price is cheaper than most other Asian Market. I shop here regularly. Usually I visit this store first before going to another Asian grocery stores.

Great place to get Chinese medicine and other goods. The place opens at 9 but the medicine counter (on your left when you enter) opens at 9:30. The lady who runs the medicine counter is very friendly and helpful.

TS Emporium sellung produce now? I like that they carry a good variety of Chinese herbs, tea, but they really shouldnt have perishable mixed in there. The store really needs better floor planning to section out the grocery isles properly. Although I suppose theres still plenty of customers who dont care about the shop atmosphere...

Go to place for fresh vegetables and Chinese herbs and spices. Pretty much a compulsory stop for Ginseng before any trips back to Asia. Parking can be bad during meal times due to the large dim sum place in the same mall. Time your visit and it is a breeze to get in and out.

This place is great if youre looking for authentic home style Asian foods and groceries. Also, its surrounded by many excellent restaurants that provide some of the best food I can think of.

Terrible customer phone services ! Call to ask the availability of a product, talk to 1 person and put on hold for 20 minutes and I hang up. Amazing way to treat a customer’s call!

So many authentic Chinese things here that you just cant find anywhere else except maybe China, hehe. Food, Medicine, Games, Tools, Appliances, Decorations, Accessories, etc...

Its one of those place you used to go with your grandma, 30years later it still look the same with same people except older. That being said. What they lacks makes up by their low price. And you might be able to find some rare old school stuff.

I hope the management would tidy up this place a bit more. Those who pay with cash, beware and count your change before leaving the cashier. Several encounters before where they short change me and I wasnt sure if it was an honest mistake or they did that on purpose hoping they would get by.

This is a unique, mostly dry goods general store. It does carry some fresh vegetables, but mostly carry the dry and frozen varieties. It also carry ceramics, vases, utensils, cookware, etc..... The unique part is that it carries a good selection of traditional Chinese remedies, Asian/Chinese/HongKong off-the-shelf medicine. Plus, they carry all kinds of dry seafood and ginseng.

Come here for Asian groceries. Dont look for a Western store setup. You wont find it here. This is a very Asian style store. They sell anything from household items to Eastern medicines. Bulk or packages ginseng, tea, dried shrimp, and dried scallops. Fresh veggies and fruits. Dried salted fish, various dried fungus (woodear, shitake, white fungus, etc). They also carry a huge selection of teapots, tea cups, ceramic and steel spoons, rice paddles, strainers of all sizes, pots, pans, steamers, chopsticks, earthenware, etc.

Decent place to find Chinese herbs or any other Asian products. Usually coming here to buy fresh vegetables and other Asian food products. Floors a bit dirty with items on floors and the place not maintain very well. Parking will be a problem sometimes.

Fantastically well stocked market for all Chinese foods and goods, herbs and sauces.

Price is higher than others. Store is rather rundown, more so than other similar places. The most important thing is that they dont care if you buy stuff or not, especially the people behind the counter. We want to buy some herbs, and have them ground it into powder for consumption. The TSEs at Monterey Park and Industry have no problem, but this store just refused to do it. Well, have fun shopping.

This ts emporium is bigger than the one by Costco, but not nearly as nice. you can get your dried herbs here, as well as random Chinese goods. theres also random other booths selling stuff like cell phone sim cards and clothes. the parking is easy here

I always thought this place was convenient due proximity. But they have sold bad stuff to me in the meat and fish dept.I picked out two live tilapia. Only to discover that they have been dead for a while . They have a back place where they keep the dead fish. They will give u the dead ones if you dont watch.The Korea BBQ short ribs have another piece of meat attached to it. This extra meat isnt for bbq. Another time, I saw sign of red coloring on the meat.Really too bad. I will drive and pay a little more to get quality.

I was super amazed at the large inventory that this store has, I enjoyed my shoppong experience, I am interested in the different foods that were represented for the Asian community and I am going back to look and shop some more, some of the items were a bit pricey but it did have a large variety, the people who work there are friendly too.
