A friendly and professional workshop I have experienced today. They have diagnosed my computer unit and offered a detailed analysis on the glitches with a probably cost for fixing. I am very pleased with their timely action and the satisfied work results. In addition, their price is very reasonable from my previous experiences. I am highly recommended for people who has problems with the computer and needs to repair it for a honest price and a time restriction.

Had everything I needed to put together a top notch gaming computer. They even have pre-builds that are priced really great. I’d recommend them any day if the week.

The technology is not up to standard and the price is unreasonable

I brought in my MacBook Pro to get my screen replaced. I was misquoted a cheaper price but it was still honored so I decided to go ahead and trust these guys- big mistake. When the laptop was done it was lagging a lot and turns out the screen was not compatible with my laptop. They ordered a new screen but it was a different color so they ordered another one. When it was finally done, I picked it up and brought it home. I noticed the camera didn’t work so I brought it back in. They said it was a problem they’ve “never seen before” and that the motherboard was also messed up. My motherboard was perfectly fine before and the camera had NO problems. I finally got my refund and took it to Apple repair. After some diagnostic tests they asked if I had gotten it repaired elsewhere and I told them everything that happened. They said the chip on the motherboard that connected to the camera was burned out because it was replaced with a cheap screen. Now it’s going to cost an additional $500 to fix on top of a new screen. Don’t trust these guys, they messed up my motherboard and I still left with a broken screen. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Reputation is all that matters. After traveling to BEST BUYS and getting a ridiculous quote for product and service from the Geek Squad, I opted to give Alice Computer a try. My computer had been corrupted and I was unable open Windows.They took the laptop and gave me a quote the next morning. I mentioned that the problem that I had had before never really got resolved. The computer is really slow. It took minutes to start.Both matters were fixed and the cost was significantly less than I had anticipated. I was not in the market for the sale of new equipment, and I felt as if the service technician was there to provide the repair service that I was seeking.Once again, I would recommend Alice Computerworks for the sale and service needs.

The store manager was rude. Raised voice when I asked him questions. Needs some basic training in customer service. In business alliance with T Mobile in Hacienda Heights where the owner is also very rude. Two unprofessional people getting kick-backs from giving each other referrals. Will not go back to the store or recommend anybody going there.

Not only rude but very dishonest

They also fix cellphones, sometimes remotely. You have to get to know the repair guy for special needs.

Bought products at good price here along with technical support, like it.

Watch out !Not honest business practice.Bad customer service. Doesn’t have respect to customer.Don’t go there for any small things. They will not help.

Trash black shop, my micro surface 4 battery is broken and I want to replace it. I brought my own battery here to repair it. The other party said that there is no Chinese internal hair dryer for fear of breaking the screen. If it is not repaired, it will even cost the screen. Dig, and said that there was a screen burst yesterday, why is it so coincidental? If you have less spare money, talk about less money.
