The employees here are always kind, helpful, smiling, and phenomenal with helping. It’s also the cleanest and most organized Target I’ve been to. Every department here from the cashier, to the floor, to the Starbucks are so nice and welcoming. I even go out of my way to go to this particular Target 🎯. Thanks for hiring wonderful employees.💖

Very very bad service at the Target in Rowland Heights store. All employees are rude, such as trying to passing around customers really close and fast, when I gave ways they never say thanks just ignored me. All of them. Thats not common. The worst was the staff at self check out. One item tag was missing, I asked him for help, because I was with my daughter Its easier if he can look up the barcode or replace another one. he was just keep ignoring my request, while he wasnt busy at all. He was so lazy I literally asked him three times, his reply was Ill look for the item, but no action. I waited for a response or replacement for 10min and because I was with my kid I had to give up that item. My daughter was very upset because thats the toy She picked herself. They also removed all shopping bags from bagging area. Never seen any Target worse than this one.

Like most Target stores, this one is also very clean and spacious to shop in. They offer a wide variety of items and things at okay prices, they even have a small grocery section for fresh produce and baked goodies. And they have a pharmacy too.

Staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Anne from Puente Hills Target was especially helpful in answering our questions and ensuring our satisfaction as customers. Very happy with her service!

I was doing a return getting back a small amount on gift card, I asked to put the amount back onto an existing gift card I have and the staff refused to do so. She insisted to put on a new card. Not sure why, maybe she doesnt know how？ I never had a problem doing that at other Targets.

Had the most uncomfortable experience at the Rowland Heights Target. Lost prevention lady was following certain people around she was very obvious it was on July 17, 2021at 11a she was skinny and had a ponytail I noticed she started following me and going down every aisle I was going down and not practicing social distancing she was to close. Before me she was following another lady and the lady looked at her because she was too close to her. After I payed she followed me outside and then she went back inside, if you check the store camera’s you will see it. I like shopping there but if I am going to have an inexperienced lost prevention person follow me around so close I will have to shop elsewhere.

Wasnt a great day must of caught everyone in a funk. Id explain it but why bother. I received a used bag at the service desk for which I was diligently charged for. That was my final before I left.

Daryl, black dude from customer service needs to learn how to be more polite & provide better customer service. My experience at Target was the not greatest because of the attitude that was provided when I came in to see what I can do for a return, it was uneeded for. Instead giving me attitude could of made more positive suggestions. Respect your customers when there new to your store.

I received the worst customer service ever!, from the self check-out (Milli)to the african-american employee at customer service. He is a disgrace to the whole chain!

A nice big parking lot and a location near the main road and the mall.A large and spacious location with helpful staff to boot. Everything was organized and well stocked. The lines moved pretty quickly. Its a Target, prices are a little steep on some items but almost everything you need is in one spot. You cant beat that convenience!

The cashier Maria upon check out, was very pleasant and informative of the redcard debit card. It was late at night, I am sure she was tired ready to end her work day. She had superb customer service, I noticed she was helping the customer in front of me (spanish speaking) she also took her time with him. There should be more employees like Maria, She deserves a 5 Star rating !!! I am going to look for her again when I am shopping.

The manager Darrel was really rude telling me not to buy my wine at self checkout. I told him I know Im going to register 7. He yelled at me again to go to the line. Keep in mind there is no line layout what so over. It usually says line starts here. Anyways so I told him ok Darrel Ill go the the imaginary line and wait for you to call me. Yea right I went to the next register. Mean while people are just going to whatever register possible and he doesnt say a damn thing to them. Just another A Hole on a powwer trip !!! 😒

Checkout line needs to be handled better. There was a long line when I was there and many people were confused and it caused someone to accuse me of cutting in line even though I was in line long before they were. I was dragged out by an employee and two customers, but the employee managed to help me by checking my items out on the side. Thank you for that, but I wished you were nicer about it.

Worst location with extremely bad customer service at the pickup/online order desk. Looked for an item on the app and saw a notice of limited supply so I called the store and confirmed with the person that its still available at the store. The person confirmed but refused to set it aside. I drove 20 miles there thinking I will be able to pick it up and it was never there. The person at the customer service location refused to accept any fault when they provided me with false information.

Always come here to shop for the basics, but always come out with unnecessary things that I don’t need and then forget to buy the main thing I actually needed, oops 😅 target is way better than wasting your time in Walmart.

4/27/2021 Tuesday 4 p.m when I was checking out at the self check out area, nobody was there, suddenly a lady cut in front of me but that hispanic skinny young lady with long hair who was working at the self check out area she didnt say anything but told me wait after her, thats not fair, then after I paid all the items included I paid for 10cents of bag, she checked my receipt make sure I did paid for the bag, she didnt ask the one who cut in front of me if she paid for the bag, and I realized she didnt ask the people who after me if they paid for their bag either

Ordered a last minute gift online as they had inventory Item in stock and ready as promised online. While other big box stores claimed they offer the same, they could not deliver nor have it ready for pickup the next day. Target was amazing - their online inventory said they had it in stock and would have it ready the next day. Promise delivered. A+ for their inventory control and delivery.

Nathan and Jesse were very helpful in assisting with my cell phone troubles I had today. I purchased a prepaid Samsung over a year ago, and got a good run out of it. This morning, I dropped my phone probably for the last time and it couldnt take it anymore, and the screen ended up being unusable. My first replacement option I went with ended up being to small, but after 2 exchanges, I got the right working model that will help me to take care of my work responsibilities as well as my daily cell phone needs. Why have self checkout if youre going to close it, and then not open a line for people who only have a few items? The cashiers are absolute trash when it comes to communicating theyre open & available to take customers. Leave the self checkout open so there arent a dozen customers waiting on your steaming piles of garbage cashiers

Usually I’m no one to complain, however today I really felt like I had to. My mother went to the store today and I wish I could have taken her but I had work and she was determined to go without me. My mother is 86 years old. My mother asked for help numerous times from An employee with blond hair and purple streaks. Her name started with a T. Anyway she was so rude to my mother and wouldn’t even help her reach something off the shelf, she said she couldn’t because of covid. I’m very disappointed in target they should hire better employees we will never visit this horrible target ever. Save your time and go to another target.

Ordered a single item for store pick up the day before Christmas Eve. 30 minutes later I got a notification that my item was ready then upon arrival at the stores decided not to go in and changed the pick to drive up. Soon as I moved my car to the drive up stall out came a lady with my item now that’s service.

Have had a few poor experiences at this Target. Today I placed an online order for pickup that was poorly handled and needed a partial refund. Called back when I realized my refund wasn’t issued properly and was told I had to physically go back to the store to get the refund on my card. Went back to the store later today and was given a number for Target’s guest services. Not sure why I physically had to go back to the store during a pandemic just to get a phone number they could have given me over the phone.They’re busy and doing their best, but my situation was very poorly handled.

The online app is easy to work with, BUT i was trying to switch from PICK UP to DRIVE UP option it will not allow me to switch. that was disappointing.

I love Target! Its a store I feel comfortable walking around in and its easy to find what I need.

Melissa was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When she told me I had to wait in returns, I really didnt mind. It was busy and I was trying to price match a keyboard. She then got the attention of her supervisor, and asked. Not only did they price match they were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately there were no checkout lines open only self check out. Also be careful of your tags I bought what I thought was a medium swimsuit top and was disappointed when I went to go swimming and it was an 18W!Otherwise it was a great experience you expect from target.

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Ive been calling, even pressing for different departments. I went through all the departments several times, and still have yet to have someone answer the damn phone... is no one working there today...?

I shopped here on 12/22 and probably lost my wallet here. I’ve been calling for 3 days now and No One will answer the service desk so I can find out if it was turned in. Now I have to drive 40 min away to find out if it’s there in the store. This is ridiculous. It’s also the same department to find out about curbside pickup so if u have a problem with that you’ll never get anyone on the damn phone.

Came in to buy some megabloks. Asked to price match walmarts price of 3 dollars the little girls said I could only match 2. Yet I went to diamond bar literally 30 minutes before and got all 4 that I bought priced matched here.store is run by unprofessional teens and I will not be visiting this target again.

Everyone is so helpful. Most of the time I come in at 8 am right when you open so everyone is busy stocking and getting everything ready, but no matter what they are doing I always get a hello, good morning, and may I help you find something you are looking for. I love every single person that works in this store. It is always nice to get a smile and a greeting from people. Not everyone in this world will take the time. You have a great staff here....

There is a new manager at this location, I normally visit this location a few times a month and this manager has been around for a bit but still new. HE IS AMAZING!!! His energy, positivity, friendliness, and customer service is beyond any I have ever witness- and never any different! I have witness people being rude to him in the past that had nothing to do with him and he remains professional and friendly every time. his energy has spread to his team!!! he needs to be recognized, I wish I knew his name but he is a manager, black, tall and again amazing personality! as long as he is here, I will recommend this place to everyone!

I looked up reviews on Yelp and saw this place got 2 stars. Well, we had to return Christmas lights that we bought from the Burbank target. My husband was able to find the other lights we were looking for at this location. So when we did an exchange, they price matched the purchase to the prices at Burbank because it was lower. Their employees were very helpful and engaging, which is a plus for their customer service. The store was also very neat and clean.

I believe I witnessed profiling at this particular store around noon today. I looked at the self checkout line and everyone was Asian. Thought that was strange so I kept observing...Turns out that the hunky store manager asked all the Asian Americans to use the self check out counters using a very demanding tone while standing in way to block them to line up for the usual checkout counters.He then directed all the non Asians to either the store customer service counter and the regular checkout.He commanded everyone to walk over to the self checkout line with a very mean tone, while treating non Asian customers much nicer.What kind of world do we live in now? He needs to be investigated for biased behavior. Target should be ashamed that their customers are treated like this.

Target offers a good variety of products that are easy to find in stores and on the Target website. Target branded products are priced well. Its also very convenient being able to find out on the Target website which local stores carry what I want and also allows me to buy it before I pick it up. This made getting my nieces Christmas gift in her size from this Target store so convenient.

Answer finding that item that was on the shelf with the wrong price. The manager decided to give it to me for that price it was a challenger at first . I just spoke to her about It was not my fault that this price was label wrong and she did what was right .I highly recommend Targets to anybody.

This is my go-to Target. It consistently has what I need, and my checkout experience is never painful. The employees they have posted at the self-check out are troopers!Any employee that I stop on the floor to ask where an item is are always helpful and professional.

I ordered an iPhone 11pro case on line to pick up at the store. I received a notification that my order was ready to get pick up. I picked up my order and drive home. At home I attempt to put the case on my phone to find it does not fit and realize that the box says this case is an IPhone 11 not an 11pro. I had to drive back to the store to return the case and was told they were out of stock. Not only did they pull the wrong case for my order but they tell me that they are not going to credit my red card and they have to give me a gift card. I was so upset. The return should have been credited to my red card. To make things worse the employee then tells me I could use the gift card that was issued to buy the case on line which means that I will not be able to get my red card discount if I use the gift card. This was very upsetting. I thought this would be so convenient to shop on line and just pick up. I was wrong. The fact that I didn’t get the return credit back to my red card was so wrong.

Never come out of target empty handed

We were in a big hurry. We just had a little time before we were to be at a dinner dance. We chose this target because it was close to where our dinner dance was being held. I wasnt familiar with the store and I hadnt bought pantihose in a long time. First I met a security guard who asked me what I was looking for. He pulled out a device and entered the name of the item. He told me where to find it. I dont see very well. I was close and an employee asked if she could help me. I got the item and headed to checkout. An employee noticed I had only one item so she motioned for me to come to customer service. My husband paid for it. I was blown away with how fast I had found and bought what I needed.

Great place without a long line. The store listens to the customer requests, I once asked about a brand of coffee and it took them about 2-3 weeks to get it in the store. Also, theres a Starbucks inside (most targets now have one), so you can get a cold brew while you shop!

I dont find this target good enough because whenever I go there I see same items and they dont have good quality and quantity items .

VERY dissatisfied with the lack of attention paid to returns. I purchased a coffee machine of nearly $200 that was clearly opened. I was worried about missing parts but turns out the glass carafe was shattered. How do you not check the contents of what is being returned?

I was getting my son a sketch book and she complimented him on being an artist, mentioned shes​ in art school and wished him the best of luck as a future artist..and before we left she gave my baby stickers.. It brought a smile to my kids faces​. As mom it equally brought a smile to my face...

The costumer service was terrible I was treated like trash and I felt threaten by the employees. Employees were very demanding and telling me where to go when I was waiting in line saying to change line. Also i could find a sandwich spread, like why have so much other spreads but not sandwich spread how else will I be able to eat my banana and nut sandwich with no nice and creamy spread.!.!

You need better first aid kit my daughter got hurt from the red ball outside (no I’m not suing target) all I ask was ice pack they say they don’t have that item in their first aid kit instead give me gauze and bandages I quickly ran to Starbuck they were nice enough give me cup of iceI request manager and the gentleman quickly disappeared I walk by him several time and he totally ignored me 🤦‍♀️ can’t say it’s 5 stars since it’s my first time here a bit lacking customer service

I do majority of my shopping there. When they start to notice that check out lines are getting long, they throw more cashiers put to speed up the process. Great team.
