I wish I could give this shop less than 1 star.I went to this shop a few months ago to fix my battery. They did a poor job of fixing my battery and when I told them about it, they became extremely angry. I was extremely confused by their behavior; they were the ones who did not fix my battery properly, and now theyre the ones who are being rude to me? Not only did I end up wasting my money, I was throughly disrespected by the owners of this shop. I thought I was the only one who was being treated this way, but afterward when I talked to friends who also visited here, several of them also had an unpleasant experience.Please save your time and dont visit this shop. There are so many other shops in this area that provide good service that there is no need to visit a shop like this one. I have never, hands down, been treated so unfairly in an auto shop before.If the owners of the shop are reading this, please shut down. Youre not needed.

I loved the people and service. They took great care of my car. Brought it for a major service. Car drives better than before. Saved so much money compared to the dealer. And they use OEM parts. Highly recommended.

If I could I would had given them a negative star to this shop. This shop lost my car battery cap and dont even want to admit, when we went back to ask for it they just told us to get lost. What a good way to lose client By the way this is under the new owner ship of the shop. The old owner was really nice. Too bad that he sold the place and retired.

Great Service ... Did a oil change and transmission service and a inspection for my drive up north drove 2000 miles ran like a champ. Customer for life

I believe this shop is with a new owner now, over charging people for oil change and service is not the best. I have been going this place since 1995, so sad that I have to find a new trust worthy car service place.

I used to come here 20 years ago for my car maintenance when I lived in Rowland Heights. Then I moved to Lake Forest. Today I went back to visit family but suddenly the car was overheating. I found Top Notch Auto still there after so many years. I recognized the owner and told him that I used to come to his shop 20 years ago...and was glad I found it in such an emergency situation! The owner, Ken was so helpful. He ordered the parts immediately and worked on my car one hour overtime even though it was Saturday. Thanks to Ken, he replaced the parts and our family was able to drive home! Very grateful for his service! Price was reasonable too!

The inspection car requires a high inspection fee. The fees charged for the second visit are different. Asked the price and did not say the inspection fee in advance. Asking for prices afterwards is an act of cheating customers. Very immoral.
