Wont be coming back here again. Simply asked if they could do an alignment on my truck he said it would be $80 I said ok. Waited for 10 minutes he put it on the lift said I had bad tires needed to replace them gave me two different quotes one for 1000 the second for 600. Look the tires I currently have are new. I just need an alignment he said he couldnt without getting new tires on there first what a scam .The Asian man was polite but I dont believe he was honest took it to a different location they did it and no problems plus he charged me $40 for absolutely nothing what a burn. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

I went back and said it’s their responsibility cuz my car was running great before I went there. They even wanted me to pay for entire price! These guys literally jammed my car key the wrong way and forced it turn damaging the key and ignition then they tell me they are not responsible because they didnt know it was a one sided key. They are horrible

Went there to get an exhaust installed and David quoted me around $80. Went back the next day 1st thing in the morning and David wasnt there, just his senior mechanic who asked me how much was I quoted. When David showed about 15 min later the mechanic had a talk with David and he came saying it would be $250 because the bolts were rusted shut and had to be cut with a torch. I could only get the bolts from the Lexus dealer which took about 4 days after Lexus screwed up the order and had to drive back and forth to El Monte wasting more time and money.When I finally got the brand new bolts which were pricey being from Lexus, I got the car back along with the old exhaust and the brand new bolts that they made me chase down for 4 days. It was all an excuse to charge me $250 instead of the 30-40 min of labor it should of taken to swap the exhaust. I will not be going back there again. Hope the $250 was worth future business.

I went check for a flat tire, the guys servicing me charged me 5 bucks to fill the tire and refuse to check. For any nail even after me telling him i was going for a 14 hours with a baby on board.

Uhh...$85 for an oil change and air filter. Yeah. I thought oil changes were supposed to be more at the dealership? The employee at the front was a total gentleman but I will not be going back. Ill settle for a $50 oil change which includes an air filter and free car wash at the car dealership next time around.
