Took my car to Amazing Auto Care a couple of times, first for an oil change, which was fast and fairly priced. Second time for a leak. They identified the location of the leak and provided me with a quote which was lower than the dealer. When they did the actual work they realized the repair was not as substantial as originally quoted. I got my car back 2 days early and saved about $1500. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend them.

I can say with all honesty that Amazing Auto Care with Shak and his team you will have a great experience. In no time at all you will have your car back and running just like new. So stay with me as I try to make a long story short. My 2007 Saturn Aura XR needed to have the engine replaced, and I had it towed to a local shop that I had done business with before. Well, let me tell you that is where and when the nightmare started. On November 30, 2020 my car was towed to my local shop they did the repair charged me $448 and my warranty company $836. I drove my out on December 3, 2020, only to go no more than 2 blocks with 3 warning lights and 2 messages flashing at me. I had to have my care towed back to the shop on December 7, 2020. On February 8, 2021 is when I took my car back and it was towed to Amazing Auto, and into the wonderful hands of Shak and his expert team.During the second time my car was at the local care repair shop in Quartz Hill, California called Quartz Hill Auto Care they tried to gouge me by raising the cost of the repair each time I had a telephone conversation with them, they went from $3,000 to $3,500 Also, they charged me $1,080 for a tear down that was illegal. As I had already paid for a diagnosis and work done, and they wanted another $1,100 to put my car back together. I paid $1,080 got my car back with the engine torn apart and in pieces in the trunk and my fuel line leaking gasoline. Of course, that could easily catch on fire. I had to turn the matter over to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. The investigator advised me that he spoke with Shak and Shak was not only a really nice guy, but his thoroughness was amazing. So Shak was given Kudos from the California BAR, now that speaks volumes for Shak and his team. Due to the illegal and unethical treatment from Quart Hill I now have to take the matter to Small Claims Court. Plus I plan on taking my warranty company to the California Department of Insurance. Upon arrival at Amazing Shak started a thorough examination of my car, and Shak and his team found parts that were staring to go and needed replacing to protect and extend the like of my car and new engine, but to save me future labor costs repairing each part as they broke down. Plus Shak found an engine with less 30,000 miles less mileage than the first one that he found, and still charged me the price of the original engine in the amount of $1,585. Shak found a part from the fan assembly that Quartz Auto broke and he replaced and repaired it for free. During this whole time Shak was there for me just like a big brother, he answered all my questions and explained a lot about car parts and care for car parts. Another thing that proves Shaks trustworthiness and his honorable way he does business. While my car was at Amazing I was helping Shak to find an engine so I was looking on ebay. Shak told me he does not get parts from ebay or auto salvage yards. He said he gets his parts from distributors that have quality parts and will replace any parts that he is unhappy with. In the end I paid $4,400 for parts and labor. This would have cost me upwards of $8,000 or $9,000 or more if Quartz Hill did the job, and who is to say the job would have been done right. All in all I am very happy with Amazing Auto Care and Shaks Amazing team. It is with out a doubt you will be very happy too. I definitely recommend Amazing Auto Care and of course Shak and his Amazing team.

I had brought my car in yesterday for some engine trouble. As soon as I got there, they had diagnosed the problem. The ignition coil on the first cylinder wasnt working properly and it was misfiring. They let me know that if a new ignition coil didnt work, we would have to rebuild but thank god it didnt come to that. They swapped out the coil and spark plugs and I got to take my car home within a couple of hours and its running better than ever. If you are looking for a great mechanic, quality work, and the feeling of being taken care of; this is your place to goto. Thank you again for all your help!

Love the Professionalism at this place. Called to see if I can bring my car for Synthetic oil change and the Rep said I can bring my car in 45 minutes. It worked out perfect as I was at a Nearby Bank of America branch. I did my deposit and came to store after garbing a coffee. When I reached the Rep probably saw me in the camera, came out and greeted me saying Hi Dan, we have ordered the filter for your car, so we can get your Mercedes oil change right away. I was so impressed. The oil change was done in 30 minutes and they pointed out my front brakes need service and they also filled out the coolant and the water reservoir for free.Great customer service and very processional. Will sure be going back for brake job :)

Waoooo what a great place. I got my 2008 Honda Accord tune up and front brake jobs with rotors done here.I called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Thursday at 10:00AM, They asked me for my License plate and the next day when I reached the store all the brake pads, Rotors and Spark plugs were already there. I went to Dennys next door for breakfast then did some shopping from a walking distance grocery store. Went back to the store approximately around 12:00 and my car was done. I was so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. recommended it to few of my friends due to low cost but quality parts that they use.definitely me and my family will be a long time customer for this location.

Very expensive and I wasnt taken seriously by zach . Here took 5 days to give me a quote, he had explained to me how they didnt charge labor more then once if the part was in the initial area of work being done on the car. He sends me after 5 days a estimate of each area with labor charges and further did not priceme the areas the would have been free of labor cost . I felt good with this place but I am glad I did not use them . Consumers beware. If you use them make sure you ask for your old parts .

I had my 1996 Chevy Impala engine rebuilt from this place. Originally they gave me a higher quote but later they adjusted it as manager found a better pricing on parts. I saved few hundred dollars. So far so good and I don’t have any issue. They have an exceptional warranty for six years parts warranty. They just need to stick with their timeline. The rebuild took little longer than promised.

A friend of mine had recommended to bring my car to this auto shop and I am glad I did.They did an amazing job in servicing my 2009 Honda Pilot, I had the timing belt and spark plugs replaced, oil change and they did a 9 point inspection and found that my car’s transmission fluid was dirty and recommended it to be replaced later but I had them do it the same day and they gave me a good price on top of the great service!!!Waqas and the guys were super friendly and they really look after you, they are really transparent in the work they do and I’ve never once felt gouged or even worried at the possibility. I will definitely come back and do not hesitate to recommend them also. 👍🏻👍🏻

Called this place to replace Transmission for my BMW. The person I spoke to was very courteous and said he will call me within 10 minutes with a quote. Got a call back in about 7 minutes and he gave me a quote which was lowest among all the quotes I got in past two days. I asked them what was covered in it and he gave me the detail breakdown and everything was included in the price with warranty. Fast forward to four weeks now, I am driving my car with no issues and so glad that I called this place. One thing which I like about this place is that they were very honest and gave me the price and the time to finish the job very reasonable. I got my car when they promised me. I live in Walnut so this place is super close to me, surely will be going there for regular maintenance.

Seems like it all says in their name Amazing . I took my Nissan Altima for an oil change and there was radiator leak . The manager, dont remember his name gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. He told me that it could be done within three hours time frame, as my car radiator will be coming from the Nissan Dealership. I was surprised that they order parts from the dealership. Anyways, they ordered the radiator and the black hose for it and changed the oil within 3 hour time frame. I ended up going to a nearby seafood restaurant had lunch and my car was ready. Its been 2 months and I never had any issues with the car. I will take my car back for oil change after a month. Their oil change was so cheap that I was surprised. They use Mobil oil which is suppose to be the best.I would say this place is Amazing as the name says it.

I had a great experience at Amazing Auto Care for repairing my Lexus RX. It was quick and friendly. Nick is really friendly and seems to have good knowledge and offered me really reasonable price. The technician Toni only recommended the things I really needed.

I took my car to get repaired since I had some tire trouble after a long road trip and had been using an old spare for a while. Luckily they found the issue and switched the old tire out with one sitting around free of charge! It was really nice of them to do that after I explained my financial situation as a college student. Waqas was very kind and helpful during my experience and I’d recommend this place to everyone! Definitely going back here for any car troubles!

I love that I found a place near my house for my Mercedes. I live in Chino Hills and this place was recommended to me by a friend. I thought to check it out and loved it. Got my special Merc oil change and the rear brakes done with half the price that dealership told me. They also guarantee the brakes with lifetime. I love their professionalism and honesty.

I had my 2006 Toyota Camry breaks done at Amazing Auto Care. The price were really reasonable for a package deal of an oil change and breaks. Felt like I got the oil change for free. HAHAHA. The store manager Waqas was pleasant to work with. It took little longer time than originally estimated. Definitely going back there again for car repairs in the future.

Called this place for my Nissan Versa oil change and right Axle making noise. Spoke to Nick in the office, he gave me estimate over the phone. Took my car on a Saturday, they were extremely busy but they were able to do the oil change, they ordered both front axle for my car and did a detailed inspection and informed me about Air filter, Cabin Filter, status of Transmission oil, Wiper blades, brakes and many other things for free.I walked around and got myself Boba Tea from a close by shop and spent about 1.5 hour and my car was done. Definitely very professional place to get my car service done.
