My family and I took family pictures May 23rd in Round Rock, TX. Our photographer was Lisa. If you have children don’t go to Lisa, if you want good customer service don’t go to Lisa, if you want your photographer to have patience with your young children don’t go to Lisa. I’m still waiting to receive all my pictures that we paid $400. I was 1st told it would be 7-10 business days to receive my pictures then was told 10-14 business days then again was told 16-18 business days. At this point I will no longer speak with Lisa, that is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. It’s truly a shame, my family has always gone to JCPENNEY for any type of pictures but never again. When we left our session my 4 year old son said, “mama she was mean.” That’s truly a shame. Never again!!!!!!!

Understand the strategy of marketing. Just frustrating when I find out the dressing rooms are only open at the complete opposite end of the store from the boys selection. Running through the store with a arm full of clothing and a 4year old is not good for business

JCPenney has always been the place I go to for nicer clothing and other items. Ive always been able to find quality clothes that fit. My only complaint, several times Ive purchased products, in this case a new suitcase, and when checking out the price wasnt the same as it was on the shelf requiring the employee to walk all the way to the back of the store and check it. This has happened a few times for different things, maybe take the time to check tags before closing at night.

Looking for full length prom dresses here. Only had a few to choose from. Was disappointed in the styles and selection. Even on sale they were too pricy.

I was pleased to see them ensuring everyone wore their masks. They have things very well spaced and organized. Not a large selection on bedding. They seemed a little out of stock. But thats understandable.

Neat, clean. Clerks very helpful, but also not overly. I had a few things ordered online and was a snap to receive and try on . They have a great selection in my size of clearance items and store wide as well. So worth checking out. Sephora there, beds, shoes. All there.

This is one of the better Pennys stores. The store associates we dealt with were very nice and helpful in the department we were shopping in. I have always liked Pennys for clothes and some other items.

When I have shopped in Austin I have always have always had fun in the stores. Shame on you JC Penney. An employee made fun of my daughter who was trying to do her shopping for the first time in a walker. Then when we tried to leave the store and we were struggling with the doors the same employee stood and just watch us struggle. Shame on you Round Rock Penneys. We will not shop there again.

JCPenney can be a bit and miss depending on what I am looking for. This review is based on customer service from John at the front registers in the Round Rock location. Outstanding service 🙌 and for very friendly, always with a smile. Not just with me but saw him as he took care of 2 other customers. So not a one time deal. Excellent John.

The best JCP in the region, clean store, attractive displays and assortment, excellent prices with coupons. I personally worked at this location for many years and look fondly back at my time there. Stop in and see why this is the best place to shop.

This has became one of our families favorite stores for clothes. Great selection for the whole family at reasonable prices. Great selection of dresses and business wear for women. I also use the ship to store function online and if the product is in store I can pick it up quickly or if it is not shipping is usually quick and free online to store.

We think this store is excellent for a number of reasons. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The store is pleasant....well lighted with a pleasant feel to it. Their prices are great and the selection of items is comprehensive. My wife loves it and while I prefer not to shop at all, I like going here if I need something.

Great sale prices! Got 2 pairs of jeans 5 long sleeve pocket tees and 1 sweater for $84, about ten bucks each!

This is a good place to shop. Prices are good, very good if you shop during a sale. The selection is diverse between some good brands. The store is well organized and clean. The employees are helpful and curtious. There are not enough checkout areas. Completing transactions can be time consuming.

I came here to use their portrait studio. It was a good experience, they have great coupons online. They also have some great stylists in their salon, which I have also tried. Store is clean, organized, and well stocked as well.

I have been shopping here for years and always enjoy using the coupons for a new shirt or pants. Usually I can find some unique clothing pieces or a great purse. Also, right now they have several vast clearance racks in each section of the store that contain either seasonal or last years fashion.Tip: They have taken out the scanners so you will have to download the JCP app and you can scan the tags for pricing and deals.Good parking lot, some shady areas and call me lazy but I like using the automatic doors button so I do not have to touch the door! 🙂 There is also some seating inside the entrance where I always see a dad or husband waiting for their significant other to finish. Usually watching sports. :)This particular store has large and small appliances, beds, bedding and a salon. My daughter in law and I went for a couple of free salon events for Valentines. They had a makeup and hair opportunity to see how we liked a different look. There was also a drawing for a free flat iron which we did not win. 😞 Their fashion jewelry section is not very big though and the mirrors are scarce in that area.

Really clean. They have a lot of floor staff that keep all the clothes and displays neatly organized. They have a good selection of big and tall, but sometimes hit or miss on basic items (plain black polos for example).They hire disabled staff, which I appreciate and have been generous with exchanges.

My sister had her hair done in the salon. The young lady was so gracious and took a tremendous amount of time on ironing it out beautifully. Sadly, we didnt get her name, as we are visiting here, but the salon gets an A+.

Don’t waste your time. The lady at the front with all the peircings is rude, arrogant, argumentative and condescending! She obviously has zero concern for her customers, their time or schedules. Like nobody else has a life. This salon is extremely unorganized. They do not call to confirm appointments. They cancel on a whim. I’m sure if I did that then I would be charged a fee. They have no idea how to schedule appointments. Very unprofessional!!

Love this JCPenney store. They have a good selection of plus sizes and racks are not picked over. It is a rare occasion that I cannot find what I am looking for. Also, I can find a decent parking space.

They had a great selection of items and the workers were both knowledgeable and friendly. They made Black Friday very enjoyable.

I went to find some last minute things for a special event for my children’s dedication tomorrow as well as some other things. Their staff were already nice to begin with even though it was packed and they kept having to open up different registers around the store. I even dropped a blanket and a staff member went around looking until they found whonit belonged too. Another staff member replied to my boys playing Marco Polo. Although stressful otherwise to shop with little ones they made the difference. However what prompted me to write this review is the fact that Inasked a staff member if there were family bathrooms in the back so I could no leave my merchandise there because I needed to nurse my NB daughter. She said there were but that she had a better place for me so I wouldn’t have to feed her in a bathroom or by the bathroom were there was a lot of traffic coming and going. She room me to a little quiet place in the store where people were not shopping at. In a world where breastfeeding is stigmatized. I have had staff at other retail stores ask can I feed my child in the bathroom because I sat on bench to feed my baby. We don’t cover our faces to eat so we shouldn’t have to cover our babies faces to feed them. So thank you to that wonderful lady who didn’t even think twice. I will definitely think twice before going anywhere else to shop. Thank you for your kindness, for understanding restoring my faith in humanity.

Bought a necklace from there; saleswoman couldnt have been nicer. She could have been a bit more knowledgeable but she had only been working there for a few weeks, but she also seemed to be a very fast learner. My buying experience couldnt have been better.

This is a typical Pennies except that its run by a much older crowd. Im accustomed to younger college age people tending to the store. The staff are mature which I think is a good thing. Theyre fast and efficient. Also theyre wheelchair accessible, definitely a good thing for my friend.

It would have been nice to see someone who works there acknowledge customers. The sale racks are a joke. Sizes are all over the place. I grew up with J C Pennys. Love the store but todays experience is what the times are.

Great location in Round Rock with lots of eating establishments nearby. The parking lot is rarely crowded and the staff is very helpful. All items are reasonably priced with ongoing sales in various departments. Highly recommended for a great shopping experience.

Love going to JCPenny for great deals. I can always find a style I am looking for at a price that is affordable. My sister and I have started going to the hair salon also and the Lakeline Mall one employees are great and the deals on hair care products are great!

Today my family and I had a session with Lisa, the portrait manager in round rock. We where late to our appointment and she still took her time and patience with us. I didnt fell for a moment rushed our any irritation. I was amazed how patient and helpful she was with my family and I. Thats hard to find in customer service today. There was absolutely no pressure on any purchases. There was also a male rexeptonitst, unfortunately I didnt catch his name, but nothing but positive interactions with him as well. I thanks Ms. Lisa several times while there because I was so impressed with the service. THANK YOU AGAIN LISA! 😀
