This Jewel is fine for in-store shopping, but I wouldnt recommend any online ordering. They will substitute products that arent in stock with items that arent really similar enough, without even verifying with you. Once they make the online sale they dont care about customer service anymore. Sometimes no item is better than the wrong item. What a waste of money and everybodys time.

I have always liked Jewel-Osco. But I do forget how crowded and narrow the isles can be. My husband is disabled and getting through them, is sometimes difficult. Otherwise, ok.

Its not horrible but theyre overwhelmed and they dont fully check the orders every time. So Ive been shorted items before. And a couple of times theyve picked the wrong item. And theyre always sorry. But I still go cuz it saves me about 40 minutes a week.

Incredible.When someone answers from the deli they answer with the most nasty tone of voice, like I am bothering you!!! Learn how to do your freaking job and stop giving ME attitude like you’re not paid for what you do. Can’t stand this jewel!!!!

I love Jewel, it has a nice little produce section, a awesome little bakery section, and a ton of little odds and ends. I love how they always have fresh chips out, my girlfriend and I love to try all the different salsas they offer so its awesome having fresh chips to go with it! Friendly staff as well, always making sure to check if we need help finding anything.

I go to this jewel for deli meat. Not a huge selection but the do have good products. The most friendly deli workers at all the jewel store I shop at. I tend to try to stop here just for that reason. Ive always got fresh meat that doesnt go bad in less then a week. When I spend 30 dollars a week on lunch meat that is very important to me.

Quick jog in 10 mins before close at Midnight! Washroom break quickly then shopping for ONE PARTICULAR Frozen Food item only to get a reminder that store closes in 7 minutes. Never before HOUNDED in my multitude of times at this location! I worked at the adjoining Osco Drug in the Early 90s! Got to say that it is time to hang up your career in Customer Service (when you have LOW MARGINS to boot!) LOL! Ironically had a quick warning from L.C. Sheriffs about a too quick turn in a few minutes before coming in! That guy was NICE compared to Sargent Schultz in the store!

I live just down the road from jewel-osco, so when I was looking for a new pharmacy it made good sense to give them a try. I transferred all my meds over, and it was so easy! The pharmacists greeted me by name immediately! I have to say it went a long way in my decision to stay! All their staff are friendly, and extends courtesy to all who come to their window. Im giving these guys 5 out of 5 because they earn it every time they smile at a customer and greet us like we matter to them, its a really good feeling when just a polite greeting and a smile can mean so much in times such as we are living through now. Thank you Osco for making me feel like you care whats happening to me!

I still see a couple people here and there without a mask but theyre doing a great job keeping the store clean and safe. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

This Jewel seems a bit small compared to others. The ailes are crowded and so are the shelves. Then other parts of the store are big open areas with nothing, Im looking at you produce. The meat department is amazing here though, everything is fresh.

Shop here nearly weekly. Shop other grocery stores for sales & things Jewel doesnt carry.

I had a positive experience and Jewel had all my purchases in stock.

Went to purchase flowers for my wife. No one was at the flower counter for 10 mins. Then when I asked for a rep. She came over aggravated as if I was bothering her. I asked if she could wrap or arrange my flowers. She proceeded to give excuses of why she didnt advise having it done. Mostly because it would cost more and she didnt want to do it. Since I noticed she was aggravated I said Ill just take the flowers as is and a Vase. She threw the flowers in a bag and shrugged her shoulders as I told her have a nice day. Smh. I used to buy all my flowers from Jewel but I think Ill be shopping else where.

Well-managed well-stocked and prices are reasonably priced for the area. Pharmacist and Pharmacy staff is excellent at this particular location with recommended without hesitation.

Not a bad place. Older people and younger people enjoy the smaller size compared to places like walmart and meijer, though its not as clean and shiny in character; its older. Some of the workers have been there for ages and theres a nice sense of community. Nice big window by the registers (can be blinding when the sun shines through). If youre looking for a place to work, then the less engaged you are the worse it is. Worked there for a couple of years.

Cat food very sparse other than that its ok, round lake jewel to me is better.

DO NOT USE THEIR HOME DELIVERY! We have ordered from them a couple of times and they are always charging you for items they do not deliver. One week we had a driver who pretty much told us she has to check every bag because they do not know what they are doing.

Roundlake Jewel! It must be near a retirement community because i helped several of the elderly find what they were looking for. Sometimes you just need an extra set of eyes. 😷😀 The store had just been remodeled and it was really hard to locate what we were looking for. Other than that a great selection. Seniors especially get frustrated when the store layout changes... A store Map..would be welcomed and appreciated. Peace and Progress to ALL

Very clean and well stocked store with pleasant employees. Has the best pharmacy Ive ever used and Ive been through a few in my 50 years! Competent pharmacist and techs that are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Ive been so impressed with them that I deal with having to go into the store bypassing others with the convenient drive thru!

Couple days before Christmas, I found this store clean and stocked, and the employees were helpful to me.

You know what, for a late night crew they were awesome. 😊 I just didnt like the fact that the checkout girl had to stay until close with a migraine. Sad. Other than that, everything was great. 💙

Great employees, but they needed to remodel those bathrooms 20 years ago, and here we are. To move from fresh food to that room does impact my desire to shop there.

The staff here is way better then any other store around the area. I can always find what Im looking for and they always ask if I need help to my car. I dont, but that is customer service right there. And the people in the deli and pharmacy departments are very helpful and sweet too. Something I find lacking at many other stores.

This is a good place or market they have everything, just the price in somethings are little expensive.

This store always has a unique collection of products and the quality of their meats and produce is always great.It can be slightly more expensive than some of the other stores in the area; but there are usually some good sales if youre not picky about specific brands.They also offer grocery delivery which can be very convenient.

Love their pre selected roasts with all the fixings. Throw it in the slow cooker and be prepared to enjoy a delicious roast.The rating is not 5 stars because the produce dept needs work. Slim pickings on good produce. When you buy it you have to use it fast or it will go bad.

I love this Jewel, mostly because I cant stand the crazy busy super stores anymore. This store is busy, but not stressful to shop at. It dies down at night which is nice for us introvert shoppers who cant stand crazy busy places anymore. Its actually a relaxing place to shop the later it gets. Staff is always nice, some have been with this store for awhile which is also nice. Good selection of everything. I still love their deli and produce section. Good quality. They have a lot of sales going on at any given time. If youre tired of super store madness, check out Jewel every once in awhile. Yes, places like Aldis are cheaper, but they have little selection and are always mobbed. I go to places like that too, but sometimes Jewel is just a nice change of pace.
