Service is great if you can’t find something they’ll find it for you in a matter of seconds they just need to hire more cashiers

Antioch,IL Walmart had all but 1 food item on my online large stock up shopping. Super easy, curb puck up right on time.Skip Round Lake Beach, IL store. 29 items on my list not in stock. Basic items like yogurt.

Had a simple return, service was great and nothing was wrong with the mattress topper but the comforter set was already unbelievably comfortable. We didnt need the topper after all💤😴

Great selection, however they need to step there game up on embroidery machines, computers...please STOP trying to emulate Best Buy, and be the best Walmart.

On October 3rd around 11am I was working door dash. I received 2 pickup orders and went in to pick them up per usual (at least for the past 6 months). Today my family came in with me to use the restroom. I was told by “Tina” she would not give me the orders because I had children with me and it was because their policy because it ensures the safety of MY children (why does their safety matter when they are with their PARENTS)! I called Door Dash and was advised that the merchant (Walmart) can’t DISCRIMINATE on who they release the orders to. Well not only did Tina discriminate but she canceled the orders and gave them to someone else, while I was standing there! She continued to argue with me about their “policy” and was COMPLETE AND UTTERLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I have never experienced anything like this before. It is so sad that people like Tina even exist. The funny part is I STILL GOT PAID FOR THE ORDERS! Looks like the joke is on you Tina! Walmart, do better when you put people in your stores. Not everybody is friendly and kind. Some people see color!

Nice clean isles good bathrooms and a great section for chips.

Some employees are very kind but the rude ones ruin it for everyone! They hung up on me over the phone when I tried getting help so I went into the store and it took forever to find an employee for the bakery department but the gentleman was very rude and told me he doesn’t work there and to come back another day when he was putting bread out and was working in the bakery section.

We had a very nice experience today with a Walmarts employee. Unfortunately I failed to record his name. In any case we were looking for smoked Pork Hocks and we were unable to find them on the shelf even though their app said its on stock. We asked an employee for help but he was unable to find it in the backroom. He found another employee from the meat department and together they figured out that the box was misplaced in the backroom. Sometimes you run into employees that stop after the initial attempt and it was really nice to find such a helpful employee.

Too many times have come here to shop and Ive had to settle for less. Im sick of it, all these big companies making all this money but they dont satisfy needs like they claim to. Bring back small business, Walmart has low quality moldy produce, poorly made overpriced Chinese products, and poor customer service.

Excellent service at the Urgent Care. Availability is precious when you are in pain and all personnel were Very Professional and provided me effective, sensible treatment. So grateful. Highly reccomend!

As far as Walmarts go this one is a little bigger and busier but not quite as tidy as some that I have been in.... but with the higher volume that is to be expected. Overall very well stocked shelves and the few Associates that I interacted with we were very polite and helpful! Their produce section looked fresh and is priced very reasonably.

It was pretty good the workers where nice everything was easy although I couldnt find everything I was looking for that most other Walmarts Ive been to have had

I like some some prices but I like to do my shopping early. The problems are not enough shelves or produce is replaced yet. Seems the staff starts work when the doors open. Must be meetings first or something. Makes for having to go elsewhere for my goods. Also hard to find things. Not stocked logically.

Will always choose this Walmart over the one in Gurnee but, stocks have been low. Was out of many items I normally bought. Common items.

This Walmart had everything on our list and at a fair price. The only reason its not five stars is because it is still a mass merchant shopping experience.

Dirty and disarray. Every isle had a different radio blasting with a language i didnt understand. They should close it.

They need to restock more often. Not bad tho.

This place is a joke!! It’s ALWAYS busy!! But yet there are NEVER enough lanes open!! And there are so many employees standing around!! AND shelves are always empty!! And the employees want $15 an hour?! 😡🤬

I go to this Walmart once every couple months, personally I try not to patronize Wal Mart to much. I have to be in some jam to actually come here. That being said they have overall fair pricing and when you combine that with the absolutely downright rude customer service after shutting out mass small businesses coast to coast, which trickled down or up to distributer/wholesalers etc... You cant buy me off that easy but thanks for all you do for the community.

Austin I believe was the young gentleman. He brought me a stool to sit on while I waited for the service department person. Small acts of kindness go along way. Thank you Austin for a pleasant visit

On this particular day I was delivering through door dash and picking up via curbside. I was there for over 90 minutes for 1 order! Those that arrived after me were getting their orders before me and when I asked 3 different employees none of them could give me an answer. I understand they may have been busy but there was no communication or order to things just looked like chaos

Walmart has fresh produce, grocery items and merchandise at very competitive prices. You can find just about anything at Walmart. All of your everyday needs in one store ... Convenient, as well as cost effective! 😊

Surprised by how nice the store is lately. It seems to be kept clean and nicely stocked.

Store usually messy. Things I have witnessed here: 1. Someone eating a peach, then discarding the pit on a shelf. 2. Got run into by a kid on a bicycle, only to see her father right behind her, also on a bicycle - IN THE STORE! 3. a 3 year old throwing snap-its at customers (including me) from his cart. I told a nearby employee who did nothing to stop it. 4. A bag of mushy potatoes that were 6 WEEKS EXPIRED! I put them on the ground, only to come back 10 minutes later, and they were RE-STOCKED! I put them back on the ground a second time, and, yes, 10 minutes later they were RE-STOCKED AGAIN! AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN! P.S., Meijer is just down the road, so...

One of those Walmarts where everything is neatly organized and it’s clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

They need to open up more registers for the people people dont want to go to the store and check out their own groceries I know I dont

This is the first positive experience I’ve had in the store in 5 years. I go strictly out of convenience when I need something. I had to return an item and the person behind the counter was friendly and nice even after the awe full people before me. This is also the first time I wasn’t searched as I left the store, I don’t understand why they pay people to search everyone but won’t pay them to just ring people out. 🤦‍♂️

It could be better. Usually they are out of at least half of the things I need weekly.... takes them days to restock, longer if its not a grocery item. The produce and lunch meat goes bad the week I buy. Refrigerated juices are out over a week. Pharmacy is also not what it used to be... they cant even let you know your meds wont be ready when promised. General merchandise area is worse, things are out of stock for 2wks or longer. The bathrooms are never clean anymore, its was fall last time I noticed they looked ok.

They were very rude to me and my grandmother I am not wanted to come back there ever again they accused us and some lady was giving me attrude and screaming at me for no dam reason

I didnt enter this Walmart, I ordered a TV and requested the curbside pickup option. I followed the prompts in the email I received from them letting me know my order was ready to be picked up. I let them know when I arrived and where I was parked. I waited close to 30 minutes for someone to bring my TV out to my car. In that time span, I watched Walmart personnel bring out bins upon bins of groceries to other people who had chosen curbside pickup option also. Save yourself some time. Just go inside and pickup whatever you ordered online.

Ive been in a lot of Walmarts and this one was not up to par. Messy shelves. Poorly stocked. Hard to find an employee for help.

Got what I needed at good values. Small dislike - was not able to do a return / exchange as that counter closes an hour before rest of store.

This walmart is the worst. Never stocked, the employees are rude and never try to assist. The online pick up for this walmart is a usual of 30 minute wait at least. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART. Anywhere else but this place.

Parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare, but thats the drivers, not them. Usually clean, most clerks are good. Go there routinely.

The place is a dump, very dirty and always has pallets in the way. Always disorganized and empty shelves. Employees hanging outside smoking.

The only thing I was disappointed about was that the store no longer has those hand held baskets to use for when you only have a few items and dont really need a cart. But I was helped by very nice employees. Its our go to Walmart store.

The carts are always drity, the often arent any can never find an associate. Often times they lie oneassociate; tells you one thing another associate tells you they need some team organization, some team leadership and incentives. It also seems the my need to lean th ladder affect. You start at the bottom and work your way up. Nothing is handed to you

It seems like theyre actively trying to be the worst store in Lake County. They actually make the Gurnee location look like a nice place by comparison. Id call this a joke, but jokes are supposed to be funny. The employees are rude AT BEST. Thats if you can actually get one to do anything but roll their eyes and scurry off to the break room when asked for assistance. The place is nasty. I wish I could say it was only once that Id made the mistake of buying LONG-expired food from them, but that would be a lie. Not to mention, the last several times I attempted to use the bathroom, there was literal feces on EVERY. SINGLE. TOILET. Im finally pulling the plug. The location isnt even convenient anymore considering every possible facet of the store is almost comically awful. I will never return. Ill go to one of the many nearby competitors. Hell, Id be happy to double my grocery bill just to avoid this dumpster-fire. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

Could be better. Management doesnt seem to open enough lines. Either they are understaffed or the Managers seem satisfied to let three lines remain open and overflow with customers

I decided, last minute, to get marguerita glasses for someones birthday, whiich was not in stock, but they have lots of other things!

Its Walmart. Its cheap. Some nice workers, some not. I like this location. The little older Hispanic lady greater is the best. Nick the manager is very polite. Ashley has great hair and always friendly.

Friendly and always have enough registers open

Okay, waiting 25 minutes when theres only 2 registers is horrendous. If I had meat or milk it wouldve gone bad. The woman at the register was moving so slowly, it shocked me Wal-Mart wouldve made her a cashier in the first place. The man at electronics was Steve, he was the only worker that was actually helpful. I watched a man leave our line and left the cart with meat and milk and someone took it, I just hope that they dont put it back on the shelf. Very disappointed.

Wasnt crowded but we went an hour before closing. Some items were needed bread shelves almost empty, napkins almost empty. Didnt seem like they had a lot of employees on hand Sunday night restocking. And only 1 cashier or you check out yourself. Im not a fan of self check especially when you have a cart full.

In comparison to other Walmart’s in the area, this location is always stocked with products . If out of stock I have noticed they have restocked items within a day or 2 even with this being a heavy traffic location. When it comes to grocery curbside pick up those young employees are always respectful and helpful. Nothing like other locations I have been too.

Tons of people were wearing masks improperly, making them useless. I couldnt figure out why this was being allowed, until I realized the staff were doing it, too. This is unacceptable, Walmart. I will not be shopping here in Round Lake again. Take the wellbeing of your employees and customers seriously.

I found some galaxy buds online for 50 bucks in stock at this location specifically, drove half an hour only for it to be nowhere in sight, and the employees were rude and unhelpful. Fix your website.

Seems to never have enough cashiers working and the store is always messy. That being said, it is your typical Walmart.

I refuse to shop here. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, employees and customers do not wear their masks properly. They dont even try to enforce it. I can count how many times that I have walked into this store and it reeks of marijuana. Not everyone wants to smell that. Most aisles are not even stocked, or yet half the products are all over the shelves. Its ridiculous.
