I got my hair cut on a whim one day. They were so welcoming and friendly. I also got highlights! Everyone was very fast and efficient, there were lots of laughs and smiles. What I noticed and appreciated was that they all seemed to dance around eachother and did a good job juggling all the people. It was actually really neat to watch. Love this place!

I like this place but doing walk inside for so many years you can really get a mixed bag of experiences. Stylists that like to talk. Stylists that dont say anything. Others that chuckle when you ask for a hair style. Some will want to shampoo your hair... Others wont. Some that take a short time and others that take a while but dont make it look any better.

Love the stylists for my boys Veronica and Rosa you cant go wrong. Truly they are all great and the cost affordable

Went tonight to get my 11 year her haircut and they did AAWESOME JOB I dont remember the ladys name she was a brunette hair she was very kind, listen and asked what we wanted for length for her. Will go back again

After, not going to Fantastic Sams for several years, I stupidly decided to give it a try again . I had a picture of me with the haircut I had awhile ago and I was specific of how my hair is naturally thick and curly. I explained to her how it looks different wet and preferred to have it cut dry. She insisted she couldnt cut it dry and she would just dampen it. She got it soaked. I showed her the picture and she barely looked at it or asked questions. I told her I had more layers in the picture than I did now. She tells me our hair doesnt have layers, they may have different lengths. Im thinking shes young and pregnant and maybe shes having a hard day so I dont argue. I told her I want a longer hair version of this picture and can that work. My hair was passed the middle of my back.She says sure. The entire time I see my hair getting shorter and I asked her not to cut it too short. I asked her if she wants to look at the picture again. She is silent the entire cut and I am freaking out. She finishes and says it will look great when it dries. Well, it does not! ITS TO MY SHOULDER TOP, ITS THICKER IN THE BACK BECAUSE SHE MESSED UP THE LENGTHS.She was awful and gave horrible service. I was going to get my brows done too but she forgot and I just wanted to get the hell out of there! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

Just called the salon to see if they had any experience working with natural African American hair and they do not have any services for this type of hair. I think it is sad that this is still a problem in todays society. Especially when you can go to a black salon and receive services for all nationalities of hair. It is time for the franchised salons to step up their hair skills.

Great group of highly qualified and experienced stylists. My family and I have been getting our hair cut there for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

It is big and has things to do when you wait, but when ai got my knots outlet of my hair I asked them to be gentle, but they were not. They did the same to my sister. But besides that, its a good place🙂
