Pretty small...I guess its standard for a bar. I was there with a friend and I dont drink anymore so I really cant judge that, but my friend enjoyed it. Kinda really strange they dont take card or run tabs...that would probably be a deal-breaker for me

Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. My friend and I had the apple crown with sprite. You can play your own kind of music on their jukebox. Unfortunately there is no dance floor but there is a pool table and a dart board.

Wife and I enjoy a good dive bar. Fairly certain this is the only one in Roswell. Staff and locals are friendly. Also has package to go so thats a plus!

I enjoy coming to the Variety just wish they wouldnt allow smoking inside. The employees are amazing.

Buddy & his Beautiful Bevy Id Bartenders are the best in West here I. Roswell... Wed nite wows.. Tuesday pooling ... Friday keroke ... Sunday . Any day or night and you can buy straight from the side in a drive up fasion too . And dont forget 5hise fabulous tocis in 5he back parking lot.. to die for... Love ya see ya there

The best bar around! Go every weekend, always meet new people. This place makes me feel at home while Im away from mine. Always friendly, you never know what you are going to get when you go there but it is always fun.

Great little bar full of local characters, great stories and a couple of pool tables. Nice taco stand out the back too.As the night goes on and the other bars around town close, this place gets pretty busy. Make sure you get in before it is full!

This is definitely a hometown crowd and we loved every minute of it. The second my husband and I walked in they greeted us and made us feel welcome. Little rough around the edges but didnt bother us any. Very nice people

The only bar in town so maybe they dont care about anything because they have no competition. 2 broken pool tables, smoking, and the bartenders dont actually know how to make anything. If you want a beer or a straight shot, they barely get that right. The best part of this place is the taco truck out back and thats not even theirs.

Relaxed local full bar with fare drinks. Always a serious pool player ready for a game. A safe place for a single woman who still likes a side line complement and not Dog Friendly. A great Vodka and O.J. for sure...

Good place to chill, drink beer, and play pool. They were understaffed at one point so I took off 1 star. Took a long time to be served. Otherwise it is a great dive bar.

Soon as we sat down, we encountered a few women that had no problem throwing themselves at any male patron that walked in, locals fighting over biker clubs. The service seemed a bit slow. Place was kind of dirty and an uneasy setting. For being the only local bar, I would have thought it would have had better upkeep

They are great people who work there. Also they have the best taco truck parked outside Tuesday-Saturday

Im not into dance clubs nor paying the ridiculous price of a beer or mixed drink at a bar and grill. If you are like me then this is the place for you. The bar tenders dont push drinks. In other words they watch to make sure patrons are drinking responsibly and will cut you off if not. Kudos on that.

We were told it was a ruff place and a biker lounge. The new owner has cleaned it up alot. It is now more laid back and full of 45-?? Yr olds. Everyone and then 30somethings will walk in.

Good hang out with friendly people. Im on a solo road trip and felt at home at the Variety. Meet some very nice patrons and if Im ever back on Roswell ill stop back for sure. If ever coming thru Roswell it is worth a stop in for sure.

Very small hole in the wall joint. They dont have a good variety of liquor. The bar tenders will try and accommodate, but the lack of knowledge in making drinks was obvious. They have 2 pool tables, but when it gets crowded, very hard to play without bumping into others. Dont expect a lot here, it truly is a hole in the wall.

I went to this bar to watch the opening season of the NFL 2016. I made a comment about my team and the bartender got in my face and said all kinds of UNNECESSARY WORDS! It looks bad on their business and their character.

HorribleThey had last call at 1230 and they sold alcohol to just regulars after that. After arguing with the bartender that it was 1 o clock he realized his mistake and sold alcohol again. If youre not a regular here leave early. It gets ugly after 1230

Ok place to hang out the last time I went there it was not a good experience who is customers that made it not a good experience. It is a kind of place only for adults!!!

Stood in line for almost an hour, still didnt get in. Lady working the door, let some chick in soon as she arrived, 20min into our waiting.
