We had an incredible experience! Went here for a meeting, ordered a chai latte, hot cocoa, and an earl grey latte. All were delicious, perfectly sweetened, and the owner even brought out a plate of tea cookies for us during the meeting. We had a few children with us and he was very generous to bring a bunch of bananas for them to snack on. We will absolutely be returning anytime I am in the area!

Amazing They have THE best coffee. They really do. I love their cappuccinos and spinach egg breakfast sandwich. Great atmosphere. Cozy. Friend introduced me to it few years ago. Locally owned. Okay, this is likely one of the best shops I have ever been to! I went by here and got A mocha with extra shot. Because of that extra shot it can throw off somebody that doesnt know his job well. He did great! They also have top of the line machines that in the right hands can do wonders!

Great coffee, great service, great atmosphere! I love it here.I like my coffee black, and their coffee (Bianco roast specifically) has excellent flavor. Bold and smooth.The ladies that have served me here are kind and helpful. :)And the food is pretty good too. I have yet to try their desserts, but Im looking forward to it.Its cozy but also spacious inside. A lot of coffee shops cram a bunch of seating and tables together, but here you get room to breathe (praise haha) and enjoy yourself.I definitely recommend.

Very classy place, loved the smooth jazz as I walked in and the beautiful pastries (I recommend the backlava). I tried a pistachio latte with soy milk and wow! They also have a lot of tea and smoothie options, I’m going to try the Turkish coffee next time!I’m always looking for cute coffee shops and I definitely recommend

I am writing a review not because of the offerings of the establishment but because of the people who own and work there. I left something very important behind, even 30 minutes after they closed and they did not rush me out, and 30 minutes later I called them asking if it was still there. The lady who answered the phone told me that she would call and see if anybody was still there, somebody was, and they were willing to stay even another 15 minutes later, an hour and a half after close, just so I can get my item back. When I did make it back, the gentleman named, Fahar I believe, greeted me with a smile and did not look the least bit bothered by my keeping him late. That is outstanding service and I will be back, if nothing more, just because of that. This all just occurred and I am writing the review immediately after because I am so grateful and so impressed.

I love Coffee Bianco! When I have long writing days, Ill come and stay from open to close. The atmosphere is relaxing and the wooden chairs are super comfortable. Their coffee is delicious - I even drink it black, which is unusual for me (and $1 refills!) - and their turkey pesto panini and a bowl of tomato basil soup is a perfect lunch. Oh and definitely try the apple cinnamon latte if you like sweet specialty drinks. Plus, everyone is super friendly and personable! Service is a bit slow, which isnt a big deal if youre coming to hang out, but might want to plan for that if youre in a hurry.

Love this coffee shop! Much better coffee than chain places, and offers a nice atmosphere. The customer service has always been great- friendly and fast. Only wish they had a drive thru as its a pain to get out with kid(s) in the car just to get a coffee... but always make it a point to go there when I dont have them with me.

Love this place! Coffee is good and the egg sandwich is an actual fresh cracked egg. Probably the only coffee place in town that has fresh eggs. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at this coffee shop. I rate them a complete zero. I am an African American female and was discriminated against and treated unfairly at this coffee shop. This is my first post like this for any business. I feel compelled to share so others do not experience this. I arrived to meet someone at Coffee Bianco for coffee. I decided to meet up with the person at Coffee Bianco because I had never been to this coffee shop before and always wanted to visit. I checked out their website and decided I would support our small businesses in the area. I thought this was a good chance to meet up with someone and enjoy the spot but boy was I wrong. I walked in and they said we are closing in a few minutes. I told them their web site says they close later but they challenged me and pointed to the window saying these are there winter hours. I was challenged because I could not get the person I was meeting on the phone. When my guest arrived I told them what I was told about closing and then the owner of this coffee shop proceeded to come over to us and tell the person I was meeting with that I had an attitude. The owner also told the person I was meeting with that I said I was going to write a bad review and I had not said this to anyone. This was a complete lie. The owner talked to my guest like I was not standing there pointing at me and saying all of these terrible things. The owner had no idea who I was or who I was meeting with but she told them I had an attitude. The owner was the person that was at fault with the misinformation on her website and on Google and how she treated me as a patron at this establishment. This was the worst experience ever. I was embarrassed and treated like a second class citizen in this place. I want to ensure all are aware of this so you do no go and experience this yourself. I decided to post my review since the owner said I was going to do this. Thanks for giving me the idea, rude and terrible owner lady. I will never go back and will ensure others are aware.

This is my new favorite coffee shop. Staff is very friendly and the coffee is high quality. They have a lot of Persian and Mediterranean food that you dont normally find in coffee shops. Free wifi and comfortable chairs and couches. I am planning to start doing my homework there more often. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys cool and unique cafes.

Very disappointed. Was in the area and decided to stop by for coffee and get some work done... I placed my order and got on a call with a client. TWICE when I was on the phone I was asked from across the room by the older women behind the counter to repeat my order. I got off the phone with my client and still didnt have my coffee about 20 minutes later.When I did receive the coffee, It tasted like someone mixed milk and sugar and more sugar together. I took two sips and couldnt drink the rest. I dont think there was any coffee in the drink at all, if Im being honest.Save your $6 for somewhere else. I will not be returning. The one star is solely for the fact that they have a fireplace in the shop.

Their iced mocha is the best. I always get it when I come in. Also their Bagel and Lux is delicious. Recommend this place, it is amazing! :)))

Ive always loved this coffeeshop, but the new owners dont have a valid phone number listed and change their hours without advance notice. This must be the 7th time Ive come by on a Sunday morning only to find them closed--this time without a note on the door. My time is also worth something and its becoming hard to stay loyal. Sad as Roswell really needs more independent coffeeshops.

Ridiculous place!! Ive been a customer for the last 2 years and Ive been visiting this place almost every Saturday or Sunday. A few days ago I went there and I was hopping to get my espresso as usual, it didnt happen. They gave my espresso to somebody else and this somebody else sat with my coffee in front of him, having an ardent conversation with his companions for at least 5 minutes. Then he decided to give it back to the server, because it wasnt his order. The server brought the VERY SAME coffee to me!!! The cap was all sticky and gross so I gave it back to the manager asking for another coffee, she just swiped the sticky thing off of the cap using THE RAG THEY CLEAN THE COUNTER TOP and she just gave it back to me... I didnt to take it, then the manager just poured my coffee in another cap.... I didnt take it of course and she refused to give my money back as well....This is how they treat the regular customers....

I have tried many coffee shops around the Roswell and Dunwoody area. Coffee Bianco is my all time favorite place. They have the best reasonably price drinks! There menu has lots of variety from red velvet to pistachio lattes! There staff is also the friendliest people that actually want to try to get to know you!

Believe all the five star reviews here! The food, coffee and service are outstanding here, as everyone else has noted. And the overall vibe is friendly and sunny. A great place to meet, or stop for a moment to just breathe. Zara (the owner) makes the delicious stuffed grape leaves and tzadziki herself -- and the basil lemonade is my favorite, made with basil growing in their garden, when its in season. Go :)

This place is a hidden gem! The cafe is pleasantly arranged; the patio is a beautiful surprise full of shade, citrus trees, and aromatic herbs; and the owner is friendly and helpful. She and her staff strike the perfect balance of knowing the right way espresso and coffee are made, while knowing their market well enough not to be snobbish about it and to be willing to make a caramel macchiato just like at Starbucks if thats what you want. They add little twists to even the mundane drinks, like basil in lemonade, lemon zest in a Turkish coffee, and cinnamon in an iced latte. I highly recommend making this your preferred stop for coffee and atmosphere.

It is an authentic coffe shop, where you can enjoy multiple options of coffee, tea and other drinks. The tomato soup is delicious, the grilled chicken sanduich, and much more. I am 5 years going and I will continue going.

What a pleasant surprise. Great local business with great coffee selections, good pastries and excellent service. We just might have to make this our regular Saturday coffee spot. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best coffee shop experiences Ive ever had! The baristas had exceptional customer service and were able to answer all of the questions I had about their menu. The food and drink are delicious. This was my first visit, but I may soon become a regular!

Coffee is great and the atmosphere is wonderful! However, on more than one occasion, I have arrived at 07:00 am on a Friday and they are not yet open. I would prefer they open later if its not possible to open as advertised. Only docked one star because coffee is so good.

Had a breakfast sandwich and coffee here the other day. It was really good! The staff were super friendly and came around to our table several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Id go back if I lived in the area.

My kind of place.Zara (who works there) was incredibly nice (though she has a very quiet voice) and took a personal interest in me and in making the available food work with my diet. I was moved. How many business people DO that?I am so, so glad I typed coffee into Google and decided to pick anything BUT Starbucks. I was initially drawn to this coffee shop because they offered so many flavor options, they have a stamp card to earn a free coffee, and their cakes are really good. However.. the customer service is sometimes okay, sometimes awful. The younger girls who work there are very nice, don’t get me wrong. But the owner (I’m assuming) just stands around behind the counter while they work, not offering any kind of help whatsoever, and I’m pretty sure the owner doesn’t speak much English - or doesn’t care. Because of this, the girls get overwhelmed and customer service becomes very slow. Also, they always left way too much empty space in my coffee cup (to go). I would have ordered a larger one if I could, just to get a large coffee!! It sucks because I was excited about replacing Starbucks with something local. Too bad.

Everything was excellent, but, if you dont like sweet coffee, you may want to inquire about your choice before you order.

This is a cute coffee shop, and everyone who works here is very nice, but if you call the phone number it rings directly to the owners cell phone. It is hard to know you are calling a business, and the owner is very rude. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the phone call.

The coffee is OK. I like sweet drinks so I dont pretend to be a connoisseur like my husband is. They have a white chocolate symphony which is worth 4 stars, but 2 out of the last 3 times theyve given me the wrong drink. One was like a vanilla latte and the other was a hot chocolate. I was so disappointed when my to-go drink was wrong yet again. They dont speak much English so I understand the language barrier and try not to make a stink about it, but it seems to be a factor in ordering. Theyre not the friendliest group of people, but theyve never been disrespectful. I havent been back since my last drink was wrong. I couldnt risk wasting another $5 on something I didnt want.I now go to Cafe Au Lait. The drinks are OK and theyre always nice and give me what I ordered.

When Coffee Biano opened I was really happy, because it was an alternative to Starbucks. Yes, at first it was great! Went there many times. And then I didnt,t visit for almost a year and one rainy Sunday decided to go and get some coffee and dessert. But unfortunately things changed and not in a good way...coffee was fine, but dessert what they recommended - apple turnover had a strange taste, somebody put way toooo many eggs in it... I didnt feel good after... had to go home instead of doing grocery shopping...and my coffee was in plastic, not in nice cup like before when I ordered my food and drink there, not to go...Atmosphere and music was nice, but it,s not enough for the coffee shop. Would I like to go again...probably not...sad...

After now reading many of many of the 5 star reviews of this place. I am convinced most of them are paid reviews. Very similar but generic language used without specifics.I had high hopes for Bianco Coffee. I have driven by many times and wanted to stop in. I took the time to do so today. I love supporting local businesses. I ordered a coffee and oatmeal. $9 later I had a small mushy oatmeal that was supposed to have fruit in it...Which it did not. I am pretty sure the oatmeal was instant. For $5 I expect a nice portion of good food. The coffee was ok not great. The service was horrible. If it werent for the nice atmosphere I would give it 1 star. The tell tale sign you are going to get bad food is when you walk in the door and look at the case and all the pastries are individually wrapped in plastic. It ruins the flavor and consistency on many pastries and usually means they are not fresh.

Not only is it beautiful inside and large enough that you dont feel like youre joining your neighboring tables meeting, the food and drink is terrific. Sample the terrific Mediterranean fare (hummus, grape leaves and tabouli). I keep coming back for the White Chocolate Symphony frozen drink. Delicious!The wifi is great and responsive, and the furniture is comfortable, even if you want to stay for a few hours.The owner is very hospitable, and everyone who works here is very friendly and accommodating. Its a great place for one-on-one meeting, or for a small group get together. Ill be back!

Comfortable atmosphere, more peaceful than Starbucks, but the staff doesnt speak or understand English. Trying for European style cafe, but 100 percent American method of prep. Ordered a doppio machiatto and that threw them a curveball. Couldnt explain to them what was wrong, because... English. I think if youre going to migrate to the US, at least assimilate.

I walked in, ordered a coffee. Place was empty except for a table with an older woman and some kids (she seemed to be helping them with homework). The woman that took my order said she’d bring it to my table. Weird, it takes 2 minutes to make but whatever. I sit down. The woman proceeds to walk over and sit down by the older woman, very much not not making what I ordered. I sit down and draw, about ten minutes goes by, nothing. I get up to see about my coffee that I already paid for. The woman that took my order sees me get up and says across the empty room “she’ll make your coffee” (meaning the older woman). The older woman asks how I want it (hot or cold) and I say hot. She says ok and goes right back to helping these kids with their homework, very much not making my coffee again. She eventually gets up, pushes a few buttons and the other woman hands me my coffee- half empty. She forgot to put hot water in it. I just said “keep it” (Again, i had already paid for it) and walked out. Don’t go here, they obviously don’t want to bother giving people what they paid for.
