My issue is not with the local store, but rather with their credit card division. I opened an account on the 17th of the month. A month and 6 days later, I received my first statement in the mail. The card still has not arrived. Unfortunately, the mail was delayed for some reason, and the due date had already passed when I received the statement last night. Apparently, they decided to end my billing cycle 11 days after I had opened the account. When I called, the representative explained that they can set the end of the billing cycle for whenever they want. I tried to explain that doing so is not a very trust inducing business tactic, but the rep was incredibly rude and unconcerned. While I fully understand that it is not the fault of the company that Roswells Postal Service seems to be unable to properly and timely deliver our mail to the correct box, it is still incredibly devious to close the billing statement only 11 days after opening the account. This, combined with the fact that the card has not yet arrived, set me up to miss the first payment, as I did not expect it to be due so soon after opening the account. I paid off the bill and closed my account. It is no wonder JC Penney is going under considering the way they conduct business. No thanks, Ill take my business elsewhere!

Check for online coupons. I always find stuff on sale. This is a good place to get quality bras here in Roswell. They have a nice mens department. When my kids were little this was my favorite place to get their clothes! The most adorable outfits for a good price. Christmas is coming. This is a great place to buy gifts.

They were rude to my grandma, so they go on my I dont shop there anymore list.

Worst service ever today. Manager didn’t seem to care about the no customer service given to the customers. Took the employees side for their rudeness and complaints. My opinion is that he doesn’t know what he’s doing and needs more training on how to serve the customers along with the rest of employees. The store looks like it’s closing down permanently and I’m sure the employees could care less.

Placed an order online for a same-day in-store pickup and not only did they not have it ready, they didnt even have the items in stock. Additionally, I was advised I wouldnt be charged but my gift card is at $0. Customer service is horrible. I fully understand why JCPenneys stock is going down so quickly.

Great place to shop for close in small appliances. Sales representatives are friendly but if you need help finding items you need to ask for help.there is free and handicap parking.

Helen was very helpful and so was Miss Melissa i was having a very hard time finding shoes and they help me find the right color even called other stores so i could get my shoes in black so i ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes

Been there on 3 different occasions and there was alot of clothes I liked but was unable to buy anything cause they didnt have my size. Alot of choices in the smaller sizes but Im a big dude and you have little to NO clothes in plus sizes.

I dont personally shop there often but I also dont live in roswell either, but they have some good clothing selections. The store is pretty big as well. You can also buy jewelry too.

Tired and old. Store is not being kept up. Changing rooms are scary, sharp objects all over the floors. Had to hunt down staff to check out. Sad to see such an icon fall so far.
