I was helped by an outstanding representative by the name of Joalyce. She is an awesome example of what every employee should be modeled after. She was super polite, very accommodating, and conducted absolutely perfect customer service. I am an extremely happy customer after my interaction with Joalyce. The Salesmen’s name was Kevin! Do not let him help you! I went into the store to purchase a new phone and two start services with Verizon! I was so excited. I went into the store and Kevin helped me out. He advertised a $100 plan for $90 and sold me a $40 case for $30. I know these seem like minuscule complaints, but I think that a person that is dishonest easily and sales speaks a lot for the company that they work for! I just left T-Mobile for the same thing and I’m being met with it on the first day of being a customer with Verizon! I would not recommend this particular store and if you do go to the store I would not recommend Kevin being your sales person! I hate liars, and in the middle of this pandemic it is really say it but people are engaging in predatory sales. I truly hope the store manager of this location jumps on top of this issue! This is a review to make the store aware of the issue because when I called two expressed my dissatisfaction, the employee Who answered told me that it was not Kevin‘s job to point out the specifics of the plan and pricing. I think if that’s the case that Verizon should replace all the sales people with kiosks. I am seriously thinking about returning my iPhone in looking for a different carrier because I do not want 24 months of being lied to

I want to give a big shout out to Rashad and Corey at the Verizon store on Holcomb Bridge Rd! I had misplaced my phone and couldnt find my password. I didnt have another Apple device I could use for recovery. Between the two of them they worked to help me use the Find My iPhone app to successfully locate it. This is my work phone so this saved me tons of extra time and trouble. Thanks for everything.

I walked to Verizon and my phone was not working. A great guy named Ethan greeted me at the door with a smile. He went through all of the steps to get my phone into shape but we couldn’t get it to work. So he suggested a great option for a new phone for me, he got all of my information to my new phone. There was also another great employee Scott who also helped us with a few technical issues. Highly satisfied with everything, love these guys!!! 100% recommend this place!!!!

I called before heading to the Verizon store this morning to see if I needed an appointment and if there would be a wait. I was told to come ahead and that there not people waiting at the time. I arrived to find a nice young man on the Verizon staff who helped me transfer the data from my old iPad to the new one I bought last week. He was wearing a mask and so was I. Another customer came in not wearing mask and when that customer approached me, the Verizon staff member politely reminded him about social distancing and guided him away from me. I appreciated his helpful attitude and the way he handled that situation.
Came into the store today melissa helped me get my phone in order before anything she made me feel at ease letting me know that everything was gonna be ok because my phone was acting crazy and she fixed my phone. I need for a new one. However when Im ready I will only allow it to be her

Thanks for helping me fix my frozen phone but only one employee and none of the other customers had a mask on. I was very uncomfortable with that. It’s reckless and irresponsible and puts workers, customers and the entire community at risk.

Dropped my phone again and this time i killed it. I went to another Verizon store at Rucker Road, but they only allow one customer in store at a time due to Covid, so i went to Cellular Sales on Holcomb Bridge. Ryan got with me immediately and within an hour i was back on my way. He was able to sync my contacts, photos and texts. Thanks guys.

The salesmen were very friendly. Watch what you are being sold - everything is more expensive and there is a sales push - so be sure to ask questions about price and compare it to other locations. The way the salesman would say things was not completely straightforward, so ask, How much is this? and Is there a way not to pay for this fee, service, etc... because everything has an additional cost to it and is not entirely necessary. This an authorized retailer - not a Verizon store. BC of COVID we had to go here - the official Verizon stores were closed. I left feeling like the guy who helped us was nice - but that I had been taken a little. They also have the employees parking their new cars in the handicap spaces - which is very hard to see when you are the customer and actually need to use those parking spaces. Our salesmen said, I would never be that guy to take a handicap spot, but as we were pulling out I saw him putting his stuff into the trunk of his new yellow car and I felt kinda scammed. I left feeling like we were all set up and treated nicely - but also a little bit taken. Dont know why - but that is how I felt driving home.

I do not recommend this department at all. I went to change an item that I bought in Norcross Ga and since I didnt buy it there they didnt change it for me and I went to another store in Woodstock, ga and they changed it.
I am very thankful that Bryan Williams made the time and effort to switch my number to a new phone. He was polite, patient and proactively searched for solutions when met with challenges. Hes very knowledgeable and made sure my phone was working properly before I left. Im very happy with their service.
I went in to just check out potential upgrade options (I had a Galaxy S5 that was obviously old but still working well for me & in great condition, so I wasnt highly motivated to upgrade) and discuss plan adjustments (I had an unlimited plan, but I typically only use about 2GB/month & I have an employer discount that we discovered does not apply to unlimited plans) with no intention to buy at that moment. I met Scott Phillips. We spent about 45 minutes talking current phones, upcoming releases, and different plan choices that may be more suited for me personally. No pushy sales tactics, insightful and engaging conversation, genuine interest in assisting me in finding my best options.6 weeks later, due to his superior customer service even when it was not beneficial for his sales, I went out of my way to return to him personally rather than just ordering online after I did my research and made my choice to purchase the new Galaxy S10 and change my plan to the 5GB package. I was that impressed with his assistance! This location did not have this device in stock due to demand at the moment, but I was more than happy to wait for delivery to ensure he got the sale (which essentially was the same wait as if Id ordered online). He was very flexible and accommodating with my work schedule (which can be very difficult to accommodate).Thanks to his help and our research together, I now have a brand new top-of-the-line phone with a plan more suited for me, resulting in a monthly bill that basically remained the same despite the big device upgrade.HIGHLY recommend Scott for all Verizon customers!!! No pushy sales tactics, genuine interest in helping people find their best fit in regards to both phone and plan. Scott worked in education in the past, so hes adept at relating information in different ways to all sorts people with all sorts of levels of experience and learning styles to assist people in making the best decision for themselves. Hes even asked me to give him feedback on my purchase to help him help others. Weve texted several times about how to best utilize the S10 (hint: edit settings for display/touch settings to optimize battery and avoid accidental activation while in pocket/purse/bag/etc. - the battery is fantastic without sacrificing any performance).I am VERY satisfied with my new phone and the entire process. Scott is the man you want to work with when youre looking into phone or plan upgrades/changes!

Had a partial port issue in moving my number from Sprint to Verizon. Scott at the Verizon store was great to work with, and he was able to resolve this (despite Sprints horrible customer service/knowledge). Have had Sprint since the beginning of cell phone service, went to a Verizon corporate store this month (Jan,2020) to switch to Verizon. Worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving, customer service is very important to me since I am in National/international sales for over 25 years.Today I went to a Cellular sales store to ask them to help me with issues that I could not get resolved at the corporate store.UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Scott and Jakyla,answered every question,fixed every unresolved issue I had. So very patient and kind with a new customer to Verizon.Many thanks 2 very nice employees.
So I needed a screen protector for my Google Pixel. I was in a hurry and stopped in and was immediately greeting by one of the associates. (On a side note, either one or both of them stank of cigarettes). I was at the counter with the screen protector in under 1 minute. Im standing there with my credit card out. He wants my phone number. Then he wants my PIN for the account. I have not ever used that pin since the day I created the account. So he wants to create an account manually and enter all of my info by hand. I said, I just want to buy this. Do I really need an account? The other guy chimed in and said I had to create an account to something, something, something. So I said I dont have time for this and I left So stupid! I should have been in and out in 2 minutes. Why do I need an account to buy a screen protector?
Friendly, and took his time to ensure I understood what they offered with no pressure to purchase extras. I even returned with buyers remorse, and he gladly exchanged my phone for a better one. Great customer service! 👍🏾

This was the best cell phone experience I have had. Corderio, spent so much time trying to help me understand plans including international. He came up with several options and even had ways to save money with a new phone. The store is very convenient and new. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. I will come back to this location for all my cell phone needs.

My previous phone died before my week long working trip and my family ordered a phone at another location, who did not allow me to contact my family to get information. After the trip I walked into Patricks location, he took me in listened and didnt attempt to over sell me. He gave me exactly what I needed and assisted.
Went in today to solve a minor phone problem and Corey (sits in the back left when you walk in) was incredibly helpful. Looked over my account and found ways to save me 60$ a month on top of getting me a new phone. Corey set up my new phone while I left to continue running errands. Waited here for an hour plus the day after Christmas. There was only ONE employee working at this store. The employee kept saying someone would be right with us, yet he was the only one in the store. He told other people that walked in that there would be someone right with them, still the only one working. Second time i’ve waited this long in a Verizon store. Incredibly disappointed.

This place only has cases on display and the employee refused to retrieve the device I came to purchase. This is while he was playing with his own device avoiding eye contact with me.Didnt get his name, but he had black hair with a shirt and tie on 2/27/19.If you dont want to help Verizon account holders then you shouldnt be in business!

He was first of all, very handsome and easy on the eyes, but outside of all that...His professionalism was impeccable. He stayed late with me and explained everything in detail about every plan I was interested in and the bottom line cost. Cost verses value is import to me and its nice not to go shopping somewhere and find out at the end of the sale that its 35$ more dollars for one more thing.
