I selected carpet for my house after careful consideration from 2 6x6 carpet samples. I had requested a larger sample and Carpet Depot said they could not provide that to me. Carpet was installed 8/30/21,carpet is different from my 2 samples. Every foot print shows and even my dogs paw prints show but did not on the samples. I called my rep David who was not helpful. Carpet Depot charged the balance on my credit card when I specifically asked them not to until the rep could come to my home and look at the carpet. He has refused to do so. Carpet Depot is very unprofessional if you have an issue. They will not give me the owners phone number.

We had a great experience at Carpet Depot. They helped me select carpets that were high quality but also within my budget. The installation team was on time, courteous, made sure I was happy with the end result before leaving, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They were also careful not to damage any of the heavy furniture they moved in order to install the carpet. I would definitely use Carpet Depot again.

Called because of multiple good reviews and local commercials. Was asked if I could be put on a brief hold. I said ok, then never heard from them again. Tried calling back THREE times and no one would answer the telephone. So I gave up.

Great experience with Carpet Depot Roswell. Their sales rep Cassidy did a teriffic job recommending a premium quality carpet that I ended up purchasing at a very reasonable price. Installation took a little longer than expected but no fault of Carpet Depot as the measurements I provided were a tad off. It proved to be well worth the wait and money spent though as I absolutely love both the look and feel of the carpet.

Buyer Beware! I had a lot of carpet replaced in my house. The runner for the stairs was too short. Even the owner who came to my house admitted it was cut too short. The wood which is not the same color is showing on many of the steps. They want to give me a $250.00 credit (Runner price app. $750.00) - or I can use that credit and pay the difference for a replacement runner. Customer Service ?? Unbelievable.UPDATE - 10/2/20 - My carpet runner was replaced. Problem resolved. Thanks to Sarah Summerville!

Chris did a great job with helping me. Everyone was really nice. I compared prices and theirs was by far better. I picked out the carpet quickly and left and had to do everything over the phone because no one was wears a mask which was disappointing.

Carpet Depot did an amazing job repairing our hardwoods after a major kitchen remodel. They expertly replaced missing sections, refinished and stained everything so they perfectly match our existing flooring. I was dreading the refinishing process but the crew far exceeded my expectations. The prices were far less than the competitors so I was able to add a new stairway runner and still come in under my budget. This is a team that knows flooring! Matt, Edgar and Sam were all so helpful to me when I was trying to make a decision on flooring for my kids’ bedrooms. They patiently showed me different carpet styles and were very knowledgeable about the differences in quality. Within just a few days of making my final choice, the crews were out to do the install. These guys worked all day and didn’t take a break. Their work was flawless! I recommend Carpet Depot to all of my real estate clients but having this personal experience makes my recommendation even easier. Do not use Home Depot or some other discount carpet store for your carpet. The prices are not better and the service is definitely not as good. I worked with Sam at Carpet Depot. I already knew the carpet I wanted and Sam was fast and efficient in getting me a quote, getting everything measured and getting the install done. The new carpet looks great. I took away a star because they were supposed to take out all the old carpet, including where I was getting wood flooring put in and they did not do that fully as expected. My wood flooring team was thankfully able to take care of it and it didn’t become a huge issue. I would use them again though and just be home to inspect the work.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Carpet Depot. From beginning to end. Price was reasonable, turn around time on project was great. The installers were the BEST, and i dont say that lightly. Stayed until they got the job done in one day!!We had all carpet replaced in entire upstairs and 2 sets of stairs.

What a great experience. Matt knew exactly what I needed to make my house ready for sale. I just carpeted the whole upper level, a catwalk and dual stair cases and it looks fantastic. I love my carpet. Once we picked the carpet and color (with the help of the staff). The turn-around time from ordering to installation was fast and efficient. No complaints, I definitely recommend Carpet Depot. Matt and his staff were very knowledgeable and were also very competitive on price. The crew that then came to our house to perform the install were very careful moving our furniture around, clean in their removal of debris and easy to communicate updates and challenges with. We had some surprises under our existing floor so the install took a few extra days than original thought but due to the quality of workmanship and doing things the correct way I had no issues with this. Great jobs guys.

Needed a sunroom flooring redo to replace the nasty “outdoor” carpeting that had been there since we moved in-issue was time as my daughters graduation party was approaching. Matt helped me pick out a vinyl flooring product that looked great and his amazing installers met me at my house the next day and it was installed! My husband came home from a business trip and couldn’t believe it was done so fast and looked so great. It’s been a year now and we still LOVE it! Definitely recommend!

They messed up my order. The sub floors were supposed to be repaired before the carpet was installed. The carpet guys came early before the sub floors were repaired. Carpet Depot promised they would return and pull up the carpet and fix the sub floor if I allowed them to lay the carpet first. I repeatedly told them NO. They assured me they would pull up the carpet and fix the sub floor. After repeated badgering, I agreed but only if they came back and fixed the sub floor. After repeated requests, they refuse to honor their word. They tell me that is how contractors build sub floors with wide gaps and soft spots. If they make a mistake, it is the customers problem. They did a nice job laying the carpet. I just hate feeling like my foot is going through the floor when I walk on it.

Ive have worked with Matt and Edgar at Carpet Depot several times over the past 5 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. They very patiently answer all my questions about the various options I am considering for flooring. Rental properties are tricky when you have to balance cost and wearability in a tough environment. They are very helpful in presenting the pros and cons of various options. I value their honest feedback. They are always 100% on board with whatever I decide. The ONLY place I would purchase flooring. They have meticulously refinished my hardwoods after another installer did a horrible job, and again after a water leak. They have also replaced also replaced carpet...completed meticulously and quickly. Dont shop anywhere else!

Edgar and Matt walked me through the whole process. They came on time to measure and give me an estimate and answered all my questions. The installation crew was so professional. Id give them zero stars if I could. I asked them to come to the house to discuss my carpet and hardwood floor needs. I told them I was getting several quotes. The guy told me that he doesnt want to get into competitive bids. He said he has no patience dealing with customers who are getting several other quotes. Told me to just give him the room dimensions that the other carpet install company was providing as part of their quote. In my reviews I make every effort to find positive things to say about services that I receive. After all, supporting local businesses is important to me. This guy at Carpet Depot was cocky, egotistical and rude.Take your business elsewhere.

My wife and were looking for carpet and hardwood for a house we were buying and visited many different showrooms, as well as talked to many different carpet/hardwood installers. Now if you are looking for a fancy showroom with an overpriced product, and pushy salesmen Carpet Depot is not for you. Yes, its essentially a warehouse with rolls and rolls of carpet. The hardwood and carpet displays are small, so you dont get the full view of the carpet, which is a downside. But if you know what you want and are looking to save significant money go and see Edgar at carpet depot. The carpet we installed was done on time and looks excellent. The hardwoods we got done look awesome and the stair work looks impeccable.

Be careful with Carpet Depot. We had our hardwoods refinished and new carpet put in. The hardwoods have sanding marks all over them, uneven stain and they got stain on my basement carpet. The manager is blaming the unevenness on pet urine and the sanding marks as normal. I have had the floors looked at by the project manager and other flooring experts, who agree they are marks from improper sanding and improper/uneven application of the stain and poly. The carpet went better, but they did scuff up the paint on the walls in just about every room.Also, when the movers put a scratch on the floor (which we had finished in a medium brown), the project manager fixed it with a RED oak colored pen.DO NOT do business with this company.

Absolutely the most self-centered, classless and brain-dead people that we have ever met in business. Carpet Depot Roswell is run by clowns like Matt and his demented salesman named Edgar. They are more interested in playing games such as ping-pong and using their putting green which they have on-site to entertain themselves with rather than taking care of their potential customers. A Total Romper-Room for mental misfits! Dont pay any attention to their excuses they may post, they are known as screw-ups by many!

Went in to ask questions and Im open to the fact Im new to replacing carpet but one of the women there just rudely scoffed at me. Yes, I am naive when it comes to this but being rude about it wont get you this customer. I went else where that would at least be professional.

I just finished the first phase of our home renovation and used Carpet Depot as they are a local business and the owner lives in my neighborhood. It was a very positive experience starting with the sales rep Cassidy all the way to the great installation team of Juan and his son. I will be coming to them again for the next phase.
