Put in an order for black leather seats, the following day i changed my mind like a bad customer (jerk). called them and wanted cement color, couldnt get cement color until a month or so out due to covid so i cancelled order. they were super cool about it and have no doubt their customer service is stellar. ill use them in the future if i decide to get leather

These guys are great! Always quick to order something and have it within the week if its not in stock. They do great on leather and all electronics. Dont make the mistake of using another installer.

Had custom leather seats along with heated/cooled driver seat installed. The cooling of the drivers seat barely works, and I had to get them to remove part of it from the back rest because it made my seat incredibly uncomfortable. They should warn you that they are going to stick a big piece of foam in the front of your seats backrest for cooled seats because it is extremely uncomfortable. The leather installation was good, but the armrest was not done properly and I had to bring it back and get them to fix it. They were more than willing to fix it for free, but I had to waste a lot of time bringing my car back.

We have used them on many occasions for commercial install of key less remotes. They are always on time and do quick consistent work. I would highly recommend them!

It all began when I decided that I wanted leather seats. I was referred to American Radio from Palmer Dodge. I must say that I am glad they did so. I had my cloth interior replaced with leather and I could not be happier with the results. American Radio was truly a pleasure to work with, exceeding my expectations. I give them props for giving me a military discount, as well. I was pretty impressed with how fast they completed the work. I put a deposit down to order the kit, the kit came in, I dropped my vehicle off at 830am and it was ready by 4pm.They had my vehicle ready earlier than expected! They called, giving me plenty of notice. This enabled me to have time to make my way back to their location.The only negative thing I would have to say about my experience with them is their office space. It is tiny! Their office is also crammed into an industrial park, which might make it a little difficult to locate.Other than those minor inconveniences, they did an outstanding job.I would highly recommend American Radio to anyone who is looking to swap their old cloth out for some leather!
