I will NEVER take my truck to be serviced there again. Richland Chevrolet is a class act, but the Dodge house is a mess. They didnt even thread my oil plug correctly, and was leaking everywhere. Its a pretty standard service, and was done incorrectly. They quoted me an insane amount of money for something a fraction of the cost, and left my truck a mess. Greasy handprints everywhere, inside and out. To top it off, the guy had one complete attitude with me by myself and with me when my husband was standing there. They didnt even have the right information on my warranty and still had it listed under the previous owner. 100% not what I would expect when taking my vehicle to get serviced by a dealership.

I have a 3500 eco diesel pro mastet.First time here at Richland Dodge Ram was a 4 or 5. This time a 5. They had my van for nearly 6 week waiting for parts and let me use their Courtesy vehicle for that time. Thanks to Richland Jeep Dodge ram, Doug and Christian

My Daughters jeep was worked on. They missed it had a low tire and also that while it was there, it was in a hail storm. Service didnt mention the hail damage.

I Will never take my car there again rude customer service and they ended up making more problems than it had and my car smelt like deisel and it smokes now and the inside had grease all over the front seat

Service department needs help not very functional with a manager over multiple departments didnt really work very hard to help granted my situation was a bit much I had thought I was getting professional help though I am glad I got frustrated sooner than later

Wouldn’t trust this dealership at all. Salesman Scott will lie about anything just to get you to buy, even when they know there are problems with the vehicle. Then they’ll threaten you, and blame the vehicles mechanical issues on you (with less than 4 hours driving time.) Take your money to a reputable dealership!!! One star for the Finance manager that WAS polite and worked quickly to get me a refund.

This was the best experience I have had with a oil change by far. I showed up to a very professional and friendly staff. I was told how long my wait would be and offered a car to take if I didnt want to wait for it. This is the first time I have ever been offered this from a dealership. The time expectancy was right on and the price was amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting amazing service.

Ive noticed their service starting to lower, but this last time was the final straw. I called in to schedule a simple oil change and let them know I was bringing my own oil and filter (other customers do this and Ive done it myself with them in the past). I received my email confirmation with the notes stating I had my own oil and filter. Dropped it off at 1:30 which is when my appointment was. The person behind the desk said they were behind and it would be done by 4. I had to be at work at 5 so I was okay with that. Didnt get a call until 4:49. I had just called into work. I get there and they tried charging me for the oil and filter because I didnt tell them when I dropped the car off that I had my own. I tried showing him the email I received from them but due to some breakdown on their end they didnt have the special notes about me having my own oil and filter, so they said the could only do a 10% discount. I refused that because that was not what I had discussed over the phone and I shouldnt have to pay extra for their mistake. Yes, I could have reminded them that the oil and filter was in the car but I didnt think I should have to tell a group of professional adults like they were children. The manager even said I shouldnt try to tell him how to do his job but then kept saying to remind them about bringing my own oil which seems like that would be me telling them how to do their job but thats just me. Long story short, after constantly being put down from them about not informing them, about the oil and filter, with a lot of attitude and arguing they eventually took it off the bill. I didnt mind being late and I probably wouldnt have minded paying for it but their way of handling the situation with their extremely rude unprofessionalism is what got to me. I expected more from them. Especially from the manager who had the worst attitude about the situation.

I bought a used car from here and got great service and a great price.

Had a blow out on our jeep while traveling on I 70 towing it behind 40 ft. Motor home. We got in there at almost closing time & they let us stay in their parking lot overnight. Got us a new tire & we were back on the road early the next morning. Everyone treated us great. Couldnt have been more satisfied. Also very fair price.

We bought a 14 Journey from them. Absolutely no hassle on the value of our trade in or the price of the new vehicle. I had to leave early and left my wife behind to drive home the new car. They were extremely thorough in explaining all of the features of it to her. She even called me on the road with her phone connected via bluetooth (something shes never done before). Fred Washington was our salesman and we were extremely impressed.

This dealership lacks honesty, integrity and intelligence! These clowns are overpriced compared to anywhere else in the State. When asked to beat or match national average prices, they will stone wall you! Then when you take your business to a real dealership to get a better price, they will resort to petty tactics such as running 10 credit inquiries to spite you! I think most of their business is to poor credit individuals who are used to the kind of treatment in practice at desert sun dodge! Save yourself some money and grief and look elsewhere.

Took my Dodge Dart in to get the transmission fixed, it was a month before they even diagnosed it. Finally got my car back after almost two months, and the AC is no longer working (a problem I did NOT have before). They tell me to bring it back in the following Monday, and theyll look at it then... only to be turned away as soon as I get there (since theyre over booked) and they didnt even let me schedule an appointment. UPDATE: AC fixed a little bit less than a week passes and ANOTHER issue. Im done!

Brought my grandmas van in for regular service several times, always prompt and friendly if pricey.Also shopped for an affordable AWD/4WD while I was here. Armando was very informative and helpful, though not pushy at all. I made it clear I was only seeing what is available and not expecting to make a purchase any time soon and he was still helpful. (Still havent made a purchase from anywhere so he didnt lose a sale by not being pushy, but because of his help Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep appear to be some of my best options.)

These people are thieves, they offer you less than half book value for a trade. And then hound you over and over again when you tell them NO! If you give them your phone number, they will NEVER leave you alone!

David is the best cars sellsman you will ever meet !! He helped me get to be able to get my car and also he went to so much trouble just to help me fix my tirer when i needed a new one !! He even followed me to Walmart to make sure I made it safely on my donut !! He an amazing person go to him when your looking for a new car !! He will help you more then anyone else there !!

The Dodge boys took the time to show me their for-sale vehicles. Sold me on a jeep. Mainly because of jeeps re-sale value and the play factors of the vehicle. Top dollar rides available everyday. Go get yours. Youll be glad you decided on jeep too.

Avoid smokey or Eric what ever his name is. Put high pressure on me to sign a purchase agreement. Even had a hard time with the guy who answered the phones there. Booo! If its a used car you want at that facility, go to the other desert sun and get a dealer trade. Oh and the finance guy charges a 3% fee for paying your down payment with a visa or debit card. but they wont tell you that while making the deal.

Daughters pickup has been in the shop most of going on six months for same problems they cant fix it, wont make it right, and are just giving them the run a round. If you buy something there better how you have no problems with it because they cant and wont fix it.

Never bought a car from here thankfully. Avoid the service department, the service writer will straight up lie to you in front of your face. Whats the point of an appointment if they tell you to bring it another time.

Extremely disappointed in the service department. I hope to not ever have to use this place again. I will continue traveling just for service. Thought Id try something new with these guys and they proved to me that they are just your typical take your money and run dealership.
