I was a regular for a few years but recently moved..I was in the area, so I figured I would stop in to replace my vape pen. They charge $40 more for a vape pen then the smoke shops by my house.. not much of a selection and the dark haired female that helped me was kinda snotty about itDone with Bees now, good luck yall

Why would you go anywhere else? Bees is the best. The staff is always great: friendly and quite knowledgable. I highly, highly recommend their brand of concentrate vape pen (its called the Beehive, I think); they last for-freaking-ever, are terribly easy to clean, and hit very smoothly.

Atlanta areas best head shop! 2 stores are packed with functional glass art from all over the us. Featuring many top artists and brands. One stop shop for all things heady. Good selection of hats and t shirts. All the vape gear you would ever need and the sales people actually know enough to answer any questions I have ever had. Been a long time fan of this place. Never a wait. They always get you some kind of deal. Owner is a great guy and he cares enough to put on more staff than any other head shop. Some times they have 6 employees all making sales. I can’t say enough about this place.

Bees Smoke Shop has always been the go-to destination for anybody in the area looking for smoking accessories. Their stock size is incredible, from their large selection of quality glass pieces, to the wide array of vape batteries, all the way to the wall of tobacco products (that always seems to have what ever other smoke shop doesnt) . Will be a return customer for life.

Ive been coming here for years. Staff is extremely helpful and informative, plus you can just have conversation with them and they dont push you into buying anything. That has always made my visits memorable and pleasant. I always end up wanting to buy stuff anyway because they have so many eye catching pieces of artwork. It was another great experience coming in yesterday. Bees has such sweet products and Ive always found them to be high quality. I highly recommend checking out this spot!! They have the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered! Theyre helpful without being oppressive, knowledgeable and understanding. Ive been here dozens of times and everyone has been great, so its never a bad time to go. They have everything smoking or smoking adjacent, including vape products. Furthermore, unlike a lot of smoke shops, they have the knowledge to go with those products too. To summarize, this place is great. There are two closer smoke shops to me and Ill drive to this one every time.

Customer service is a 10; any time Ive stopped in any of the associates are very friendly and widely knowledgeable. They have a great variety of products and theyre prices are completely reasonable. Another thing I love is they open at 9. Only downside is its like a 15-20 min drive for me, but Im totally willing to make that trip. Keep up the great work!

I have been going here without issues for months where I have found the employees to be very helpful and nice. However I bought a faulty product from them and called immediately when I found it wasn’t a working product. A woman answered the phone she was very polite and told me to bring it in to have it looked at and switched out if needed. When I get to the store the next day to exchange the faulty product they had sold me a man with short hair told me he would not switch out the product and made several rude petty comments when I expressed I was unhappy with their product. I was told that it was my fault their product didn’t work and I have to say I am extremely displeased and shocked at the terrible customer service.

The best area shop available of its type. When I say they have one of a kind pieces I mean you cant find them anywhere else in the world. Check them out, very fairly priced, and discounting on multiple purchases! Theyve got it all.

Poor customer support for the most part. Calm, chill, and laid back, yes. But that does not mean good customer service. I bought a certain product and was promised it was great, blah blah. And the product is great and I do love it. But the accessories and objects that make the product work are constantly failing, so you have to buy more unless make a 100 upgrade. All of this could have been prevented if I was told this upfront and I would have just bought the upgrade. Unfortunately I have spent over $125 on replacement parts and have kind of lost my interest. I will eventually buy the upgrade but not from them. They have lost my business because of the lake of not going the extra mile and lake of concern. Most of everything in that shop you can buy onlinen and probably at a better cost. I like to support my local businesses, thats why I was shopping there. Peace!

Just went in to grab a replacement pipe after mine broke, prices were pretty reasonable for american glass (Im broke but Im also a klutz so being able to find something durable for a good price was really helpful haha) and the guy at the counter was really helpful and knowledgeable!!

Very friendly service

I come in here to buy odor candles and incense. The staff is very friendly and theyre always willing to call to their sister store if they dont have the candles in stock that I need. I recommend them to everyone - so many cool stickers, tapestries and clothes to look at besides the typical items you expect at a head shop.

Good People! If you want to deal with honest, kind folks, then shop here. During one of my visits to Bees, a wad of cash fell out of my wallet. I didnt notice it was missing until the next afternoon. Although I thought it was a long shot, I called the store. To my surprise, the guy who answered the phone remembered me and told me that he found the cash on the ground after I left and thought it must have been mine. He kept all of it safe for me in an envelope until I picked it up. Its an understatement to say that made my day! Thank you, Bees!

Im not friend or family and went in tonight for the first time. They were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! Fair prices. Fair trade. They support local artists and sell their goods. Buy local, folks. Family owned buisnesses are being bulldozed by franchises. This is far from just a smoke shop. They sell rare band photos, post cards, posters, patches, pins, clothing, hats, etc. If they were to change their name or add on Bees Smoke Shop and Rare novelties, I think it would be marketed better and bring in more business. The staff is fairly nice and helpful considering that most smoke shop employees Ive met are to lazy to give quality customer service. I love their expansive selection of many different things for smoking, they have wide selection of hookahs, water pipes, glass pipes, cigarettes, cigars, and many other miscellaneous things that are very helpful to all types of tobacco users. The employees are always nice and helpful when need be, although I can recall one time that I felt very unsatisfied with one of the staff members due to his lack of knowledge of where things were in the store and just general knowledge on the items in the store. I have not seen the guy there since and I am a regular so I like to believe they know what their doing. With all this said, I recommend going to this store and trying it out, I actually feel like my money is well spent when I leave there and thats what counts for me.

Did have the Cigarettes I wanted

Got sold a counterfeit micro G Pen for the same $40 an authentic one is.They even took the genuine coil off and replaced it with some generic one.The mouth piece (top hole) fell off after a few hours when taken out for its first use.I put up with it. Whatever.Then went in to buy a new coil after 1 week and it cost $20....when its sold for $4 online even after I showed them multiple online vendors sold it for this price. I would have been okay with at least $10 match.Now my g pen doesnt work... I have to go sure for a new one.I still tried to support local stores but they abused my trust from the beginning with a counterfeit. :/

Stopped by to grab a replacement for a spacecase. Sales dude sold me a Santa Cruz Shredder. It was a good experience. Sales dude knew a good bit and even checked stock in the back for a diff color.Please note this place allows smoking cigarettes inside and the staff is allowed to smoke as well. Due to the size it get a bit smoky and just wanted to toss that out.And the grinder is pretty good so far. If anyone wondered. The two are pretty comparable. The Cruzs teeth are tougher and sharper, imo.

What is wrong with you? I always go buy stuff doesnt work and cant return. You should tell you customer....Now have a great day plus you lost a customer with this non sense. DONT buy here!! There are much better places these guys dont take any returns or warranties which are mandatory from the sellers that make these devices. Going to call Smok soon and let them know about this scam. The lady in the store told me i would overcharge my batter in the pod. I laughed so hard....Lithium ION batteries lady cannot be overcharged... Ill never come back to this scam place.
