Convenient location but not happy with the product or lack of honesty. Bought partial pallet of flag stone at retail price. As I am unloading it it was evident it was a defective and likely returned product. Many pieces had glue on them and there was so much mud stuck on them. I feel I paid high price for a product that was not all useful. Half of the load is not useful. They did not disclose the product was such poor quality. Way too much work to load again and take it back. Very disappointed. Next time I’ll drive to Forsyth where there are many distributors with more honest dealing.

LOVE this place. They have unique options. I scoured GA looking for the options that they have, all in one place. Great delivery as well and pricing is pretty standard.

My experience is limited to fire pit patio materials. The service person was really helpful and explained each and every step involved and materials required with quantity. He helped estimating the cost and took around to show how practically it looks. All in all good experience. This review is not about materials but place n service.

I needed help to purchase a variety of rocks for a new water feature. Other rock suppliers in the Roswell/Alpharetta would not break up a pallet. Not only did The Stone Center help me with my challenge, they did so in a pleasant and professional manner. Great Job Stone Center. Thanks for the Help.

Had a great experience working with Steven during our stone project. We and our stone mason made numerous trips there and Steven was very helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to insure an incredible customer experience.

Good place to buy materials

Nothing against the store. However just one thing to point out about a customer service rep who works at this location. She works at the cash counter. I was there to order some materials. She outright told me they have run out and would not know when it will be back. I even asked her if she can check it at other nearby stores and still insisted its not available nationwide. I did like to point out that she did not check into her system or even put in an effort trying to help. Clearly she was coming out as if she does not care and get the hell out a here. I called up other store and the guy on the phone said they have loads of that material i am looking for. So just a heads up about one particular rep thats all. Not a good employee i guess

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away!!!I called for a price for a specific stone and was given a price on the phone. When we arrived, the employee gave us the same price when we were looking at the stones. When we went to pay the price went up by over a $100. They gave us all kind of excuses. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

As a contractor getting in and out quickly is important. They got us loaded and carry what we need.

I have purchased several pallets of stone for 2 patios and retaining wall. I also purchased a couple pallets of river rocks in various sizes for a dry creek bed. They had a good selection, helpful staff, and competitive prices. When I decided to install a flowerbed border this was the first and only place I went.

I recently redid my kitchen from shabby to modern and slick! Stone Center stepped up to the challenge, and we now have a stunning kitchen clad with Neolith on the walls, that then form a shelf that hovers on the wall and finally the countertops with waterfall. Their innovation has set our loft apart from the others. I highly recommend a visit to their showroom.

Just want to say the driver who delivered our stone was great; very capable and helpful and a great rep for your business.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked around their store/lot for 20 minutes before someone offered to help. When someone finally did offer to help, they knew nothing about the materials they had and the costs. I needed to order a small amount of stone for a fireplace. They said I would have to order an entire pallet and couldnt even tell me what that cost would be. There are enough stone vendors in the Atlanta area. Find someone else to buy from.

Very upset with the Stone Center Im on a very large job I spent over $60, 000 at the Stone Center the past year,I go in to buy a small amount of Tennessee fieldstone and they say they cannot sell me 25 feet of stone is it that the reason youre in business is to sell stone you lost a very good customer please call me. Ill give you a ear full you dont tell your employees not to sell stone big mistake

Large stone yard with great service by a knowledgeable staff. Belgard pavers and wall systems, great quantities of raw materials and all the right tools to complete the project. Delivery is available. In addition knowledge of qualified contractors to contact & contract to build an epic outdoor living area!

Met up with my child hood friend from back in the day and he introduced me to his co-workers and boss. Great place to work.

Stayed away until today thinking it was for only big time stone projects...big mistake, Im hooked.

I ordered stone through them 18 mos ago. Then needed more stone to match. When I called the receptionist/customer service rep acted like I was crazy and told me her manager would call me back. He never did. A week later I went in to the store to order. They did not have in stock, so the manager said they would order and it would take 5 to 7 business days. 10 business days later I called to check on the order, and it still has not been ordered? This place is poorly managed to say the least.
