My favorite Publix location! I have one closer to my house and I go out of my way to come to this one. The Deli is my favorite! Paulette, Ullanova, and Faye are the best!! I don’t trust anyone else with handling my Sub :) They are so kind and always have a smile on their face every time I see them! Please, do yourself a favor and go to this Publix and see these wonderful ladies!!! 100/10 :)

Young bagger didnt put my Garlic Expressions Marinade and Dressing in bag so when i got home it was a very big inconvenience as thats the main reason I went. Publix got me for $5 and when I called Customer Service, they asked too many questions. I told them to just forget it. I think Publix is top-notch in general, but this particular location specifically never meets the bar in my opinion.

Cody and the Deli dept did a last min wrap tray for our office and they are AMAZING!!!

Honestly I dont think Ive been to any Publix in the Atlanta area thats very well maintained and nice as this Publix in East Cobb, the customer service was on point the minute I hit the door and all I wanted to do was going in and get flowers but I couldnt help but also walk around the store to take a gander at what the store really looks like and to be honest I was very very impressed. This was a beautiful Publix and Im not just saying that, again if Im in the East Cobb area and I need to pick up a few items Im definitely going to this Publix they made me feel welcome and appreciative

Super friendly staff rarely unstocked or out of items. Its a pleasure to have a small town grocery store feel in a corporate uniform.

Joey at the deli was great. Fast and served me a solid sandwich. Made good recommendations and conversation while preparing my food. Kept everything clean and was a great experience.

The staff at this Publix is exceptional to others I have been at. Very nice people, fast service, and the bagging is fast and easy. It’s always a clean and happy place, and I feel welcomed whenever I enter.

This Publix was always my favorite because of the flowers, he retired and now they are old, with petals falling off and no imagination put into the bouquets

Probably my last trip there today, after living in the neighborhood over 26 years. When I went to Customer Service to say I had not received credit for a PUBLIX digital coupon, I was dismissed and told that was last weeks circular, although clearly on my phone, the offer was valid until the 20th. I was told to unpack my groceries-close to $300.00 to prove I had purchased shampoo and conditioner, because, evidently their printed store receipt is not enough. I was told he would help me. Seriously, I wear a mask to stay safe and keep others safe. I certainly am not going to allow a stranger to come to my car and unload my groceries. I did retrieve my shampoo and conditioner and the sign from the display and my receipt and my digital coupon. I was close to tears, shaking that I was dismissed, instead of being treated with respect. While I was eventually given a $5.00 bill, I can easily shop across the street at Krogers. If Publix is going to offer discounts and coupons, they should make sure they honor them and correct their mistakes when those offers are not honored.In telling my husband this story, he said, and, I agree, I should have asked for a full refund credit and left $297.10 worth of food and groceries at the Customer Service desk for them to unpack and check out my story. Fail on me for not thinking faster, when I was treated so poorly.I reported this story to Publix Corporate and will post their reply.

Its Publix, whats not to love!

Customers freely enter without being contested for lack of masks. Mom with two kids entered as i was leaving. None of them were wearing masks. When i confronted them as there was no employee in sight was rude and haughty proceeded anyway. If you have such policy it needs be enforced. Else i will shop elsewhere!

Great grocery store. Always clean with friendly, helpful, employees. My first choice for grocery shopping. Just wish people would learn how to drive in the parking lot. Wonder what those arrows mean,. DUH!

Publix is the best, I would drive by two Krogers to go to Publix

The only negative is the frozen food selection can be a little limited. That said, I know there is a large selection of frozen foods at the Sandy Plains store, but we FAR prefer shopping the Shallowford location. Shallowford staff and experience is always much more pleasant, professional, and friendly than Sandy Plains.At Shallowford, the turnover appears to be low as we see many of the same faces in their staff throughout our 13 years shopping here. They are always ready to take our cart out (Sandy Plains you have to ask). We live almost the same distance from Shallowford, Sandy Plains, and the Woodstock stores, but Shallowford is always our first choice due to all the reasons stated here - and more. Everything you want in a neighborhood grocery store!

I love to shop at this Publix. Always very clean and well stocked. If you cannot locate an item, just ask and they will get it for you. Great chicken tenders. All Mellon is washed and cut in the store so it is safe. Fish and meat department personnel are always helpful and friendly as are the check out personnel.

Publix are always clean and well lit. The employees all seem to genuinely enjoy working there. The quality of the produce, meats and the bakery are all top notch and far exceed that of their competitors. Ill drive passed other grocery stores to find a Publix.

This Publix has been part of our family for over 15 years. Clean, well stocked and full of very friendly and helpful professionals who we rely on to keep us fed. I could start naming names of so many in the meats, produce, bakery and deli departments and cashier staff. Many thanks to them all!

I love this Publix, and their staff is the reason. Every last employee Ive come into contact with has been friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They all go out of the way to ask if you need help finding anything, and are very prompt about opening up additional cashiers when theres even a small line. I cant say enough about this locations people--they all just seem genuinely nice.

Not as nice as the one on Johnson Ferry Rd but the people are super nice and very helpful.

Publix is our preferred choice for meats and pharmacy, always has been and always will be. Theres cheaper options for commodities and snacks, but you cannot and will not beat the quality of their customers service, deli meats and cheese, and their cleanliness.
